Dutch Bros Coffee - DJ Poppa - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Central Point, Oregon

i ordered an islander freeze. a drink i have been getting from dutch bros for 5+ years now. when we're at the window i hear everybody asking each other what it is. i think that's fine, if they really don't know it, googling it will pop right up with it. i was instead handed the worst rebel i have ever had in my life. so just a psa for the employees at this location, an islander is a COFFEE with chocolate, vanilla, coconut and macadamia nut. read more

Came around 6am this morning and waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to help me. Nobody did. Didn't look like anyone was there so I had to drive off and leave. read more

this dutch bros is pure vibes in a cup! from the moment you pull in the drive thru your day is so much better! the staff? immaculate! the managers (Lola and Jared)? incredible! they are always smiling, hyping you up like you're the main character. they treat me like family! they remember my name, my drink, everything! they really do show that they care and that they really mean it when they ask how you are! if you haven't been yet through here yet you're seriously missing out! Thank you for always providing me with good vibes! read more

This is just chocolate milk with a splash of coffee and flavor. They don't honor old stamp cards any longer. Just expensive chocolate milk. Anywhere else is better. read more

Waited for 4 minutes while a barista sat out the window flirting with a person in jeep. Not very professional

I use to love this location, but the people that work here now play their music so loud they can't get orders correct. When you're paying $5 a drink and then tipping the employees, you should get the drink that you ordered and you should be able to drink it without ice chunks all over. I feel like the employees are trying to be personal to get good tips, but if they can't get the drinks right at these prices maybe it's time to go somewhere else. read more

Have you ever thought hey there is only one car in line I have time to grab a coffee before work! If that is you think again when going to this Dutch Bros! They will make you wait as if you were in line behind 5 cars, this place lets you have the full experience of getting coffee during rush hour even when it isn't. The coffee is also not good as the people spend more time talking over their loud music than ensuring they provide a good product. If you want coffee that is slightly okay go up the street to Human Bean, they only have one side drive thru and are faster than this Dutch Bros. read more

Short sighted business decision ! So very disappointed ! FALSE ADVERTISING ?? Dutch Bro's was running a special on $25 Gift Cards Buy a $25 gift card and receive a drink "FREE" Went in to buy 4 Gift Cards and asked for 4 free drink cards. We were told in a rude way "We cannot do that" My wife and I atempted to discuss with the staff member, but the shift lead took over the conversation and said that was against the company rules for this promotion. We have ALWAYS been impressed with the Customer Service and products at ALL the locations we have visited. Oregon, California. This was a great disappointment and so different than our experience over the past 20 years. Called the Corporate Office and got a more polite, yet consistent explanation. Sorry, but don't feel like valued customers. read more

What an uplifting place to come to first thing in the morning. A little tired? They have something for that. A little hungover, they got something for that too. Employees ALWAYS have great attitudes. You would think the workers are fake because they have such great personalities but they all seem truly genuine. A place like no other read more

One of my favorite stops whenever I drive up and have a couple days to spend in Oregon. Their service is always good, everyone is always so happy and energetic. But that's how I feel after having a good cup of coffee! I had their breve latte and it was legit. My wife drank more of it than I did, and she doesn't like caffeine! The kids always get their whipped straw and it always helps make the car ride that much more enjoyable. Thanks Dutch Bros for helping our trips north that much better. Too bad we don't have any locations in the Bay Area read more

Anywhere I go the service is constantly the same! The people at this place are so nice and wonderful. Every-time we are in town it's a go to for my son and he loves the carmo hot chocolate. read more

I am from northern California, but unfortunately not north enough for Dutch Bros coffee. On a trip to Oregon I was introduced to this awesome idea of drive-up coffee shops. I fell in love with the local Dutch Bros. I have tried the Chai latte, the Cocomo, and the apple smoothie with extra caramel. I love this coffe, but I always get a little confused when I am asked if I want a straw... of course I do thats awesome. Who knew? I love this place! I want one in the Bay Area.. maybe ill open one someday! read more

Dutch Bros is amazing! I wish I could have packed one in my suitcase back to the East Coast. Always sounds like the staff are having a party, blasting super fun music while you wait for your order. Waiting in line? No worries, a staff will walk up to your window and take your order on a hand held device. New to DB? Let them know and they welcome you with open arms, and a free drink! So fun and delicious! read more

If your heading to California from Oregon, this will be one of the last Dutch Brothers at this time, I hope they expand further into California and Washington State as they have very good coffee and smoothies here- much better then Starbucks! read more

And another charge on our bank account dated 4/4 from Dutch Bros on 99 in CP when we've been paying cash for a week because of this ongoing problem. Beware!!!! read more

Been buying coffee from them for a couple years and then all of a sudden there was an error in payment. I checked and my card was still good and active. Never got a call or email stating there was a problem. They just cancelled my order and when I contacted them they said they could reactivate my account. I wanted to know what the problem was. Still no response. Guess I'll find another company that wants my business. read more

It was my first time at any Dutch Bros and it is absolutely amazing!!! They have everything here from cold brew, coffee, lates, smoothies, and everything in between! Such a cute location and that was actually the first Dutch Bros. location ever! The staff was the best!! Very helpful if you don't know what to get. 10/10 go here if you are around. Nothing but positive things to say about this place! read more

Kids love it, I love it, . Since moving away from here we miss our Dutch Bros!!!

Best coffee! I love the baristas and my normal drink, the white iced annihilation. Love the not so hot sizes for little kids too! The company is always giving back to their community which I love! read more

They have given my the wrong drink three times and my brother twice. I don't wanna be a jerk, but along with the wrong orders all the smoothies I have gotten were watered down and gross even after I asked them to use more ice to make it thicker more than once, but on several occasions. The customer service is good, but I think they need to be shown how to make drinks from someone with more experience and they have to have someone check the quality of the order and make sure they are giving the right order out and at least have one person that is older that 17 or 18. read more

The staff at this Dutch Bros is always friendly. I just had a blended Cocomo and it was so tasty! You can't go wrong with a Dutch Bros drink. read more
