I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese croissant sandwich to go by the drive through. Sausage looked like shredded pressed paper. I thought it tasted about the same but I never ate paper before ! Bun was burned a little and overall not very satisfying . Oh the egg was fine and the cheese was lacking any flavor. I didn't expect much for the $5.06 I paid but gee wiz it sure could have been better ? Their drive through is on a very busy noisy corner of two major streets. Made a visit to the store on January 20 and the young man they took my order was great! The location was pretty busy and he handled the drive-through, food making, and the customer service in the lobby while maintaining a contagious, very positive attitude. I witnessed it firsthand while I was waiting for my order that a very busy situation was handled by him and the staff with the poise. I came back again today around the same time and it was a lot slower, but he had the same attitude as well as another lady that took my order in the drive-through. All I can say is get job guys! What happened to the donuts? They used to be good, normal, half dipped in the frosting like any donut shop. Now it doesn't look like it's actually dipped in the frosting and totally coated. It's like it's painted on top or something now and the donut has half the amount of frosting it should have. It's like 3/4 just naked dough and 1/3 frosting now. So the prices are higher, everything is smaller, and they're cheaping out on the best part of the treat. What's the point of a donut with barely any frosting? You think the customer is stupid and won't notice? Of course we do! Corporations need to stop cutting corners. Even circle k and 7-11 has better donuts. That's sad. read more

Dunkin' Donuts on 4th Avenue - Great Breakfast Sandwiches, But Total Disaster on the Donuts, Sad! Folks, I went to the Dunkin' Donuts on 4th Avenue this morning after helping my wonderful Mother with her grocery shopping and morning errands - very important stuff, believe me. I placed the order ahead on the app like a smart guy, everything should've been perfect. I got the couple of breakfast sandwiches - delicious, hot, outstanding. But when I pulled out of the drive-thru and checked the bag? The donuts I ordered specifically for my Mother were MISSING! Gone! Not there! So I drove right back around - no problem - and told the attendant through the speaker what happened. She comes back with, "You drove off without it." Wrong! Totally incorrect! The unkempt guy who handed me the original bag obviously didn't double-check a thing - complete failure - and when he finally gave me the donuts in a separate bag, it was the most half-hearted apology you've ever heard. No energy, no real sorry, nothing! This shows a total lack of communication inside that place - from the kitchen to the window, it's a mess. Very disappointing, especially when you're doing something nice for your Mom. I'll think twice - maybe three times - before ordering from this location again. Went though drive thru. They got my whole order wrong. I asked for a jelly donut(I never received it). The Coffee was made wrong. I asked for Almond milk because im lactose intolerant. They put regular milk in it. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. They gave me a plain bagel. Overall service was bad. They do not wear gloves to handle the food. read more

We love stopping in here after church for a quick bite and my boyfriend gets his coffee fix. One thing I will note is here in Yuma we have to tell the staff that the coffee needs to be hot and not ice. I think everyone assumes that it needs to be iced because it is so hot. We are from the east coast and never have to say it. It isn't a big deal to us. We just feel bad when it comes out cold and have to say that we wanted it hot. After braving the great drive-thru line, we ordered a medium black coffee, large, unflavored iced latte, and a couple of donuts. This was an uncomplicated ticket, to be sure. We paid our dues at the window and took our loot home for the breakfast table. Our first impression was that the donuts were old. The frosting was awfully dry and cakey, and the donuts themselves were stale. What an unappetizing disappointment. The large, unflavored iced latte was intensely flavored with unmistakable pumpkin spice. It tasted like something out of an extract bottle: Pungent, overdone, and artificial. About the only thing they got right was my coffee, although it was lukewarm. I'm not one to demand a do-over, but in this case, I did. I reached out to the higher-ups at Dunkin' to complain about my experience. They replied promptly, stating that they forwarded my remarks to the Yuma store. Unsurprisingly, I never heard anything from them again. What this tells me is that Yuma Dunkin' is satisfactorily abysmal. They're rather like a dung beetle, content with themselves and their inherent shittiness. Except a dung beetle is more organized, lol. One star looks good on them. I know it's just a Dunkin' Donuts, but we were passing through on our way to San Diego and stopped at like 4 a.m or some ungodly hour. The workers were all so friendly, I was amazed! The cashier was new and was a little slow in taking orders the a coworker pushed him to the side and told him to help in the back. Not even an excuse me. Got a small Buttered Pecan iced coffee and some donuts. The first sip was all granulated sugar. Coffee tasted plain, like cream & sugar iced coffee, not pecan flavored at all. Kinda disappointing but not bad for $2. I would recommend DD coffee if you don't feel like spending $5 on a small coffee at Starbucks. The donuts don't taste much better than prepackaged storebought donuts. And at $1.09 a pop, not cheap either. Just meh. It'll satisfy your donut craving and nothing more. I went to Dunkin Donuts for the very first time today. Since it was my first time I did take a little longer than normal at the drive thru. The lady taking my order was clearly irritated I was taking so long and asking so many questions. She started giving me attitude back and said "if you don't understand or need me to walk you through your order you should just pull up to the window" so I just made a fast decision and just got 6 mixed donuts, and two frozen coffee's so I could just get out of there. I called the store and told them and was told "We definitely don't do that here I'm sure the frosting is just a little smudged." NO I told her I could bring the box in and show her and to that she laughed and asked me to hold for a good 3-4 min. When she came back she told me I could exchange the donut for a new one but she's sure that didn't happen there. But I never once opened the box until we were home. So I know I didn't stick a finger in my donut. Poor customer service. Expecially during these times with Covid19 we are trying to support business and get treated so poorly. I liked this place! It has good donuts, good coffee, and Wi-Fi for its customers! It also has a few tables, so one can do some work inside, and in a semi-separate area it has a good flat screen Television on its wall so customers who just want to see some good old fashioned dumb-box can get their fill there! I wish they would let you make your own coffee, when you just want to add the basics like cream and sugar. They want to do it for you as a "service to their customers." No thank you. I actually came her to switch up my work environment from Starbucks, because they said they had wi-fi here. I make calls through my internet phone service for business, and it wouldn't work here. Their wi-fi sucks. It comes in and out and makes you agree to their services a lot. I wouldn't come here to work again. The donuts look amazing. The coffee is great, too. I'm the nicest customer you will ever meet and yet everytime I visit this establishment and show nothing but kindness I'm always greeted with attitude and no smiles. Management must SUCK if all employees are allowed to act like this. I live in town but I will ALWAYS go out of my way to go to the foothills location after finally having enough. Ordered a toasted crossaint through the drive thru and with no one else in line waited 5 mins at the closed window without a greeting. Then I see an employee place my crossaint in a bag and put it by the window but I still wasn't greeted. It just sat there even though it was the only thing I ordered.
