I absolutely love Dutch Bros. Through the good times and the bad, they've never let me down. The drinks are consistently amazing, the line somehow moves at the speed of light, and the employees are always so ridiculously friendly that I leave in a better mood than I arrived. Dutch has carried me through finals week, heartbreak, 6 a.m. mornings that should honestly be illegal, road trips, and every random "I just need my dutch" moment in between. At this point, my therapist should probably send them a thank-you card. No amount of words could fully express my love and appreciation for this place, but if Dutch Bros ever needed a volunteer to taste-test drinks or be their #1 fan, I'd be available immediately. Compared to other locations we just go to the millplain location also like tonight asked for xhot and got it with a single cup shouldn't they be dbl cupped when that hot? The staff at this location is always super friendly and great, I've had awesome experiences that keeps me coming back! Shoutout to Casey - they're wonderful! I really love Dutch Bros chai's, especially their Golden Eagle Chai which is my new go-to. The chai isn't syrupy like Starbucks and overly sweet - it has the perfect flavour. These broistas are legit All of them are fun, hyped and ready to serve you the best drinks around. I first started coming to this particular stand roughly 3 years ago. I come here everyday! Sometimes more than once a day. Their customer service is spot on and I love the vibe they give off. I always leave with a smile on my face a a refreshing treat in my hand. The workers remember not only mine but soo many other people's drinks it's amazing! They know my kids and are happy to share excitement with them when the kiddos have jokes. Not only are they fun but they are knowledgeable! I love the vanilla breve x2 vanilla and whip, it's my go to. Sometimes I'll switch it up with an iced peach green tea. Yum!! i've been going to dutch for years and i've never had any problems, but i recently started going to the camas dutch again after moving, and wow it's gone downhill. i never get my drink orders messed up, but twice in the past week i've been disappointed by getting the wrong size or flavor. the workers here lack energy and drive, and seem like unmotivated high schoolers. if i want to get the wrong drink i can just go to starbucks. the drinks are still good but it would be nice to get what i order lol. read more

I have been to the Camas DB 5 times. I always order extra extra hot vanilla latte. 3 of the 5 times it was not extra hot and once it was only lukewarm. I have had to go back 3 times to have it done right. They were very nice about it but I wish it was more like the other DB where they understand what extra hot means. I believe things will get better as time goes by. I love love love DB. read more

After being a recurring customer for the past two years, it is hard for me to write this review. Recently, this Dutch Bros location has hired a full new staff. I was open to meeting the new members and giving them time to train and learn their new work environment. However, it has been over a month now and their customer service has not improved. Today I pulled up the the window where a worker was standing and talking to another co worker. Instead of greeting me when I pulled up, he continued to talk to the other workers as if he didn't notice I was there. After a couple minutes another staff walked out and said hello to me. Then the guy at the window turned around and instead of saying "hi" or "what can I get for you" he just stared at me. It was an awkward 30 second before I just said what I wanted. He started to punch in the order on the iPad and then turned back to a co worker to talk. He then turned back around and attempted to repeat my order. He obviously didn't listen to me the first time because the only thing he remembered was the size of drink I asked for. I repeated my order and then he quickly told me the total. I was not finished making my order and so I had to tell him "actually I need one more drink." He didn't apologize or say anything, he again just stared at me in silence. So I then said the other drink I needed and he put it in on the iPad. I was already feeling completely awakward and unwanted through this whole order and then when it got time to pay, I handed him $20.80 for an order that was $9.80. I got $10.20 back. I don't know how he gave me cents for a transaction I paid for in exact change. But the whole situation was way too awkward and I just took the wrong amount and left. I guess he wanted to tip himself 80 cents. If you are a frequent Dutch Bros customer you know that usually the employees are always chatting and sometimes people complain they won't shut up. The new staff is the complete opposite.... they can't even ask the customer what they would like to order. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience since the new staff, this is just the first one I chose to speak out about. I guess I'll have to switch to the Mill Plain location. read more

The baristas are usually always nice and friendly, that's why I'm giving 2 stars. If my rating was based on what I'm paying for I'd give 1 star. They aren't trained to make the drinks correctly. We're frequent DB customers, have been to several locations. We live in Camas and we're excited to see one opening close to our house. We used to go all the time, and now we drive all the way over to mill plain because we're done paying $5 for the wrong drinks. Train your staff on how to make drinks before someone with a milk intolerance or food allergy sues. read more
