We attempted to book and the regular fee over doubled then he discounted 20% which in turn was a 70% increase. We asked why and Travis said he misquoted the first time. Mentioned that he actually misquoted us two times and how could that be. Travis's response was said he does not do business like that. I would try to find a more reputable honest business to work with, not Crystal Clean. Just realized a couple of months later that the original two times Travis washed our windows he must have been giving us contractor pricing since he worked with our home builder.
