I ordered my pizza online for carry out here. This was my first time to this pizza hut as I am not from this town. When I arrived my pizza and wings were ready. The guy that was working the front was super nice and provided the best customer service I have had in a pizza hut before. I looked at my pizza and it had two topping on each slice when I actually wanted half pepperoni and half sausage. He immediately went in the back to have another pizza re made. He also place my wings in the heater so it can stay warm while the pizza get ready. I went back to my car to wait on my pizza. He actually came out and brought my pizza to my car door. He gave me the other pizza because he said it would've gotten thrown away anyways. So I ended up leaving with two pizza and wings. I didn't get his name but his service is awesome and he is definitely making a good look for this pizza hut. He deserves great recognition from management. read more

Ordered from here chicken pasta and hand tossed pizza. I opted for text updates, so first when I got the text saying my pizza is out for delivery I was like awesome I'm starving. Nope the store is 4 min away when I got the text to when I received my food was around 35 more minutes. So long story short my took forever my pizza was flatter than a pancake even though I ordered hand tossed and my chicken pasta literally was so under cooked I couldn't even eat it. Ordered a pizza at 8:43 tonight for delivery. Called at 9:55 to see where my pizza is and they said it still hasn't left the store but was ready. The associate who answered the phone said that if I call the store back when I get my pizza, they'll see what they can do about a discount. I don't want a discount, I want my pizza. You cannot customize your pizza without numerous key strokes and editing. Their chicken wings are tolerable. Impossible to use the coupons available online or even on their own web site. I see a young lady making pizza's WITH NO GLOVES!! I move out of the way as a man comes out of the bathroom. He goes in to the kitchen and grabs her pizza pans and puts them in the oven. NO GLOVES!!! Now the cashier is ready for me, I say "wow no one is wearing gloves back there." Her reply simply "yea, I'm sorry, would you like to see your pizza's?" "No I actually want a refund and I want the manager" The same man who crossed my path earlier comes out and his response was "We are constantly washing our hands back here" So FYI these people think this is normal to dig their hands in cheese, and other toppings and then to feed it to you. read more
