Check the expiration dates on ALL food because majority of food stocked on the shelves here has expired by months before because management does not have anyone check the expiration dates in more than a year. The mold has definitely impacted the quality of food and several workers have gotten sick from eating food sold from this WM. These are very bad issues that I feel people have a right to know about. For months, I have been in search of liquid potpourri and essential oils. However I'm not trying to buy them in small teeny bottles I want them in big bottles so that they last longer. Everywhere I've gone I keep running into no one having The liquid potpourri and the only essential oils I can find are the little bottles. I have looked to Amazon as my last resort and it looks as though I will have to online my time due to the fact that this hobby lobby don't have what I need. Other times I have had customer service representatives who would not even acknowledge your presence. I have even had a little of both. I have found the most luck with ordering online and picking up in store. That way I can bypass my luck with the customer reps. The last time I was there I had asked them to gift wrap a package which they have done in the past. Well, their new system is DIY gift wrap. They have boxes, tape, wrap and a whole wrapping station set up in the store. I had to wrap two very large purchases and it was quite the mess. I got frustrated by the process and the lack of help I was getting. Still, having the wrapping materials there was a very big help. BB&B has a good selection of products and a wide variety, too. They always seem to have well stocked shelves, as well. The prices are reasonable on some things but very expensive on other items. You have to comparison shop for sure. I have many things cheaper elsewhere. I have never tried to match prices here so I cannot speak to that part of the BB&B experience. I do know they have mobile coupons and those are very useful.
