Worst Dunkin' poor service waited 30 min in drive thru they never want to work girl acted like she was out out didn't want to work

The two young ladies working tonight have amazing customer service They made my night!

Customer service is horrible after 1pm. The morning crew keeps the place going, After 1pm it's like a zombie crew comes in and has no clue how to run the place. Sitting at the speaker of the drive thru for 20mins without getting your order is unacceptable. Get it together Dunkin! read more

I just witnessed young worker act like a pre-adolescent with a senior with a hearing device because he wanted a specific donut from the display and she just did not have the patience. It doesn't feel like 1.5 miles from the highway -- the sign must be wrong. A mile, maybe, and it's a mile of wide, fast road with only one traffic light between the corner and the highway. I am from Maine, just drive 3 days to Florida, this Dunkin Donuts had the nicest and most enthusiastic drive thru individual I have encountered down the east coast. There should be more people like her in customer service! read more

I have tried to give this location a chance because of its proximity to my apartment but it has the worst service. I literally drive 15 minutes to the other location off Lumsden instead. I went there today and there were only 2 employees working with a line out the door and line in the drive thru. The cashier stopped taking orders and was on the phone crying. Terrible service, there were four workers two on drive thru with no customers and one customer in front of me that could not make up her mind. Instead of any of the other three people assisting me and my son that was patiently waiting for 20 minutes no one did anything. Besides laugh and play around with each other as if there were no customers waiting to spend money at their location. They proceeded to lock the door at 9:59 PM and the guy that was helping the customer in front of us disappeared and must have told the girl on drive thru to assist us because apparently he wanted to hang out with his co-workers. Not at all at any time during the plus 20 minutes did he or any other employee acknowledge my son and I standing in line There was no apology for the wait, the lady that helped my son closed the lid on his order without asking if he wanted any toppings, then she gave him his ice cream took my money and never offered a spoon seeing his order was in a cup. I am not sure how or why it is difficult to toast and provide cream cheese for a bagel. For this dunkin, however it would appear completely impossible as this dunkin has now twice not performed this action. So now I sit at work with a dry, cold bagel. This dunkin used to be a favorite spot for before work and on weekends. The repair looks ok but when a drink was delivered I saw a fly just hanging around it and you flys puke on things to eat them so

I went this morning during work rush hour and since the drive thru was packed with cars, I decided to park and go in. There were a few people in line ahead of me but both cash registers were being manned so they got through everyone quickly and efficiently. I ordered and had my dozen doughnuts and iced coffee in no time. Sometimes I worry when stopping on the way to work that it will make me late but this Dunkin Donuts knows what it's doing as they had plenty of staff on hand to take care of the morning rush. read more

I went in after reading the reviews giving it the benefit of the doubt... it was definitely not the cleanest by any means sadly. No hot fudge for a sundae??? One fat free ice cream in stock "vanilla". The service was great though. We sat outside and the tables literally need to be hosed down to get the dried up funky ice cream left behind on them...yep pretty gross Hopefully the one on 60 is much better. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts but this location is awful! We had a frozen carmel coffee. They were so bitty we couldn't drink them. I gave them back and the girl slung them in the trash. They made us 4 more and didn't even tell us they were ready. They tasted just as bad as the first. They are rude and I am very disappointed! read more

I recently returned to a morning routine that includes a daily trip though their drive thru. I was pleased to see that the long lines are no longer such an issue. But unfortunately there's a reason for that. In the last 5 business days they've gotten my order wrong 3 times...left out the Splenda one dau, gave me plain coffee instead of the latte (charged for the latte though) and on another day added flavor to plain coffee instead of my usual latte. Too many mistakes that have been at my expense. Who has time in the morning to wait for corrections? Headed for McDonalds or Starbucks...anyone who can get my simple "large latte with two Splendas" order right. Sad to go. They were convenient but frustrating. read more

I will have to agree with the rest. I was spending $60.00 a week, for early morning meetings. I purchased four $10.00 gift cards, one did not get activated. When I brought the card, my receipt and credit card statement( with weekly charges on it)back, they simply refused to make the $10.00 gift card right. Lost $240.00 a month over $10.00. read more

Lived in this area for years and seems like service is getting worse and worse.... impatient, RUDE employees. When In the drive thru we asked her what donuts they had on hand since it was in the middle of the day and she got an attitude and started listing them so fast we couldn't understand her and kept saying "is that it, is that it" and inside one morning, first of all, you don't get greeted here, the first thing they say to you when you walk up is "what can I get you" rather than "hi welcome to blahblahblah" and the girl on the register had no idea what she was doing and then couldn't find the chocolate milk I ordered so while another employee is in the back looking for it, she starts making herself a drink and and basically making herself at home while everyone is standing in line waiting for their stuff. Finally, I she hands me my stuff, at this point I was very irate but held my tongue and patience the entire time, I didn't say anything to her and after I get my stuff she goes "you're welcome" under her breath like I was supposed to thank her after all of this.. lol.... SO over this place. DONT go here. read more
