PROS: Online scheduling for emergency clog w follow up…read moretexts. Clog taken care of + 130 feet of degraded main sewer pipes brush coated. Was it expensive, yes. Was it worth but we paid for it, yes!. Homeowners have to understand that we pay for deferred maintenance and it's always a "surprise.". Employees who did not speak English were easy to communicate with via translation apps. - CONS: Sewer technicians managed to splatter cement water all over the plants that frame the driveway, and the slate stone walkway. - Follow up in order to get the 15 year warranty was deplorable! We need a fully-executed estimate or double-signed invoice, in order to transfer the warranty to the new homeowner. . I have emailed the company multiple times.... No response.

When I declined this suggestion, they told me they had to order parts, which took almost a week. The (a week later) repairs were not well done and we needed to make several adjustments ourselves. I asked the plumber to look at my kitchen faucet too. His response was that they could replace it, but wouldn't bother fixing it (it was only a year old). After finishing, I was asked at least 5 times to write a review. I'm only writing this now since one of our toilets isn't working properly. I was told that they replaced the parts, but it doesn't appear to be the case. My experience has left me with a lack of trust for this business. I can't recommend them.

Nothing humbles you faster than a first-floor bathroom flood at night. Absolute chaos. Towels…read moreeverywhere. The kind of situation where you're googling "24 hour drain service" with one hand and trying not to cry with the other. And here's the truth: "24 hour" can be... tricky. A lot of companies advertise it, but then suddenly they're "fully booked" until regular business hours -- yet still want to charge you graveyard shift pricing. That math didn't sit right with me. 24 Hr Drain Pro was different. They were upfront about pricing, didn't play scheduling games, and actually showed up when we needed them. No pretending. No bait-and-switch. They hydro-jetted and snaked everything thoroughly and handled it like pros. Calm, efficient, and clearly experienced. The situation was gross, but they didn't make it feel chaotic. What really impressed me was the follow-through. They scheduled a return visit a few days later to take a closer look at potential underlying issues instead of just fixing the immediate clog and disappearing. That level of responsibility says a lot. Hopefully I never need emergency drain service at night again. But if I do, I know who I'm calling. Definitely recommend.

They promised "complimentary consultations" and a "free estimate." I cleared my calendar to set up time but, on the morning of the appointment, I got a call from Jon saying that to just figure out what was wrong to be able to provide an estimate would be $685. There was no new information I had provided that made the estimate go from "free" to this price. For what it's worth, the cost to actually fix the unit (I hired someone else) including two visits was substantially less than this quoted prices. I would avoid Bayshore Plubmers.
