In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. That's great business ethics for you!

My mom is…read morevery sick and I mentioned that we needed to do a deep clean on the house due to her cronic breathing issues. After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters!

They gave me a fair price and worked with me on scheduling the time for the cleaner to come. I booked the appointment roughly 2 weeks in advance. The cleaner did a pretty decent job, although she did NOT clean out the cabinets... And refused to do so. I was in the apartment the entire time the cleaner was there (as was my husband) because we were finishing loading up our moving truck while the cleaner did the cleaning. I had previously messaged the company asking about how it works when the cleaner leaves because she disappeared for a while without saying anything and I was concerned that she left. I was told that she would do a walkthrough with me before leaving to ensure that I was satisfied with her work. I wish I would've known this ahead of time, and I also wish the cleaner would've communicated with me when she was leaving to go get more supplies from her car instead of just disappearing. At the time of the walkthrough, I mentioned the fact that she didn't touch the cabinets. She told me "had she come earlier, she would've done them but she's not going to do them today". I scheduled a MOVE OUT clean, so I assumed that I was also paying to have the cabinets cleaned out as this is part of what has to be cleaned when moving out... This was super frustrating and disappointing, but we were leaving that day at noon to start our cross-country move, so I didn't have time to argue. When booking this service, I wish that the company would've given me a list of what all will be cleaned during my move-out clean. Had I known that the cabinets weren't part of it, I would've booked elsewhere. Additionally, they did not reach out to confirm my appointment the day before... I ended up contacting them to ensure that someone was still planning to show up the next day for the appointment. I didn't like that I had to be the one to reach out to confirm my appointment as it's not professional for them to not communicate with me. It seems as if they're a new business, but there are some things that need to be addressed and fixed moving forward in order to give paying customers a better understanding of what to expect.

I have 4 grandchildren and a daughter that are MESSY! They cleaned main bathroom, hallway, and kitchen of my 2000 square foot home in 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was IMMACULATE! My toilet (I thought I must buy a new one) and tub had hard water stains- I had tried bleach, Comet cleanser, and CLR to clean them myself, to no avail. They are SPARKLING WHITE now. They cleaned the kitchen including in, under, and behind all appliances & it looks amazing . I will continue to hire their very affordable services regularly- they are a blessing to a single, heard-working parent! As an added plus, they are super polite and service-oriented. A rare find today.

After they showed up 7 hours late one day, I told them I no longer wanted their services. The owner called, apologized, and promised they would do better if I gave them one more chance. Things didn't really improve--they were still late to every appointment, just not as extreme. The final straw came when they missed a confirmed 8 AM appointment. The owner texted me saying the police had stopped them and wouldn't let them leave. The excuse felt suspicious, so I had a friend text them from a different number, inquiring about cleaning services. They responded promptly, saying they were heading to clean a house in Pearland and could come by later that evening--completely contradicting what they told me. When I confronted the owner, there was no apology. Instead, he told me the price would increase and refused to come unless I agreed. I told him that was unprofessional and that I'd be leaving a review so others know what to expect. Only then did he start calling and texting multiple apologies and saying they'd honor the original price--but by then, my decision was made. Bottom line: If you book with them, don't expect your time to be respected. If they cancel, the excuse may not be the truth.
