The waffle came topped with a heaping of bananas and a caramel drizzle, but underneath that the waffle had been drizzled with a glaze that reminded me of cinnamon role glaze. A friend had mixed berry waffle that didn't require syrup because of the cinnamon role glaze. My niece had the moon cakes that were topped with what looked like chocolate and Nutella. I get the hype. I then sent a follow-up email on April 10, which also went unanswered. Additionally, I submitted a complaint through Taco Bell's website and never received any response there either. That tells me everything I need to know about how much this location values customer service and customer feedback. Based on both the experience itself and the complete lack of follow-up, I highly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell. And given some of the recent headlines about their lettuce, let's just say that doesn't exactly inspire confidence either.
