Horrible location. I visited a little after 1pm on a weekday. I ordered a 14oz coffee and three donuts; a crueler, old fashioned, and a blueberry. The coffee was so weak that adding a little cream turned it completely white. And only the crueler was half edible, as the others were not. Overcooked to the point of making them hard all the way through and dried out. I understand getting donuts in the middle of the day won't be quite as fresh as in the morning, but these were incorrectly cooked in the first place. All of the other locations in State College have been great, and even when they're not up to par, they're still good. This one, however, horrid. Totally disappointed in something that's supposed to be a chain and hence have the same quality of products at each store. read more

Got a delivery order from this specific location. Order was timely delivered, and the packaging bag was secure and innovative. Inside the bad, is a cardboard insert that comfortably sits your beverage, while your food is packaged in separate bags and appropriate sleeves, etc. My order consisted of the following: Iced Coffee-Large Dark Roast - Whole Milk- Coconut Shot- liquid sugar 2 wrap Bacon Egg White Cheddar 2 Boston Creme Donuts 1 6pc hash browns The food was phenomenal, well cooked and arrived warm and fresh tasting. It wasn't cold, and leaned towards the "still hot" side of the spectrum, and was very favorable. I had forgotten that the hash browns were only a 6 piece numbered order, nevertheless they were delicious and well seasoned. Inside the innovative bag which was aforementioned, they must have been closer to the beverage or cool faster; as they arrived a tiny bit cooler in temperature. It's not a big deal, as they were still warm and delicious. The Egg Wraps are delicious and Dunkin' Donuts should be more universally known for them. This single product offers several combinations including customized eggs, cheese, or meat options. I'm about 90 % sure they offer veggie options as well. Seriously, the food is better than most of Dunkin Donuts competition in the Coffee and Breakfast industry. The donuts were amazing and I stuck to a personal favorite flavor; the Boston Creme. I purchased two donuts and was very satisfied with the fresh quality and taste! The Iced Coffee was entirely customizable, from type of roast, milk or non milk dairy options, sugar options, and flavored shots for added taste flavor profiles! Gets the job done! This is a perfect stop on the way to a Penn State home football game, or first stop once you land at SCE coming in from out of town. The selection is more meager than other DD because it's inside a gas station mart, but you'll find something to enjoy. And the coffee... THE COFFEE! Yum! Terrible service, grumpy Indian guy mumbling insults the whole time just because he couldn't get my order right. I asked for 4 cream 1 sugar and hazelnut and he messed it up like 4 times in a row. Just an overall bad attitude and when I got my drink it was way too sweet. Don't recommend this place, this is the last time I go there since I've never had a good experience and this was the last straw. read more

The cashiers and workers never have masks on, and if they do, they're not worn properly. Nor do they wash their hands in between being on their phones and making food & drink. Nor do the register workers that work for the gas station part of the store. Probably done going to this location just for convenience of the drive. read more

Let's face it this is the Northeast and there are Dunkin Donuts everywhere. The difference between this one and most others is that this location is located in an Exxon gas station. It is not a stand-alone location. Those who are looking for that might want to find another nearby location. On a positive note you can pump gas and head inside and grab a coffee or a donut if you want. Our hot tea and coffee was very good. However, the donuts that we ordered and other pastries were far below average, which seems to be normal at this chain these days. read more

On multiple occasions I would place an order, pay and the attendant would help the customers after me and have them out the door before he even began full filling my order. Today was the third time this happened and almost always its because a female customer came after me. In general, no matter how polite my communication, the gentleman was alwasy very short and rude. Absolutely worst customer service I'd ever received. While placing my first drink order I was interrupted numerous times with the woman stating "anything else?" While still trying to place my order I stated no sugar just cream. Only to be interrupted again with the woman saying no cream or sugar. Then I was given my total when still had to order two meals and another drink. Needless to say we left rather than going through another minute of that, and went to another location. read more
