We stopped here for breakfast on the way to the hotel from the airport. The place was busy and slow on a Saturday morning. We had to clean the chairs ourselves before we could sit down. We got the Sourdough breakfast sandwich, and Bacon, Egg and Cheese on bagel. Both the sandwiches were okay. read more

I found the staff was very friendly and worked efficiently. Coffee/food tasted fine too.

Not my first choice for Dunkin location by any means. I was in desperate need of a pick me up and this was the closest place so I stopped in here. Right off the bat, I noticed the Dunkin location was dirtier relative to other locations. There were no customers in the store. The staff was friendly and got my drink out quick, but my iced americano tasted a bit watered down despite not having much ice in it. Skip this location and head to Lexington St. read more

Been working in this area for five years and this is still one of the slowest Dunkins during the morning rush. They are inefficient and understaffed. I can't blame the employees; I blame management. read more

The people here are so rude and so slow. Very nasty. I will never come here again! Parking is easy.

If it's the morning rush, don't order anything in multiple parts using the app. From the parking lot, I ordered a donut and a coffee and a bagel. A few minutes later, I popped inside hoping to pick it up. Not on the "pick up" tray. So I waited. The bagel came out after five minutes. And a bunch of people came and went, some picking up orders and some placing their orders at the register. Coming and going. Still waiting. So another five minutes passes and when there was no wait, I finally go up to the cashier. Still waiting on mine. "Oh, here is the order slip. I'll make sure they get it now." Yeah, so if you just want a coffee, that would probably be okay. If you need more, do it at the register and don't order it on the app. [Review 15232 overall, 734 of 2021, number 1092 in Massachusetts.] read more

OK I've been to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts locations and if you have too, you know they can vary on service inventory, cleanliness, etc. This is my go to Dunkin on my way to work and it never disappoints. I Google Mapped around and and tried different Dunkins that were on my way to work. Some were a pain to park in, some I always had to wait and there was one that consistently burned the left side of my breakfast sandwich. The morning crew at this location is on point. I put in my to go order while I'm walking my dog, and when I show up 9 times out of 10 my order is ready and waiting for me. On the rare occasion where part of my order is still waiting, someone is quick to check in and ask for what I'm waiting for and within minutes. I am out the door and on my way. These guys and gals probably deal with some real cranky people in the morning rushing on their way to work, but they are always super pleasant when I come in. My orders never been an issue breakfast sandwich, or wrap is pretty consistent, and the coffee is classic Dunkin coffee. I'll see y'all tomorrow bright and early! read more

I didn't think to check the reviews because all I needed was a box of Munchkins, but shame on me!! 7:15 on a rainy Saturday morning, and I wanted a box of Munchkins for the hard-working ladies at work. I was the only customer in the store, and there were two employees: a random woman who had her back to me the entire time while typing on her ipad, and the guy who helped me (and wearing a baseball hat of some sort, but it wasn't a DD one). I said hello and asked for a box of 50 Munchkins, mostly chocolate and honey dipped, and a few jelly. Pretty simple, right? After getting the box together, he asked me what I would like? I repeat the "mostly chocolate and honey dipped, and a few jelly" request, and he puts them in the box. He didn't ask if I wanted anything else, and I really didn't, but I was surprised because many people want their caffeine as well. He told me it was $11.99, I handed over a $20 and also asked for a receipt. He handed over my change and just walked away - WTH???!!! - so I reached over, took my own receipt and left. The franchisee of this location may be having staffing issues and figures this is the best they will get, but whatever the story is they would be MUCH better off with no employees and working themselves. read more

So I heard that Dunkin Donuts Headquarters is in MA, so when in Rome... I am not a big fan of donuts, and historically, I only eat the middle out of the filled ones, but I wanted to have the "Boston Creme" filled donut. Eh,, it was ok, if you like donuts. The creme didn't really taste like "cream". Not sure how they make it, but it doesn't taste "real" At least I can say I had one. The building is located around the corner from my office and if I were going there everyday, it might get on my list as a nice thing to do for other donut lovers in the office. But not for me.. read more

This Dunkin is a constant mess , visit after visit they have staffing issues , slowness issues , ignore mobile pickup orders and more . I'm not sure I've ever seen one this bad . I used to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a bad day or two ... but after several visits the truth is now clear : every day is a bad day for these guys . I don't know why it's such a mess but it never seems to get better ... after months of bad performance. Avoid at all costs . read more

