If it's the morning rush, don't order anything in multiple parts using the app. From the parking lot, I ordered a donut and a coffee and a bagel. A few minutes later, I popped inside hoping to pick it up. Not on the "pick up" tray. So I waited. The bagel came out after five minutes. And a bunch of people came and went, some picking up orders and some placing their orders at the register. Coming and going. Still waiting. So another five minutes passes and when there was no wait, I finally go up to the cashier. Still waiting on mine. "Oh, here is the order slip. I'll make sure they get it now." OK I've been to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts locations and if you have too, you know they can vary on service inventory, cleanliness, etc. This is my go to Dunkin on my way to work and it never disappoints. I Google Mapped around and and tried different Dunkins that were on my way to work. Some were a pain to park in, some I always had to wait and there was one that consistently burned the left side of my breakfast sandwich. The morning crew at this location is on point. I put in my to go order while I'm walking my dog, and when I show up 9 times out of 10 my order is ready and waiting for me. On the rare occasion where part of my order is still waiting, someone is quick to check in and ask for what I'm waiting for and within minutes. I am out the door and on my way. These guys and gals probably deal with some real cranky people in the morning rushing on their way to work, but they are always super pleasant when I come in. My orders never been an issue breakfast sandwich, or wrap is pretty consistent, and the coffee is classic Dunkin coffee. I'll see y'all tomorrow bright and early! read more

I didn't think to check the reviews because all I needed was a box of Munchkins, but shame on me!! 7:15 on a rainy Saturday morning, and I wanted a box of Munchkins for the hard-working ladies at work. I was the only customer in the store, and there were two employees: a random woman who had her back to me the entire time while typing on her ipad, and the guy who helped me (and wearing a baseball hat of some sort, but it wasn't a DD one). I said hello and asked for a box of 50 Munchkins, mostly chocolate and honey dipped, and a few jelly. Pretty simple, right? After getting the box together, he asked me what I would like? I repeat the "mostly chocolate and honey dipped, and a few jelly" request, and he puts them in the box. He didn't ask if I wanted anything else, and I really didn't, but I was surprised because many people want their caffeine as well. He told me it was $11.99, I handed over a $20 and also asked for a receipt. He handed over my change and just walked away - WTH???!!! - so I reached over, took my own receipt and left. The franchisee of this location may be having staffing issues and figures this is the best they will get, but whatever the story is they would be MUCH better off with no employees and working themselves. read more

I am not a big fan of donuts, and historically, I only eat the middle out of the filled ones, but I wanted to have the "Boston Creme" filled donut. Eh,, it was ok, if you like donuts. This Dunkin is a constant mess , visit after visit they have staffing issues , slowness issues , ignore mobile pickup orders and more . I'm not sure I've ever seen one this bad . I used to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a bad day or two ... but after several visits the truth is now clear : every day is a bad day for these guys . The one on main St gives you old eggs been there three times last month and my eggs were a gray color I think that's nasty!! The one off moody at seven 11 make it fresh that's my favorite one! But I still don't ever get coffee there since 2006 because the coffee is watered down and they put more cream than coffee it's like you're drinking a milkshake no thank you! The overgrown crybaby of a manager couldn't deal with a customer complaint. He swore at the customer told him it's basically to bad. Then proceeded to pace back and forth with a mad look on his face telling the customer he's from South Boston like he was going to fight him. I should have paid more attention to the rating. I explicitly asked for Cool Mint tea and they gave me the wrong tea, I had already driven over 25 minutes when I first tasted it. Then I went to several dunkin donuts around the area and they were all closed as I tried to trade in my drink. It's probably worse that I'm going to be late to work now as a result when I was early. This Dunkin Donuts is typically mobbed on weekday mornings by cube monkeys and hotel & office management staff in and around our Waltham corporate park. I occasionally indulge in a ham, egg and cheese on English muffin as a breakfast treat, but I'm always asked to repeat my order to more than one worker while a third rings it up. It's always hectic in here, and sometimes they act all surprised when I don't order a coffee (which is always as coffee inevitably makes me ill). Why does everyone have to be a caffeine junkie anyway?? Our office orders truckloads of munchkins each year from this shop. The management is also fond of giving out DD gift cards as performance rewards so they get a lot of our business even though I wish it were a Panera Bread instead. I can usually find parking though, so that's a plus. read more

