I ordered a large latte 2 caramel 2 chocolate 1 liquid sugar. But the person put 3 liquid sugars. It was a little too sweet for me and I like my latte sweet. I then pulled off and came back because I didn't have the receipt to capture my points. I usually add my own store bought iced coffee to my liking and stretch the drink into 2 or 3. I asked if he could make it with 1 liquid and he went off about how ppl complain etc and he remakes drinks all the time. He purposely made my drink with milk no coffee or express at all. I won't go there anymore. My $10 and time was wasted today. I left out to get a coffee and returned with milk. I then reached out to Dunkin's customer service to explain my experience and after a few emails back forth and they had me send a pic (it's in the review) they had me call them back, go through automated responses, wait on hold, and finally speak to someone who couldn't hear me and couldn't speak the best English. Just to explain it all over again and give the date, time, address, what happened, to give me a credit to go back to the same store. First, I need to know why Yelp has not developed a no star or half star system? Some of these places, like this particular Dunkin Donuts, are not even worthy of a one star. Not only is the place dirty, my drinks were disgusting, but they cheated me out of my money. Today, May 9, 2023, was the first and last time I will ever come to this location. I love all of Starbucks Refresher Drinks and Panera Bread's Strawberry Mint, so I thought I would try the other competition. So, I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered used a BOGO Free coupon so I could try two different flavors. I ordered a large Raspberry Refresher with no ice, and a medium Peach Refresher with no ice. No one was in line ahead of me and the service was relatively fast, so I get to the window within seconds, pay, ask for a receipt, and get my drinks. I had a couple of other stops I needed to make before picking up my youngest son, so I drove off without looking at the receipt, and started heading towards my next stop. I started drinking and immediately was repulsed by the taste. It tasted like bad liquid medicine. My oldest son tasted the Peach, and said the same thing. These drinks were nasty, so I made a note to self, "Don't ever order that again!" As I started to leave, my mind started questioning the price paid. I was thinking that even with the coupon the price seemed a little high, based on what was displayed, so I checked the receipt. I didn't even get out of the parking lot, before I noticed an additional $1.00 charge for...wait for it... NO ICE!!!! WTFrench*!@# She charged me $1.00 because I said I wanted no ice, for both drinks, but the other one was covered because of the coupon. How do you even justify charging someone for something you don't give them?!!! I, IMMEDIATELY, turn around and head back to to the drive-thru and ask why was I charged this amount. She told me that they ALWAYS CHARGE PEOPLE THIS AMOUNT WHEN THEY GET NO ICE!!!! Then, she went on to tell me that they charge $.70 extra, if someone ask for light ice?!!! I asked her to show me, where they say that this is a charge on the menu board, and she said, oh it's not on the be board, but they charge it because I got more product. I told her that was not how things work, and that she needed to give me a refund of my dollar, because that answer was bullcrap. She claimed that she couldn't refund it because I already got the product, and that it was a legitimate charge. When I argued that it was not, and asked to speak with a manager, she claimed that no manager was available. I was not satisfied with that answer, so I came in, and asked again for a manager. I , also, took pictures of the drive-thru menu board and the inside menu boards, showing that there was nothing in writing about this extra charge. She stated that there was no manager and that a manager would not be in until next Monday. (That's some real BS!) She had better be glad that I had some other places to go and that I had to pick up my son from school, because you probably would have seen me on the news for tearing that damn place up. I will be following up with the BBB, Maryland Attorney General, Google Review, Twitter, Facebook, and any other reporting or social media outlet as deemed necessary. And for those you who say, it's just $1, I offer you that dollars add up, and it's MY MONEY. I donate thousands of dollars in a year, so if you wanted a donation just ask. But this is outright theft and I will make sure that it is not allowed to continue!!!!! read more

This is my neighborhood Dunkin's. I grew up in Boston where Dunkin's was founded, I'm 65 years old, and I've been a customer all my life. This Upper Marlboro branch is great. They are efficient, the lattes are great, and the donuts fresh. Great manage and great employees. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts lost me as a customer. There was no way to cancel my order on the app and when I called the store, there was no answer. Once I arrived to the store and explained my situation, (pregnant and did not want a caffeinated drink) the worker told me to contact corporate and there was no way to change my order. Quite interesting since Starbucks has no problem changing your drink orders or remaking them. I'll stick with Starbucks from now on. read more

I love this Dunkin. I don't why so many negative reviews? I have ordered at the speaker and through the app. My drink is always ready when I get to the window. I have been coming here 3x a week for 4 years and I think I've only had a wrong order once and they fixed it immediately. People aren't the friendliest but it's kind of the norm. read more

The cashier has trouble with English hearing it and speaking it but we managed to get 2 dozen donuts in the boxes they were a little stale no telling how long they were on the shelf but still edible it's relatively new so I will give them more time to adjust and continue to use my regular dunkin shop in Allentown Riad read more

Today, 4/2/2020, at approximately10:30am, my family received horrible service. The cashier was disrespectful, nasty and rude. If I had her name, I would post it because no one should be working for a business with her bad attitude and poor work performance. She was only asked a simple question about the food. No one yelled at her nor treated her poorly. She chose to respond with a smart mouth and slam the window shut. When she was corrected, she yelled out, GO HOME! I understand that food service staff are working every day for the community during this crisis. Everyone is on edge and anxious. However, it is the hard-earned money of the customers that are keeping these businesses open and people like her EMPLOYED. Grocery store staff in my neighborhood are working just as hard if not harder and have never been this disgusting. Furthermore, the food was ill-prepared. How are we to trust that the food wasn't tampered with in retaliation based on her foul behavior? I tried to call to speak to a manager but no one would answer. DO NOT give your money to places like this do not have respect for its customers. read more