Remodeled June 2016 Smaller sizes dunks that was recently remodeled to include a seating area and fancy tv menus. Mixed service but for the most part it's been okay. I typically only get the donuts and blueberry muffins with an iced coffee. Haven't had issues with the coffee flavor or freshness another's have said. read more

Mobile ordered a cold brew and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich this morning. They gave me a bagel with cream cheese instead which I did not discover until almost an hour later when I was too far away from the location to return. No way for me to get a refund on the app. Used to look forward to getting my weekly Dunkin, but this experience was the last straw and would rather bring my business elsewhere that gives a shit instead read more

I should have paid more attention to the rating. I explicitly asked for Cool Mint tea and they gave me the wrong tea, I had already driven over 25 minutes when I first tasted it. Then I went to several dunkin donuts around the area and they were all closed as I tried to trade in my drink. It's probably worse that I'm going to be late to work now as a result when I was early. Lesson learned pay attention to the ratings they actually mean something. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is typically mobbed on weekday mornings by cube monkeys and hotel & office management staff in and around our Waltham corporate park. I occasionally indulge in a ham, egg and cheese on English muffin as a breakfast treat, but I'm always asked to repeat my order to more than one worker while a third rings it up. It's always hectic in here, and sometimes they act all surprised when I don't order a coffee (which is always as coffee inevitably makes me ill). Why does everyone have to be a caffeine junkie anyway?? Our office orders truckloads of munchkins each year from this shop. The management is also fond of giving out DD gift cards as performance rewards so they get a lot of our business even though I wish it were a Panera Bread instead. I can usually find parking though, so that's a plus. read more

OK so i'll start by saying, it's dunks, I don't expect much. That being said, this experience was unpleasant enough that I actually took the time out of my day to write a yelp review. That's not good. So I order a medium latte, the guy brings it to me, and it looks like a giant glass of milk. I asked hot many shots of espresso were in it and he said one, so I asked him to put the second one in. Fine. He hands it back to me (covered in milk for some reason) and charges me $4.60. I thought that was steep. Then I realized that he charged me an extra dollar for the shot. So I go back to the counter and ask how many shots come in a medium iced latte. The nice girl says 2. So I explained what happened, and the guy who made my drink comes over and says "she doesn't know what she's talking about. She's new. It comes with 1". This lead to a ridiculous argument where the guy kept telling me I was wrong and that he charged me for the extra shot because there should just be one in a latte...basically everyone in the dunks at the time was on my side except for this guy. The nice girl who was working went in back to ask the manager what to do (he never showed his face), who said to give me back the dollar for the shot. After some more arguing, the guy gave me a dollar out of the tip jar and told me " next time you will know that it just comes with one shot" I checked the website. It comes with two. Really, it wasn't about the dollar, or the fact that he screwed up my order. It was that he spoke to me like I was an idiot, and straight up said that his coworkers didn't know what they were talking about, when in fact they were right all along. I didn't like that my drink was screwed up, I didn't like that I was overcharged, I didn't like that the manager hid in the back room and did not come out to help, and I REALLY did not like this employee's attitude. I guess there's a reason Starbucks is more expensive. read more

Wow. This has to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to. It took half an hour (after ordering) to get a toasted bagel and a burrito. We watched them give away 3 orders (including ours) to the wrong people. Even over our protest. Then they finally remade our order after asking 5 times what we had ordered. Do yourself a favor and drive the 5 minutes to the next DnD. read more

My least favorite DD despite the great location right off the highway. During the work week, it is very crowded with people who often have lengthy and complex orders. Despite this, the staff is good at getting people in and out, but it is still pretty chaotic and rushed. On the weekend, it is much slower and the employees seemed bothered that you are disturbing them. The coffee is weak and the overall quality is bad compared to other Dunkin locations. Often my order is wrong. They do not carry the same selection of food/drinks either. This is the DD to go to out of desperation. read more

No iconic orange and pink Dunkin' Donut sign. If you don't know there's a dunkin' here, you'll drive right by it. We went in the middle of the day and it was totally empty. No seating, which is fine, but there is a standing table area. Clean bathrooms. Typical Dunkin'. I assume the place gets crazy busy in mornings and lunch times when people in those fancy hotels and office parks need their java fix. Staff was nice enough, iced tea was alright. They had JUST mopped the floors when we walked in and we felt so guilty having to walk on the wet floors and leave trails of dirty foot prints... sorry guys! read more

I stop here 3-4x a week. I use the online ordering app and they are one of the only Dunkin Donuts locations that do it as stated. The order is always ready, in the pickup area. (I find many Dunkins have you go to the register, despite the app specifically saying to go to the pickup area). The staff says hello and have a good day almost every time as well. Despite being a very busy location, food is always ready promptly. read more

The staff here are awesome. Attentive, friendly, and helpful with my not so simple order. Thanks Daryl!

