I can't say enough great things about Crash Cleaning & Junk Removal! They left my home absolutely…read morespotless from top to bottom--every detail was taken care of, including fan blades and windowsills that I hadn't even thought about. The level of care and thoroughness was seriously impressive. What really sets them apart is how much they can handle. They're coming back to take care of junk removal, and I love knowing I can also count on them for handyman work in the future. It's such a relief not having to juggle multiple companies--one team can truly do it all. On top of all that, their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they provide--you truly get great value for your money. Reliable, detail-oriented, fairly priced, and incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!!!!!! The team is also incredibly nice and courteous--professional, respectful of your home, and just genuinely great people to work with. Thank you Jeff and Braden for your hard work!!!!!

Debbie came on the 4th of July - which we really appreciated since we were under a deadline - to…read moreclean 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette. The kitchen was done very well. The rest of the rooms were NOT. There was soap scum not cleaned off on the shampoo holder in the shower, the counter top in one bathroom was not cleaned the full length - maybe it was too far to reach? It was dusty when I checked. What ever was used to clean the bath tub was not rinsed away so there was film on it. There was also film on the counter in the bathroom. The door mirror in the bathroom wasn't cleaned nor was the magnifying mirror. When I asked why the shower door in the lower level bathroom wasn't clean and showed her what I meant, she explained that the door was old and of poor quality and wouldn't clean up well. After she left I used Brasso and a sponge and had it sparkling in a few minutes. We asked her to clean the kitchenette, including the inside of the refrigerator, and she did not clean the refrigerator at all. We also asked her to clean the inside of the cupboards and they were also not cleaned. She does a good job of cleaning the surfaces, but if you need someone to come in a deep clean, this is not the right company for you. What frustrates us the most is that she charged us $150 for two hours of work and we still have to do most of it over ourselves.

First off, this is in a big, brown building that's near some apartments on South Duff. The sign…read moreisn't huge, but I did drive past it once. It's a brick building, and it has private parking in the driveway. Parking is nice. The office itself has its own door once you go inside. The closest door to the parking lot will get you to their office as soon as you walk in. I called about an appointment right before tax time (bad timing on my part), but they were willing to answer a quick question via e-mail before I had my scheduled appointment date, so that's definitely nice service. Once I arrived there, everybody there was fantastic. The receptionist was really friendly, and even though I showed up 10 minutes early (just to make sure I was on-time), I was taken straight to the office to meet with my CPA (in this case, it was Dan Scoles). As bonus points for the receptionist, I wanted to make sure I had money to go downtown in Ames, and I asked for change for a dollar. They don't keep a cash register (or cash) there, but she dug in her purse and ended up getting me quarters for my dollar. I love that she went out of her way to help. Dan was completely forward and upfront about what I needed to do, and he even printed me off some information. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing, and he offered suggestions about things I hadn't thought about doing. He was very down-to-Earth, and he explained my options for things - and also explained what he thought would be the best option. I came in with a list of pre-written questions, and he answered almost all of them without being prompted - just by himself when explaining what he'd recommend and what should be done. My only complaint is that I couldn't pay for my service at the time I had it done. I particularly dislike having bills sent in the mail, and I'd rather just pay right up-front. However, they'll be sending a bill in the mail for me instead.
