Was trying to get munchkins for my munchkins and stopped at this dunkin. The drive thru is very confusing! You actually should slow down and go in before the signs down the narrow street and then turn in. From the looks on the street the right turning lane appears to be for dunkin but is for Zaxbys and you cannot turn around so please be aware! I was not in line long as it moved pretty quickly. The person that took my order did not offer any specials etc and seemed to want to get me out the line rather quickly. I was given half of my order and then the employee waved and left. I waited for about a minute and as I was backing up, the gentlemen that took my payment arrived with the rest of my order. The customer service was okay, The food was fresh, and the store looked fresh so I will give them 3 stars for that. I send my husband here twice a day. Its a great alternative to Starbucks, so he doesn't mind. I always get the Caramel Craze Latte or large mocha or caramel coffee (dark roast.) This is a convenient location, but in the morning, it can be heck trying to get out of the parking lot. The drive thru is fairly quick, even in the morning rush. I tend to get aggravated with this chain, because im constantly telling them that I do not want sugar in my coffee. They tend to put sugar in cold coffee. What happens when you do that? The sugar doesn't dissolve. So, I end up get a mouthful of sugar. Also, they tend to burn your croissant or bagel. I always have to make sure they repeat my order, so that I will get what I paid for. The attitudes of the employees is ok. They don't walk around stank face or rolling their eyes. One thing that I must point out, is that the way this DD lattes taste, differs immensely, from other DD. I went to a DD at a different location and it tasted 100% different. The other location latte was so heavenly. It was bolder and smoother. It had just the right amount of sweetness too. This is definitely a place I will continue to frequent, because of the location. I just wish that more attention was paid to the customer, in regards to how they want their drink/food. read more

Came in to order donuts and owner had an attitude when I requested glazed donuts from another bin nearby because they looked fresh. He was making comments under his breath (but obviously NOT under his breath since I could hear him clearly). Also when I asked about a butter pecan flavored frozen coffee he said there wasn't one. My intuition was right she picked my breakfast sandwich up by hand (no gloves) and put the top half of the bread on with no gloves on and put it in the bag with no gloves on. The bad thing about Dunkin Donuts is I love Krispy kreme, and there happens to be one 2 miles away. The good thing about Dunkin Donuts is their coffee is pretty good, and their blueberry bagels aren't a slouch either. Came in for just that, large coffee with an espresso shot and blueberry bagel toasted. Left with a smile and isn't that what's really the point when you come to a place like this? Customer service was pretty fast and had me in and out of there within a couple of minutes. I've been drinkin dunkin' coffee since the 80's, and let me tell you, i would rather have the old drab looking dunkin donuts that made incredible coffee over the new modern looking , manicured dunkin donuts that makes inconsistent crappy coffee. One dunkin donuts makes it too sweet, the other too much cream. Why can't coffee be made like it used to??? Dunkin donuts' coffee used to be the standard for all other places to measure up to. That is, until starbucks came along with their $5.00 cup of coffee. Now dunkin wants in on that market. Big mistake. Stick with what made you, and don't try to re-invent yourself, dunkin donuts. Service is okay, with some minor communication issues from time to time. Looks like a family run place, with that family being from India. Nice folks with no real complaints here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Drive-through orders take 30 minutes; walk-in orders take about the same. The staff is rude, untrained, and completely unapologetic about wasting your time. I've been here on multiple occasions, hoping for an improvement, but it never seems to get better - only worse. If you would have asked me a few years ago what I thought about Dunkin' doughnuts I would probably give the company itself a 4 or 5. The doughnuts were pretty good but since then I have learned a few things about Dunkin donuts as a company. I've learned that Dunkin Doughnuts actually makes their donuts in a large warehouse on the south side of Atlanta ( McDonough ) the day before and are distributed by trucks that evening for consumption the next morning. Some of the locations that are a little bit further away, the donuts are flash frozen and delivered to meet the needs of the stores. This was a huge turn off for me. One, I don't like the idea of food that is advertised as fresh to be transported by truck around town to be served to the next day and ANY TIME you freeze something I don't think you can then in good faith refer to it as fresh. When I was growing up I remember the bakers making the donuts on location. It was fun to go into the store and know that the donuts are still warm and they are that fresh. This particular DD located just outside of stone mountain on Hwy 78 I believe to be open 24 hours per day. I am convinced they only have one employee. It's always the same guy working whenever I go in there ( before I realized how the donuts are made ) You can never understand what he is saying on the speaker so you are told to just drive around to the window to give your order. He is always very nice. This morning I was running a little late and wanted to get donuts for the folks at work. So this was my only option at 5am and the direction I was traveling. 2 dozen assorted donuts cost me $19 which seems a little high for me. A local bakery that I know is making the product on sight and has more variations I am ok with that price. Partly because I know that extra little bit of money is going to bakers who are in the back room whipping up these bad boys. Anyway, with all of that being said I would prefer to maybe drive a little further or spend a little more to get fresh product that I know is being made fresh every morning on site. This location does have plenty of parking. The inside in the past has been kept clean and smells pretty fresh. Their coffee is pretty good and the price is right. This is my first review ever, but tonight I felt inclined to get online and post about my experience. We came into this dunkin/baskin around 9:30 to get some ice cream after my brother won his little league game. We spent well over $30 alone on ice cream, grabbed our cones, and then sat down. No big deal. Then after the ice cream was depleted my dad asked for a cup of water. The manager said it was .53 cents. My dad was upset stating that he had just purchased a large order of ice cream. yet, she didn't give it to him. Then at 9:50 the workers exclaimed that they were closing in 2 minutes. When in fact the sign outside said that they closed at 10. 9:53 rolls around and a worker comes to our table against his will and says to us, "My manager is making me do this, but you guys need to go outside". So we got up and left as they locked the doors as they closed behind us. I don't know what the hurry was, but they definitely just lost some customers tonight, and hopefully more from this post. My friend went to get two extra large coffees. He came back to the house with two extra large atrocious coffees. We decided to go back and get them to remake them. We ordered the same exact thing. Extra large coffee extra cream extra sugar only I get a little ice in mine so that it is a drinkable temperature. They remade them and they basically tasted the same. His tastes like bitter coffee with very little cream and zero sugar, while mine tastes like bitter coffee with a ton of sugar. We decided after having they remake them that there was no point in trying to get a decent cup of coffee from this place. Also while we were there they had many of the same issues others had complained about. No blueberry donuts, No sweet tea and it was only 10:30am and not one employee took the initiative to make more donuts or sweet tea. I ordered the medium version of my usual (a hot coffee with caramel) and was pleasantly surprised to find out at the window it was 50% off due to a special promotion for the day! Only $1.05.
