The owner is a sour puss, rude and possibly racist. On several occasions they failed to acknowledge patrons waiting to place an order. On this date I waited patiently while talking on the phone for them to take my order. There were 2 workers, neither one said anything to me and after a few minutes and I said hello and was told I needed to wait. This exchanged escalated quickly into a screaming match where obscenities were spewed and I was told to leave the establishment. This is place is horrible!!!! Save yourself the aggravation and go to cafe next door for your breakfast needs as this DD also does not sell bagels or croissants. In this economy I will not spend my money at an establishment that does not value its customers!!!! read more

This is the worse DD i been in my entire DAILY DD visits for over 50 years around the world everywhere I go I've been to a DD ..i never been in this location to where I unfortunately stopped in!the rude service! they're more interested in their Subway business in there than DD .THE server gave the wrong drink and when i approached him POLITELY!!!! HE GOT SO MAD AND IN OTHER WORDS TOLD ME TO LEAVE ! I got so sick I got home with bad stomach cramps and vomiting allergy to the drink he gave me was there on 1/14/2026 at 2;30 The cameras can show this .That in no way i was rude.they have no place you can get napkins or straws.and i asked for a napkin and HE THREW IT AT ME.Plus my drink HAD NO STRAWS!!! This location has poor customer service! They really deserve no stars! First off I asked the one employee by the register a question concerning the cup size for a refresher drink. She looked at me with a blank stare as if she didn't understand the question. Then when the second employee displayed the size for a small & medium cups the one who was supposed to charge me at the register rudely walked away while I was placing the order. She stopped servicing me to prepare a sandwich to a man who just walked in. That's horrible customer service practice. She needed to excuse herself before rudely walking away. The second employee had to leave her post to ring me up at the register and also didn't talk throughout the transaction or when I picked up my drinks. If you can't service customers accordingly then please find another form of employment. This is not acceptable behavior towards a paying customer. The drinks are not free! read more

Easy in and easy out. Just the way yours truly likes it at these places. Surprisingly I've never reviewed this one. Situated in the Harmon Meadow Shopping in Secaucus. The place was rather empty today. Just a large iced coffee with my turbo shot on a hot day. Grabbed a pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich with those hash browns that these places always seem to offer you. With my DD perks app, I was out of here in 5 minutes after eating my meal. Now this place can get a little crowded on the weekends with kids and those sugary drinks. During the week it's not a problem at all. Parking at times can be an issue. But coming here wasn't at all for me. The place was very clean & staff pleasant. Especially the young lady who had that manager tag on her shirt. So yes, I'm a fan. read more

Worst DD I've ever been to. Rude employees. I bought a small coffee which was served in an extremely hot paper cup... I made a simple request for a sleeve so I wouldn't burn my fingers (did I mention is was scolding hot?) and was given a sleeve for a huge cup. Unusable. When I politely asked if I could have another cup or a better cup I was told (rudely) that I was out of luck and had to buy another cup if I wanted to not burn my fingers. Then I proceeded to just grab a foam cup to use and went on with my day. This Dunkin is a no go. read more

I understand if something happened, but if you saw a customer come in, you should have an employee come out to serve them. When I asked for a bagel, she said in a rude tone, no bagels! Stopped in here before leaving Secaucus and heading out on the road. My son loves Dunkin and out of all the other donut shops he always chooses them. Walked in and they had a very big selection of donuts especially holiday style. I got a dozen because they were 6.99. When I ordered them the lady demanded she just give me a mix but I told her I wanted to pick my donuts. They all seemed annoyed by this. Sorry but where I'm from we have more patience with our customers than this and when it comes to donuts, I pick what I want. A donut isn't just another donut. Not everyone likes every flavor. But they were genuinely annoyed I wanted to choose my own. I chose the ones I wanted and I left. They all looked delicious but the service was to be questioned for sure! read more

It's a nice breakfast option if your staying in nearby hotels or going into the city. Dunkin' Donuts also shares its' space with Subway so it can get a little crowded often. The lines move fast except on weekends when it is jam-packed. The tables can sometimes be dirty but there are barely any tables anyway. read more

Terrible Service by Sureka. The only reason I go there is because I work near by, but everytime I deal with her she has given attitude. If you are in the customer service industry you should really understand that when a customer asks you questions, you should answer them and not look at them like they are dumb. In addition, she got my coffee flavor wrong, and when I told her that, she told me "well, you should have just said caramel" - my correct coffee flavor, when I indeed did say it. She is VERY RUDE, and should be fired. This is not the first time I have to encounter this negative level of customer service with her. What a disgusting and rude set of employees. Movesha was nasty, and super arrogant. My 4 year old had to use the bathroom real bad . I could not believe her attitude . We were in shock when she said he could not use the bathroom until HE bought something. Never in my life have i entered into somewhere, and they treated a 4 year old as bad as she did. Not only did she argue with me , but she still denied him the bathroom. I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN. She has even made me think twice to ever go to a Dunkin Donuts again. When my wife went in to ask for the address to the dreadful place, the spanish woman started to argue with my wife . These two woman were disgusting and do not know the value of customer service. Its not that we did not have money to buy something, we were going to buy coffee before we went home. But the attitude we got from BOTH these women, made us embarrassed and made us never wanna go here again. There was other customers inside and were also is disgusting shock. Located within a shared space along with a Subway in Harmon Meadows' strip mall in Secaucus. Great service, no long periods of waiting, very clean enviornment. The donuts are average, but the coffee is great. I still will stop in here on occasion. The staff is friendly enough to you and they want to ensure you a wonderful experience. Not all Dunkin Donuts' are exactly alike. I have witnessed this for many years. The Subway is also well worth trying out. Two great choices located right next to one another. Enjoy! read more