OK so i'll start by saying, it's dunks, I don't expect much. That being said, this experience was unpleasant enough that I actually took the time out of my day to write a yelp review. That's not good. So I order a medium latte, the guy brings it to me, and it looks like a giant glass of milk. I asked hot many shots of espresso were in it and he said one, so I asked him to put the second one in. Fine. He hands it back to me (covered in milk for some reason) and charges me $4.60. I thought that was steep. Then I realized that he charged me an extra dollar for the shot. So I go back to the counter and ask how many shots come in a medium iced latte. The nice girl says 2. So I explained what happened, and the guy who made my drink comes over and says "she doesn't know what she's talking about. She's new. It comes with 1". This lead to a ridiculous argument where the guy kept telling me I was wrong and that he charged me for the extra shot because there should just be one in a latte...basically everyone in the dunks at the time was on my side except for this guy. The nice girl who was working went in back to ask the manager what to do (he never showed his face), who said to give me back the dollar for the shot. After some more arguing, the guy gave me a dollar out of the tip jar and told me " next time you will know that it just comes with one shot" I checked the website. It comes with two. Really, it wasn't about the dollar, or the fact that he screwed up my order. It was that he spoke to me like I was an idiot, and straight up said that his coworkers didn't know what they were talking about, when in fact they were right all along. I didn't like that my drink was screwed up, I didn't like that I was overcharged, I didn't like that the manager hid in the back room and did not come out to help, and I REALLY did not like this employee's attitude. My least favorite DD despite the great location right off the highway. During the work week, it is very crowded with people who often have lengthy and complex orders. Despite this, the staff is good at getting people in and out, but it is still pretty chaotic and rushed. On the weekend, it is much slower and the employees seemed bothered that you are disturbing them. The coffee is weak and the overall quality is bad compared to other Dunkin locations. Often my order is wrong. They do not carry the same selection of food/drinks either. This is the DD to go to out of desperation. read more

I stop here 3-4x a week. I use the online ordering app and they are one of the only Dunkin Donuts locations that do it as stated. The order is always ready, in the pickup area. (I find many Dunkins have you go to the register, despite the app specifically saying to go to the pickup area). The staff says hello and have a good day almost every time as well. No iconic orange and pink Dunkin' Donut sign. If you don't know there's a dunkin' here, you'll drive right by it. We went in the middle of the day and it was totally empty. No seating, which is fine, but there is a standing table area. Clean bathrooms. Typical Dunkin'. I assume the place gets crazy busy in mornings and lunch times when people in those fancy hotels and office parks need their java fix. Staff was nice enough, iced tea was alright. They had JUST mopped the floors when we walked in and we felt so guilty having to walk on the wet floors and leave trails of dirty foot prints... sorry guys! read more

I stop by this location 2-3x per week. I always get a medium black iced coffee. The past few weeks my iced coffee has been extremely watered down and diluted. It's to the point where it looks more like iced tea and tastes like water with coffee flavoring. This location has messed up my order in the past, however I went in there the other day and the service was fast and the crew was pleasant. I was there at a peak time around 7:30 AM. I was in and out in about five minutes. Compared to other Dunkin Donuts they are a tab bit slower if you order a breakfast sandwich, etc. This is the closest DD to my work. I go every so often. Some places don't charge you for a hot cup for your iced coffee, but I gave the server a quarter to cover and it she kindly took it. There is a lot of parking. It would be cool if they offered outside seating for the summer months. read more

Couldn't wait to try the new sandwich with avocado. Knowing how I am, I asked ahead of time if I could get the bacon well-done, I said I would wait extra time...,they assured me "yes." When the sandwich was allegedly cooked I asked again, " this has well done bacon?" And the gentleman said "oh yes"... Upon getting to my office I was unpleasantly surprised with half-raw bacon. Really really bad customer service. Second time I've been here and have been the only person in line. People just walk by without making any eye contact. Convenient location, below average service. Some staff are quite good, some are nice but move a bit slow. However, one woman spends more time loudly chatting to other coworkers about their personal lives and having to asked you to repeat and confirm your order because she "is confused by the screen" I could understand if it was a complicated order, but it was a simple breakfast sandwich with no alterations. She is also the only DD staff member I have ever met who puts at least 4 slices of cheese on the sandwiches, every time. I will have to ask for it with one slice next time, just seems odd I would have to request it be made the way it usually is/should be. I always try to visit Dunkin when I come to the East Coast, because we don't have any in California. We came here a few times because it was really close to our hotel. This location was ok, but they seemed to run out of stuff quite earlier in the day. One time they were out of chocolate chip muffins, another time they were out of chocolate glazed donuts. read more

Sometimes on my lunch break I sometimes go there , and I ask myself why every time i leave.. My coffee never comes out the way I asked for it .. Its burnt and awful. Dealing with the people that work there is brutal I don't know who would even hire those people. They have such attitudes and don't even pay attention to the customers , there was an eye lash in my latte and they didnt even want to give me a fresh one..,probably because they were too busy texting on their phones...the cashier had hickies on her neck that was so noticeable it literally made me lose my appetite from the site of her .. Most people who come to a coffee shop for the morning rush want their items as quickly as possible. They don't want a bad attitude, eye rolling or dirty looks. Under the prior morning team the line moved quickly and efficiently. You have a huge problem on your hands and it is best to fix it now, it will not get better. Literally the worst Dunks I've ever been to. Thought this the first time I went, but still went 2 more times after that only because it is the closest to my office when I need a quick caffeine fix.
