This was my bank when I lived in the area, and they always did right by me. The tellers and other staff were always friendly and helpful, and greeted me by name. I wish this bank had a branch down here in Springfield, Missouri, because it was a great place to do my banking. read more

The agent created another one for me. I noticed I was being charged anywhere from 2-3 times a month from State Farm as well as being charged more than my original agreed upon amount. I had to reach out to them to find out why there were so many charges, and it's taken me calling them several times over the period of multiple weeks to get an answer for why. To say this has been frustrating is an understatement. I do not recommend this office for people coming here from out of state as it's been an extremely complicated, expensive and difficult transition.
