I made clear my availability and for the next month after i was hired that was completely disregarded but thats not why im writing this review! I am writing this review for anybody looking to work at this location specifically at THIS WAYNESBORO PA LOCATION! If you're looking for GOOD management and employer who is going to be flexible for you and your kids or even the simplest things DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT COME AND WORK HERE! Now as i cannot speak for every employee at this location but 9/10 of them can tell you on a personal level what they indure JUST from the management. Now for my experience!! I was terminated for failing to show up for a shift i was UNAWARE AND NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT and that came directly after me wanting to call of FOR THE FIRST TIME since i started there 3 months ago like i said previously. I was immediately told i had to request off if i was sick and needed to call out but how would that be possible if i was off already friday BEFORE SATURDAY? Right. So after that very rude interacting with "fnu" i was able to have off LUCKLY BY FORCE. Now the schedule gets made every SATURDAY so when i CALLED OFF that SATURDAY i checked for the schedule even tho i was PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO CLEARLY BEING SICK. So i got the schedule a need left the "work groupchat" because again I AM OFF AND NOT REQUIRED LEGALLY TO DO ANYTHING WORK RELATED OUT SIDE OF WORK AM I WRONG? So fnu decided to change the schedule to me working MONDAY instead of being off Sunday and monday DUE TO ME BEING SICK and then FAILED TO NOTIFY ME THAT HE DID SO . So This morning (monday) my mother gets a message from "tiffany" stating im terminated . NOT ONCE DID FNU NOTIFY ME IN ANY WAY THE SCHEDULE WAS CHANGED . Lets just also put out there fnu has a habit of hiring females and talking to them VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY. Even MY MOM WAS TALKED TO VERY RUDE. And i am not the only employee or ex employee who can say the same thing about "fnu". He tries to gaslight the employees to do more than what we get paid for and to basically do the job he is supposed to do. Answer me this would you work extra for a company that talks to you nasty , constantly disregards how hard you work , tries to gaslight you and let you go when you say you cant work night shift when you specifically told them when you get hired you cannot ! And cuts your hours constantly?? NO I WOULDNT EITHER AND THAT IS WHY IM SAYING THIS DO NOT WORK FOR DUNKIN DONUTS IN WAYNESBORO PA THE "RIDDHI SIDDHI INC. Worse service at this location. Rude employees . Got my drinks wrong the last two times. I was sitting waiting in thru for like five minutes one day. Nobody came on the intercom. There was a string of cars behind me, I find out later the employees had walked out in the middle of the day and just lock the doors no sign no nothing.. Went there today had another person with me. It was two separate orders. The rude employee said she could not separate the orders out. I had to pay for them together? When I get up to the window, I told her they had to be paid separately because I was using a gift card for mine. I had a handicapped lady with me who was paying cash for hers. She said I will do it for you this time after I had to raise my voice to her, she acted like she was doing me a favor ?? She said why didn't you come inside if you wanted to pay for them separately? If I wanted to go inside, I would've done it in the first place. I have a lady with me who just broke her hip and could not walk, which is not their business to begin with I asked for the manager and she couldn't even pronounce her last name. I ordered a sandwich and a Large Caramel Macchiato hot! I waited 13 mins in line to get the sandwich and another 10 for the coffee. I paid approx. $10.00 for both. The little blonde tatted a-hole came back with an Iced coffee and didn't say a word, just placed it on the counter. I was half way out the door when I realized it wasn't a hot coffee. I brought it back and told her I ordered it hot. Eight mins later she came back with another coffee and placed it on the counter again. She didn't say a word just placed the coffee on the counter. I had to ask, with three people waiting behind me, is this my coffee. Her first words to me was, "yes"! Customer service at Dunkin like all things I've experienced in Waynesboro sucks ass! This place has the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Completely unprofessional. I placed an online order and when I arrived, half my items were missing. We stood and waited for a few minutes for someone to acknowledge us and then my son asked if we could get some help. The woman glared at my son and then stomped up to the counter telling me, "there's only 2 of us working." There were at least 6 people behind the counter but I very nicely asked for my missing items. She grabbed the items and put them on the counter then rolled her eyes again and walked away without another word. read more

I love Dunkin' coffee, but every time I go the mess up my order. Every single time. I ask for a frozen caramel coffee with a shot of expresso and they give me it messed up every time. This is not something I normally do, however, this really was a bad experience. The shame is that I have come to love Dunkin...just not the Waynesboro, PA location. We placed a mobile order on 9/7/2020, arrived at the location and 35 minutes after arriving, we were finally to the window. Once at the window we had to initiate the conversation as we are not convinced the person at the window could speak. Then the order FINALLY came...Ordered: two drinks & two food items. Received: One Incorrect drink & one food item. There was no way I was waiting another 35 minutes to correct this issue. Have since then sent three emails to Dunkin Customer Service w/ no response - tried resolving over the chat feature on the App - no positive results and tried calling their CS number only told I had to wait approx. 30 minutes. It is a cyber/geographical oddity that everything revolves around 30 minutes with this location or no communication. I am done! I am sorry for the rant but it felt good. :-) read more

I sat in the drive through for half an hour and finally got to the window to find out they couldn't make my latte due to a machine being broken down. Would have been nice to know that when I ordered. When I received my mini bagel bites they were cold and gross. I was also there yesterday and ordered bacon topped avocado toast to drive off and realize there was no bacon on it. Half the time my coffee is burnt tasting. 0/10 do not recommend going to this dunkin. The employees are nice but service is terrible. read more

Horrible food and service. Three times my order has been wrong and staff does not care. Just add one cream and one sugar. Not hard...

One employee didn't have her mask over her nose or mouth, it was under both. So I won't go back because of that. The doughnuts were great, but this same employee (who doesn't wear her mask properly) made two of the worst iced coffees we've ever had. They were way too sweet - just straight sugar. I left a pretty good tip and she didn't even say thank you. read more
