I'm so accustomed to waiting 2 hours to be seen and have my taxes done, but this time even with my interest income, student loan interest payments, moving expenses, NY state and Iowa State filing, she did out married filing jointly taxes in about 20-30 minutes. The fee is really reasonably considering the complexity, accuracy, and timeliness. I recommend calling in advance and scheduling an appointment to meet with her to prepare your taxes. Ann herself is really nice, welcoming and I highly recommend her. She is fully licensed CPA and professional. I'm always on the look out for a great tax preparer and avoid the big chains whenever possible because those types tend to hire seasonal tax preparers who don't have CPA licenses.

If you hate the Social Security Administration like I do-You need Jerry Saddoris to deal with them…read more I am their client & I also get Workers Comp-late 1990's- WC lied to SSA telling them I had gotten $700,000 lump sum-Every year for 10 years I had to file that SSA money but not seeing a penny. I moved to Iowa 2005-my WC was dropped $200 a month so-from 2004 I lived off $1288.36 a month still having to claim my SSA-I contacted SSA 2011 just to see if I was ever going to get my monthly benefits back & I found out that I was getting $65,750.00 back pay & interest-I was thinking I was going to need to prove to SSA that I had claimed that money on taxes-I was driving past Saddoris CPA's-I literally turned around & went in made an appointment with Jerry-These folks are so helpful & very kind-patience-they know their stuff & will stand with you if you have to deal with the government-

Saying that they denied Health Insurance adjustment to income on return. She had her taxes prepared by Mary M. Today I called and spoke with a Racheal, who informed me that they had a computer software glitch during that time frame that her taxes were prepared and there were some mistakes. So I ask "So she doesn't owe 368.74 to the IRS" I was told by Racheal that because my daughter did not have the "golden guarantee" that she would be responsible. I argued that it was not her fault that the company had a computer glitch. I asked Racheal to re-figure again and I would call back later that afternoon. I also asked to speak with her supervisor. Of course, supervisor was not in today. I called back to speak with Racheal at 3:10 and was informed that she clocked out at 3:01. I am going to report to the Better Business Bureau and depending how they plan to figure their problem out; will be taking legal action
