Lately it's actually been really good and they have a great staff now.I went in today under false advertising.This location posted on Instagram and Facebook $5 gift card when installing the app. When I asked the employee's about it they looked puzzled,I showed them the advertisement and they said" ya we didn't know about that and we aren't offering it".I'm so annoyed! read more

I go in all the time and the service and Atmosphere is always great and the workers there are always nice and friendly and they really go above and beyond to make sure everything you've ordered is good. Their donuts are very good. read more

I went here to buy a gift card for an Easter basket. It's now April 2 and they only had Christmas gift cards available. I asked if there were other options since it was an Easter gift. Normally, I wouldn't read leave bad review but the response that I got out of the manager was pretty poor to say the least. I understand Hair goes into food times and I've been a loyal customer of this establishment from the time this location has opened. I returned back after dropping my child off at school and brought the issue to the manager and it was like it was no big deal that my first bite into a sandwich was filled with hair not the morning routine that I enjoy it would be one thing if this was the first time, but this is the second time in almost a year that this is happened and when I went back to speak to the manager again, I asked if they could please wear hairnets at least in the food prep area, and they say they have hats. However, the hats have open tops to them and that doesn't prevent you from readjusting the hat and hair coming out of your head into the food. The manager on duty brought over another manager on duty, and I suggested wearing hairnet and they said that it's not part of the protocol and I said well maybe you should consider it and there was absolutely no consideration for me, the customer it was too much of a conversation to be had during a busy morning. Very poor response. I asked them if they'd like hair in their food as part of their morning routine and they ignored the question. TERRIBLE Customer service, not even I'm sorry. read more

Nice Dunkin Donuts in a cool new shopping center that keeps growing. Very clean. Staff is super friendly. You are not going to have the issues you have at many Dunkin Donuts these days with employees that speak poor English. A little hard to spot from Rt. 9 so keep an eye out. read more

Place is packed 24/7 there's barely enough coffee for the sheer amount of people that go to this location. I will literally have to wait 30 minutes for an order sometimes. Worst Dunkin' experience ever zero sense of community wouldn't recommend for anyone. read more

The girls who work here are extremely rude. They talk to each other instead of helping customers. One customer left and the girls started calling him disgusting and making fun of his weight and when the guy left without his bagel they laughed and said "it was the fat guys he'll definitely be back". There's another Dunkin right in Lanoka Habor and I highly suggest going there instead! read more

On Monday, 4-12-2021, we went to the Waretown Dunkin' Donuts at 9:22 PM. The girl that was on, was exceptional! My son'a iced latte was made perfect. And the girl was was courteous, professional, and friendly. And we go to this Dunkin' Donuts a lot, and all the kids there are very polite. And our drinks always come out perfect! Disgusting. My hot coffee was watered down and had flaky white stuff floating on it, there is a disgusting smell that comes in the air, and the workers are rude! Especially that girl Alina. Never going there again, don't waste your time. read more

Everytime I go here I order iced GREEN tea, and everytime they give me black tea. I finally said something and the answer was "you can add water to it." As a former employee of dunkin donuts, this one actually, its comical that they think people are that dumb. Its really not that hard to make green tea. read more

The nice thing about this DD's is everyone speaks English without accents! The girls there are very cute and very courteous.

They say they hire people who smile yet they are the rudest damn people never going back to that one!

This is the best Dunkin donuts I've ever been to, the employees are always so friendly and nice. I probably go here 4 days out of the week and I order a caramel iced latte and every time it is so delicious and always made the right way. read more
