All three staffs were busy taking care of phone order and/or drive thru orders. None of them wanted to ask what I needed help with. Yelling at a customer over such a small issue is completely unprofessional. I even have a video of the way he treated me, which was shockingly nasty and aggressive. I come to Dunkin' often, but after this experience I will not be returning to this location. No customer should ever be treated this way.
