I signed up for a deep cleaning, six hours for $243. I gave them a list of rooms to get to and was really disappointed when I reviewed what they got done. Only three rooms were cleaned, the kitchen and two of our three bathrooms. I've had house cleaning services over the last 12 years or so, so I feel like I have reasonable expectations based on personal experience working with good cleaners. The kitchen is about 10-12 foot square. While some things were obviously cleaned, the details weren't caught. The half bath is approximately 6x6 feet big, with a toilet, corner shelf and small sink. The countertop was dirty, the items on the countertop that stay out (like the toothbrush holder) were dirty, the lights window and mirror frame weren't dusted, the wall next to the toilet was dirty, and sink and faucet were still dirty. The upstairs bath is a 3/4 bath that's approximately 6x12 foot, with a shower stall, toilet and double sink. Again, the lights and windows weren't dusted, the sink and faucet were dirty. The shower wall was streaky, and the water with the cleaned-away dirt was left pooling on the floor of the shower and had dried there. The office was quick about responding to my initial email and follow-up emails. They offered to come back and redo the rooms we were unhappy with but I preferred not to. I asked if the amount of space that was completed was on par with the normal 6-hours of deep cleaning and they said yes 2-4 rooms were normal. I don't feel like that was a value for the price or reasonable for the amount of time spent. The young ladies who came to our house were absolutely lovely in the few minutes I spoke with them. While this is a negative review, my main issue is not with the ladies who did the cleaning. It really appears that the issues are with training, inspecting, and my expectations not being aligned with those of the company. Awful. They quoted $400 for the house, then charged $670. On top of that they missed SO MUCH. Electronics weren't dusted, cobwebs remained on window sills, floors only spot cleaned not completely done. I had to report the charges to our credit card as fraudulent in order for them to refund only part of our charges. The office manager said they can't be expected to clean everything....um....you are a cleaning service...yes, you are expected to clean everything. I recommend anyone else than these people. read more

I hired PHA to clean my parent's house during my mother's terminal illness. My Mom loved to clean, so it was a less than ideal situation for them to walk into as her condition had left her unable to do so and she was not very happy about it. They communicated beautifully with me, my Mom, and did an absolutely phenomenal job. My Mom developed a quick bond with the woman that cleaned their home and I can also honestly say she impacted her in a profound way. These are great people, doing really great work. I have no ides who came and cleaned my house but I'm fairly certain they were magical. I had a priority clean of my kitchen and bathroom and they were sparkling clean! We hired them for a deep clean of our kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a light cleaning of the other rooms before listing our home for sale. We went over what we needed in detail, on the phone, and again when they arrived. We paid over $300 and were BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! We informed them of our time crunch and told them we had a 3 hour window to get everything done as the photographer was coming. The technicians were over 20 minutes late and tried to tell us that they wouldn't be able to complete everything we had hired them for. In their "deep clean" of the kitchen, they did not wash down the cupboards, did not dust the tops of our cupboards, did not dust the countertops and backsplash, did not lift up our curtains while sweeping; leaving remnants of food behind, did not wipe down our stove outside. They sloppily wiped down the inside, after we had already self cleaned it; leaving it full of streaks and residue, they also did not sweep under the stove drawer. We asked for our refrigerator and freezer to also be deep cleaned, but they did not pull out drawers, did not dust the vent below, left 2 big spills in the fridge, one in the back, and one in the bottom. DID NOT EVEN CLEAN the freezer and left sticky residue from a spill. Did not clean our ice maker drip tray, leaving hard water residue behind. They also left a large puddle of water behind and off to the side of our sink. In the bathrooms, they did not wash down the cupboards, left toothpaste residue, and did not clean the mirrors. In the bedrooms, we had to ask them to redust certain pieces of furniture multiple times. I am not even sure they did dust in the first place. They tried vacuuming with a small hand held vacuum, leaving stuff behind. They also did not vacuum our stairs. We had to ask them to do that and ask them to revacuum the bedrooms. After all of this, they tried to leave 30 minutes early, after already being 20 minutes late, when we had prepaid for 3 hours of cleaning from 2 technicians. Our home is not large, and we had 2 & 1/2 baths for them to go over, as we had previously cleaned them. My husband and I were home while the technicians were, finishing up other things, and I felt we had to follow them around, double checking their work, and asking them to redo what should have been done correctly in the first place. I can't imagine how the house would have looked if we had been gone. The lack of effort, skill, and care is very disappointing. We are very upset that they took advantage of us, knowing the pinch we were in. Such a waste!!! I would never recommend this company! read more

Very unreliable. `Professional' should be removed from the name of this company. Big on sales pitch, but slip-shod cleaning. Call their cleaning staff `technicians': beware of euphemisms!! Don't know what cleaning agents to use; superficial. Badly managed company. Look elsewhere if you want a reliable home cleaning service. read more

Our home looks so good after the phClean technician leaves -- we have been so very pleased since they've been taking care of our home. We live in the country and the floors get plenty of tracked in dirt, plus we have three small dogs, so I we're really appreciate the great care they provide.
