Hands Down, the Best Landscaping Team We've Worked With! We…read moreown a home in Arnold, where it can be surprisingly difficult to find contractors who are responsive, professional, and actually follow through. After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team. Based entirely on Juan'scommunication and professionalism, I felt completely comfortable letting him handle the project without being there for a final walkthrough. He exceeded our expectations. I honestly cannot recommend Juan and his team enough. If you are looking for a landscaping team that is professional, responsive, hardworking, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, look no further. Hands down, we would use them again.

Juan even came out on a Sunday to accommodate our busy schedule, which immediately showed his commitment to customer service. The crew worked incredibly hard and with real attention to detail. They welded five trellises, removed palm trees and cleared out debris, completely transforming the space. On top of that, they created a beautiful surprise succulent garden in the work area, which was such a thoughtful and creative touch. Juan clearly has a strong eye for design. He was intuitive and knowledgeable about the flow of the yard, and it showed in every decision. The team took their time to make everything look just right, from artistically arranging the rocks to carefully weaving the climbers into place. Beyond the quality of the work, the entire team was friendly, polite, and respectful throughout the process. It truly felt like they cared about the final result as much as we did. We will absolutely be doing business with Juan and his team again. Highly recommend.

The back of my backyard butts up against the street and they really was no dirt for the rock to sit on. After the winter, all the rock started coming out the back of the property onto the street because Javier never put any dirt underneath it where he was supposed to. I appreciated that this company consistently called ahead before visiting the property, which was…read moresomething I specifically requested and valued. However, several issues during the service period made the overall experience challenging. To begin service, I paid a large initial fee, which set the expectation for stable and reliable ongoing maintenance. Despite that, the gardener later attempted to significantly increase the biweekly rate, citing fuel expenses. This was unexpected, especially given the upfront cost I had already paid. There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. While I understand the difficulty, communication about these access problems was not consistent. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. Additionally, multiple sprinkler heads were damaged during the period of service, something I had never experienced with previous gardeners.Ultimately, the gardener resigned abruptly, citing the access and sanitation issues. While I understand the challenges he faced, the lack of consistent communication and the property damage made the service less reliable than expected.