This location has messed up my order in the past, however I went in there the other day and the service was fast and the crew was pleasant. I was there at a peak time around 7:30 AM. I was in and out in about five minutes. Compared to other Dunkin Donuts they are a tab bit slower if you order a breakfast sandwich, etc. This is the closest DD to my work. I go every so often. Some places don't charge you for a hot cup for your iced coffee, but I gave the server a quarter to cover and it she kindly took it. There is a lot of parking. It would be cool if they offered outside seating for the summer months. read more

Couldn't wait to try the new sandwich with avocado. Knowing how I am, I asked ahead of time if I could get the bacon well-done, I said I would wait extra time...,they assured me "yes." When the sandwich was allegedly cooked I asked again, " this has well done bacon?" And the gentleman said "oh yes"... Upon getting to my office I was unpleasantly surprised with half-raw bacon. Gross, and not even close to what I asked for twice. I understand if you can't produce bacon that is actually well done, just let me know, no problem.... another let down from this place (trying to post picture) The counter staff is very pleasant in general, but that means nothing if you get gross 1/2 raw bacon read more

I stop by this location 2-3x per week. I always get a medium black iced coffee. The past few weeks my iced coffee has been extremely watered down and diluted. It's to the point where it looks more like iced tea and tastes like water with coffee flavoring. I'm really disappointed as this location is extremely convenient to my work and the service is usually very pleasant. read more

Really really bad customer service. Second time I've been here and have been the only person in line. People just walk by without making any eye contact. Have waited over 5 mins just to be acknowledged. Then another 5 mins to get my order. Horrible! This last visit I ordered a medium iced coffee regular and a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese on it. Was told that they only had decaf iced coffee, no big deal it happens. I asked them to add a turbo shot which they tried to charge me for. I get my bagel with barely any cream cheese. I asked the "manager" on duty to add more cream cheese. He says he can't because he doesn't have gloves on. Tells me he'll give me a cream cheese on the side, and tries to charge me for that as well. Seriously? read more

Convenient location, below average service. Some staff are quite good, some are nice but move a bit slow. However, one woman spends more time loudly chatting to other coworkers about their personal lives and having to asked you to repeat and confirm your order because she "is confused by the screen" I could understand if it was a complicated order, but it was a simple breakfast sandwich with no alterations. She is also the only DD staff member I have ever met who puts at least 4 slices of cheese on the sandwiches, every time. I will have to ask for it with one slice next time, just seems odd I would have to request it be made the way it usually is/should be. The coffee is usually good, I've seen many other people's orders have to be remade but haven't had any big problems myself. read more

I always try to visit Dunkin when I come to the East Coast, because we don't have any in California. We came here a few times because it was really close to our hotel. Sometimes on my lunch break I sometimes go there , and I ask myself why every time i leave.. My coffee never comes out the way I asked for it .. Its burnt and awful. Dealing with the people that work there is brutal I don't know who would even hire those people. They have such attitudes and don't even pay attention to the customers , there was an eye lash in my latte and they didnt even want to give me a fresh one..,probably because they were too busy texting on their phones...the cashier had hickies on her neck that was so noticeable it literally made me lose my appetite from the site of her .. They are so unprofessional even for a coffee shop, they seriously need to think before they hire such gross people. read more

**OWNERS OF THIS LOCATION - PLEASE READ** You are losing money and business hourly, daily, weekly... at this location. The newest "cast" of characters you have hired are completely inept. I know you have probably caught wind of it by now but you have to make sweeping changes. The service is atrocious the staff bickers with each other and consistently get orders wrong. Most people who come to a coffee shop for the morning rush want their items as quickly as possible. They don't want a bad attitude, eye rolling or dirty looks.
