Horrible service waited 30 minutes for a ice tea! Definitely won't be coming back until new workers.

They serve salads, sandwiches, wraps, quiche, pie, and a marvelous assortment of pastries and chocolates, plus there is wine to enjoy. They have loose teas, teaware, and gifts. The setting is comfortable, eclectic, and homey, and the staff is friendly and informative. Opened in September 2016 by Polish emigrant Kasia Lindeberg, who had spent 15 years working in a Stratford health food store. She studied nutrition, deepening her understanding of naturopathic medicine and herbs to heal both body and mind. This is a great place to come and relax, or to order to go. Their website, https://opendoortea.com/, is beautiful and full of information. I highly recommend a visit; you'll be glad you did. Craig

There is not back entrance. The tea shop has outdoor seating and two rooms inside, at least one of which can apparently be rented out. The furniture in the main room looks like you're in someone's front parlor, and is adorable. The counter top order is in back with smoothies and tea available, as well as what I suspect are vegetarian treat. A fine brownie in a fine brownie, and the scone was flavorful without being dry.

I'm not gonna make today's review too long today, but I will write what I have time for as I ride…read morethe train. So way back when, I had first seen the place as Roly Poly Doughnuts or something of the sort. Some time in between, Tiffany's Place took over and has been here ever since. It's honestly a place I've been wanting to try at least once back during my overnight misadventures of the 2010's and I'm only just now getting to come here for the first time in 2026. I do notice that the reviews before mine seem to be mixed. People either love it or hate it. I can't say that I love it yet, but I definitely did not hate it. This is definitely more a place I might go if I have to wait longer for the train in between trains ever since I started transferring in Stratford over Bridgeport. Today's order consisted of a Large Hot Cinnamon Mocha and the two donuts you see in the photo attached. Honestly, nothing was bad about my order. The coffee I got was definitely better than that latte I had Ubered from New Canaan last week. As for the donuts, they were good, but they weren't amazing. I do appreciate that my French Cruller had a chocolate frosting on top, but as you can see from the missing icing some of it stuck to the bag. That's why if someone were to bag my donuts I'd prefer a chocolate glaze over any kind of frosting. I like getting the complete item. Speaking of the chocolate glaze, I liked the donut. Again, not a groundbreaking donut by any means, but I would get it again. The price is good too. Ever since the station cafe started doing a $10 card minimum, I stopped going to it because I can't justify paying $10 for a coffee when I need to use cash for other things. Here, I only needed to pay $7.25 for the entire order, and it honestly made more sense for me to order enough to that amount here. The coffee is cheaper too even if you take the $10 minimum argument out entirely. Where coffee was $3.76 at the station, this one was $3.21 before tax. Yeah, if and when the Waterbury branch has difficulties staying on time, I won't mind coming here again to try more things.

I give the workers five stars. They are always smiling and pleasant and the food is always fresh…read moreand delicious. Awesome coffee.

I came in the early evening and was greeted by the counter person who was very friendly. I got an iced coffee with vanilla cold foam. It comes in a cute cup that resembles a can! The guy who is in my one of my pictures he was amazing. I was visiting this area because I was in town for a three day convention and some of the friends told me about this place. I checked out yelp, found the location and picked myself up some items for my train ride back home. I got an iced spiced chai latte, and an iced cookie butter for tomorrow morning's work day. My oldest daughter got an iced vanilla latte and my other two daughters ordered a chocolate and a cinnamon muffin. I later learned that they were giving 15% off for visitors visiting the convention center and because I missed that opportunity, I was instead offer an assortment of complementary danishes. I have to say my iced spiced chai latte was delicious! So go that I ordered another one in the larger size to take home. I wished all chais would taste like this. They have set the standard. It was so smooth with the amazing yummy spices you could taste, just really good. My daughters, all three had no complaints. They loved the muffins, although they said it should have been warm up, but still was very soft, moist and fresh. I wished that on my second order, the girl who rang up our order would have honored that 15% perfect off because we still made another order after finding out but she didn't and she wasn't very pleasant like the guy, so I just let it go, it was a spiritual weekend for me and I didn't want to let her irritated me. I even included a tip because the male staff member was great. The space is very cafe friendly, plenty of seating, nice ambiance with relaxing music playing. If I lived in this area this place would definitely be my choice of places to frequently visit. So although four stars I'm still giving two thumbs up! Happy Yelping!
