Not only was the lady on the phone very nice, but she understood the urgency of the situation. After quickly collecting information about the situation, she let me know that a plumber would be able to come that day, in about two hours. I was so relieved. Then, something even better happened. About 20 minutes after I booked the appointment, the plumber himself called me and asked if he could come by in 30 minutes - a full 1.5 hours ahead of schedule! I agreed, met him at the place, and he assessed the situation quickly and professionally.
