Ok look, I've been going to this Dunkin' for a number of years now. In the past, they've always done their best despite staffing issues and being a particularly busy location. But I've had a long standing problem that has kept me away from this Dunkin' for a while. I would always order the French vanilla swirl iced coffee, but they kept giving me vanilla shot. That's fine- simple mistake. But then it started happening more frequently. I finally said something when in one week they had given me vanilla shot orders more than my French vanilla. Again, no biggie- they remade it for me. Took a little extra time but whatever. But then it was still happening a few times a week. I finally stopped going for a while when I said something to the one cashier and asked her to please remake it with French vanilla swirl. She replied "they're basically the same thing" and wasn't going to take my drink back. I reminded her that it's a separate menu item for a reason, and I'd like the menu item I paid for please. I received attitude, but she remade it for me, and I didn't return for months after that. Gave them another chance, and things were going well. Now we're back to issues. I order my coffee with cream and it looks like it does in the photo. Given my history of problems with this Dunkin', I decided to stick it out for a bit and see how they average. After about a month, appears to be about twice a week they forget the cream. I'll stick with my canned energy drinks, I suppose. At least they're consistent with their quality and ingredients. OK, this place has regained a few stars. Looks like they're doing some hot sandwiches at least during early afternoon hours. Occasionally I get a decaf or half decaf hot in the evening. Many times (not every time) when I get any decaf there is a small bunch of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Not always, but there for a while about 50% of the time. It's a little frustrating to take that last swig and get a small mouthful of dirt. read more

Hi! Today I ordered through your mobile app, I try to use this app as much as possible due to the size of my orders as you may or may not see as I buy for my fellow co-workers and family 1-2 sometimes 3 times a week. I spend a nice amount each time but that shouldn't matter. I expect the same great service and accuracy no matter what! I understand alot of establishments are short hence the reason I order as well through the app, I understand people can make mistakes and I can over look it once in a blue moon but out of the last 5 mobile orders I either had to ask right at the window for a missing item,call and wait in the front of the store for someone to bring a missing item out, drive back through the drive thru or call and get it another day. Why I ask? Can no one count or double check anymore?! I try to order in even numbers, that's the Libra in me so I'm not understanding why when I call back to the store to speak to a mgr to report a missing item the 20 questions of where I just bought food, the attitude, the talking over someone. I don't want my $ back for an order of hash browns that you missed, check my order 2x for accuracy before you give it to me or anyone! In my mind if I've given you an order at 11:00am and I drive thru your drive thru at 11:35 am to pick up my order I've given you ample enough time to give me a correct order! I Didn't clog up your drive thru, and stress you out & I was courteous to you and the people in back of me or maybe I even paid for them as well because that's just what I do!! I love DD and your food but truth be told, I could go anywhere to buy what I buy from you but I don't! I sit in sometimes a long line stressing if I'll be late for work & even if I use the mobile app and as far as the rewards, their nice but lets face it, everyone has them! I use this app for the convenience and it then allows anyone putting it together time as well as accuracy. Just do better! Keep the attitude at home and just be nice! I bought 1/2 dozen donuts for= knew they'd be excited to have donuts for breakfast. I got Angel creme dusted, Angel creme sugared, chocolate frosted, chocolate glazed, yellow glazed and jelly. They were all stale beyond words. The yeast donuts were so dry we mistook them for cake donuts. We tried nuking a couple to soften them up. It made them warm but they were still as dry as the bottom of a bird cage. I was so mad and embarrassed. They weren't cheap either. I will never ever buy Dunkin again. Pastries this dry and stale should be sold as paperweights read more

This Lancaster Ave DD is absolutely the best. The coffee and Iced tea are consistently good. The service unbelievably efficient. Other Dunkins should train their staff there so they can see how it's done read more

upon arriving at the drive thru, the employee taking my order was very rude and eager for me to stop talking and leave. once i arrived to the window she then told me she wouldn't cook my 2 food orders because they have the oven turned off for cleaning because they " we close in like 30 minutes" however the time was only 7:10 pm and it says they close at 8pm online. not to mention the window on the restaurant says they close at 9pm but i assume they actually close at 8 like it says online due to covid (there should be a sign with updated hours) and now yelp says the closing time is 10? i was so embarrassed by the bold face lie the employee had just said to me that i didn't even question her and paid for my drinks and left. i am extremely bothered by the experience and will not be returning. i would rather wait in line at Starbucks for an hour. read more

Your standard Dunkin Donuts. Provides a quick pick-me-up in the morning when using the drive thru. The inside isn't very pleasant to visit however, as it is pretty dirty and not well organized. I'll stick to the drive thru until they clean up the place a bit. read more

We waited in the drive thru a long time for two frozen coffees. We also noticed the floor was absolutely dirty. The cups were not wiped off and my brand new car got super stinky. Not a fan. read more

THE ONLY GOOD DUNKIN' AROUND HERE. This location is more than good, its amazing! The drive thru always goes nice and fast, even on a busy Saturday morning. They've never ever messed up an order of mine. They have never run out of things, none of their machines are ever down, and they are always on the ball. The customer service is also amazing. I refuse to go to any other Dunkin's in my area no matter how conveniently placed the others are. read more

The best Dunkin in the area by far. There are always cars lined up into the street and within 1-2 minutes you are ordering and on your way. The coffee is so so fresh and so is the food. Can't beat it. read more

On three separate occasions staff put wrong doughnuts in the box. Blamed me for not ordering correctly. They argue with you, make you feel like you did something wrong, deny the words that came out of their mouth, and then scoff at you. Worst customer service. read more

Ive been here plenty times over the last 4 years. Ive lost count really. Food is consistent. Service is very fast and friendly and coffee is great. The only complaint I have is limited parking but that's not much of a problem. Even the drive through is very quick. Ive never had a bad visit here. Highly recommend. read more

This dunkin location is terrible!!! There is one 3 minutes right down the street from this one.. Go there instead! If you're just stopping in for a hot coffee you may be ok, but if you dare to purchase any donuts, your wasting your money. I don't know what they are doing wrong but their donuts taste so old and this is not just one bad experience it is every time i've gone here. Don't waste your time with this Dunkin Donuts, it is by far the worst service I have ever had and it is a miracle they are still in business. Went in with a group of friends, they got their food and I didn't get mine....waited a bit and informed them I had not gotten mine, they said it was in the bag with the other food which it was not, the gentleman behind the counter gave a blank stare and walked away. I assumed they went to go make it, I assumed wrong. Five more minutes went by, still no sandwhich, then he came out with a bag....thought it was my sandwhich. Nope just the hash browns they forgot to give us. I asked about my sandwhich again, more blank stares and then they realized they had not started to make it yet, mind you there was no other customers besides us, three employees and no sandwhich. read more
