I'm always impressed with the technicians professionalism and consistency. Window cleaning is always great, but recently used them to clean out dryer vents. Holy cow! We attempted to book and the regular fee over doubled then he discounted 20% which in turn was a 70% increase. We asked why and Travis said he misquoted the first time. Mentioned that he actually misquoted us two times and how could that be. Travis's response was said he does not do business like that. I would try to find a more reputable honest business to work with, not Crystal Clean. Just realized a couple of months later that the original two times Travis washed our windows he must have been giving us contractor pricing since he worked with our home builder. Apparently he did not want to tell us this and that is why his response was so strange after we found out he changed his prices for the 3rd year.

They did a great job of cleaning up the yard after they were done. I beg to differ. Signed up and paid in full for the 4 step lawn application program. The 1st step was not done as well as what we have experienced from the previous company. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy.
