All three staffs were busy taking care of phone order and/or drive thru orders. None of them wanted to ask what I needed help with. They put together my order relatively quickly, but they forgot to put milk in my husband's ice coffee. I brought it back to them and one of the staff added the milk for me (thank you and really appreciate it). It was a so so experience, but their donuts were fresh. Yelling at a customer over such a small issue is completely unprofessional. I even have a video of the way he treated me, which was shockingly nasty and aggressive. I come to Dunkin' often, but after this experience I will not be returning to this location. No customer should ever be treated this way.
