Spending several hectic weeks of auto shopping was insane. Even though I was able to obtain several competitive quotes leaving State Farm with a Bronze medal, I decided to choose State Farm's quote because of Jake's commitment, consistency, and the family-like environment. When I was finally able to pick up my car in Dubuque, IA on 12-12-25, Jake called me to reassure me that even though I was covered through my present insurance co. that he would send me on my cell the (pdf) of my new State Farm proof of insurance cards. After my 3 hour drive back home to Nevada,IA, I was able to print them as promised. POI cards from State Farm were now in my glove compartment that very same day! Amazing . Please recognize Jake for his Outstanding Customer Service Semper Fi ! Sgt. Sano USMC retired read more

Excellent service from this agent with competitive pricing. Allie worked hard to help us with some out of the ordinary coverage read more

State Farm has been great to work with. They have great rates and exceptional customer service. I recommend this team.

Love every one in this office! One of the best State Farm's I have ever worked with! I have lived all over the United States. No other agency compares. I just recently moved out of Iowa to another state. Melanie and everyone are helping me as much as possible with getting everything transferred. They are making sure I'm getting the best coverage for my new state and working with the agencies in my new state! They go above and beyond. Highly recommended! read more

This office helped me switch my State Farm insurance from Georgia to Iowa very efficiently and answered all of my questions. Their renter's insurance rate was MUCH lower than the policy I already had so they helped me switch very easily too. Professional but friendly! read more

Mark Doyle's team has helped me with everything I've ever needed. Everyone is super friendly and is always there to help. Everyone is always super fast to reply to emails and phone calls. All of the information I've ever needed has always been detailed and is easy to understand. When my wife got into a fender bender a couple years ago and filed a claim they were on it almost instantly and were very willing to walk us through the process and all the steps to help get my wife's car fixed. Will definitely be doing business with them for many years to come. 10/10 would and have recommended to family and friends. read more

I was surprised to see the low average reviews. I've been with this insurance agency for close to 20 years and have had absolutely no problems. My son also uses them with no problems. If I have questions re increase in rates etc they make the reasons clear to me and it's usually because Iowa state as a whole has a rate increase. read more

This State Farm has always been extremely helpful to my family and I. They have been very supportive when working on car accident claims and navigating what we need to do. They were helpful after Derecho and figuring out what to do about a tree branch that fell on my dad's garage. The team was very empathetic after I had a dorm fire and wanted to be protected for the next time something like that might happen. They were very knowledgeable in how to protect my items while renting and being in college. They have always been very quick to answer emails or phone calls. I have appreciated all of their hard work in making stressful situations not seem so overwhelming! I highly recommend Mark Doyle State Farm for insurance! read more

I've been with State Farm for 15 years, and this office for two. Whenever I had to file a claim, they made it incredibly easy. I couldn't ask for better service read more

This State Farm has always given me great service. I've used them for the past 4+ years. They're always easy to reach by phone or email and have a good understanding of my current coverage and alternate options when I ask. They have great bundling discounts as well. As with any business you work with, you need to ask and understand what service is being offered for what price. If you change your coverage you also need to ask and look at the cost difference. Mark and Ally have always been honest and up front with me when I ask about different coverages and their cost impact to my policies. They're a great group to work with. read more

Very bad service! I have been using their insurance for two years and never have any accidents. Recently, they removed my good student discount without telling me and the insurance increased by $ 40/month. After I received the bill, I try to renew my good student discount using my transcript. They just keep telling me that my transcript does not show each semester GPA, so it won't work. They offered no solution. But all my friends' transcript do not show any semester GPA separately! The staffs are completely unprofessional and unhelpful! read more

As an emerging college student I am facing all sorts of new situations and responsibilities. The Mark Doyle Office has been completely helpful and detail oriented with explaining every aspect of insurance. I worked with the office since moving to Ames and have car insurance and renter's insurance. They worked hard to give me the best rate possible because they sympathize with the college student budget. When I call the office with any questions they actually remember who I am and have a conversation with me. I was scheduled an appointment to come into the office and discuss IN PERSON the different options I have for insurance. This kind of face-to-face interaction is almost unheard of in today's technological age. I am using the Good Driver Discount which is a device that measures my driving habits and saves me money, I was concerned I couldn't figure out how to attach the device and the agents said if I needed help I could stop by anytime. It was very simple, however I feel that if I ever needed anything I can always stop by the office and get questions answered. Also, the office itself was a great environment, it was very clean and decorated well. It smelled nice and was very comfortable. The financial services representative Allie was the most helpful of all. She can handle any situation in a calm and collected matter. She has phenomenal people skills and is one of the biggest reasons I will continue to work with this State Farm office. read more

I've worked with this State Farm since I was 18, so right around 16 years. I've USED their services too, had a few accidents, vandalism, hail damage a few times, you name it....Never once did I have any sort of hassle getting my claims filed, or getting payment once they were filed. I've even called to file a claim and was directed to not put one in if I could cover the small costs out of pocket because it would save me on insurance rates in the long run. Melanie, Allie and Mark have all been more than happy to help me, quick on the draw, and honest. I even tried another insurance company one time, and that lasted a few months before I came right back to the Mark Doyle agency. Do not hesitate to get signed on with them. Most of the time they can save you money and probably tailor the insurance that you ACTUALLY need vs what others just sell you. read more

We have our car insurance, home insurance and long term care insurance with Mark. We LOVE the service Mark, Allie and the staff provide. Whenever we have a claim it is processed quickly and efficiently. When we call they know who we are. We've had multiple car incidents, lost luggage and flooding twice. They always make it easy for us .. hassle free. We recently went with State Farm for our long term care insurance. I must say Mark was persistent and patient over the years (it took us 10 years to finally decide to bite the bullet) but we never once felt pressured. We compared State Farm to several other agencies and even though they may have been a tiny bit higher in cost it came down to knowing we'd be provided excellent service and that's truly what makes the biggest difference in the long run. No matter what, they take care of you! read more
