We came here with my parents and my daughters and the staff was wonderful. Very respectful and polite. Everything was good and they were all super friendly. Just for the service alone we would come back again. We were here on Sunday Feb 22, 2020 for lunch. The group behind the counter was awesome and made our day here on vacation. We had the breakfast sandwiches and coffee iced lattes. We don't eat donuts on a regular basis but my daughters thought they were the best donuts they've ever had! read more

This is probably the worst Dunkin' I've been to. I went on a Sunday morning for coffee and sandwiches. When I walked in there was no one in line to order but lots of people waiting for coffee/food. I placed my order, two coffees and bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. After about five minutes I got my coffee. They were disgusting. I could not even drink them. It tasted like dirty water. About 15 minutes later I got my sandwiches. They were at least at edible but still not good. If I lived in St. Pete, I would never go back to this Dunkin'. I really wish there were more fast coffee options on St Pete Beach. I find myself just coming here simply because there are no other options (and I usually just prefer make coffee myself at home). It's pretty difficult to get in and out of the lot. The employees are short, a bit rude, and make it seem like you are bothering them. I ordered a mocha the other day. I am a self proclaimed mocha aficionado, and I know it's supposed to be shots of espresso, steamed milk, and mocha. They gave me brewed coffee with mocha syrup at the bottom, sugar, and cream. It wasn't stirred and it definitely wasn't a mocha. Any time I get an iced drink, I have to order it half sweetened because they just put so much darn syrup in it. I've given them lots of chances, and I'm pretty much done. I'd rather head to DTSP for Starbucks. read more

I think they are just getting up and running but that's no reason to hand out undeserved stars. If you go (and you will if you are looking for dunkin coffee in the area) plan on allowing extra time and patience for a screwed up or forgotten order, even if you are just after a small coffee. I'll update my review next time I'm around but in the meantime I feel it's justified after a few visits early 2016. read more

Place is terrible...worker is sitting on top of one of the tables out front smoking...we are waiting online at the drive thru. They make eye contact with us probably because we have been waiting there for 10 minutes. They then get up and Walk away...heading towards 7eleven. We decide to just pull up and ask who ever was inside...turns out no one is working inside..there was a customer waiting at the ice cream counter...no workers inside. We leave go to McDonald's drive by Dunk in again...who's sitting outside on the table again... The same Dunkin employee again headset in their hand.... This establishment was horrendous! I would be ashamed to be the owner. We ordered one donut and two "toasted" bagels and cream cheese... As I complain about this experience keep in mind we were the only customers in there. 8 mins go by and the lady behind the register shouted out to me... Wait what donut did you want!? There were a good 10 employees in there twiddling their thumbs aka filling bags of pre packaged sugar into other bags. So we waited... 2 more minutes pass and we were asked what was your order!? 3 mins later we get our bag. We get home to find out we both got our bagels microwaved NOT toasted. Along with the smallest amount of cream cheese in the universe. It was a soggy, sad mess. Plus mine resembled a triangle, not a circle. Horrible. read more

If I could do less, I would. Would not accept my coupon even though I gave it to them literally 5 seconds after paying. Granted , I should have remembered but they didn't even try to help me. Don't even bother. Stopped by this Dunkin with family for a quick morning coffee and donuts while on vacation. Staff was absolutely clueless and showed no sense of work ethic. Said they were understaffed but there was clearly 10 or more employees behind the counter, all just standing around yelling at eachother. Took about 45 min to even get up the counter, and then once we were at the counter ready to order, the manager said they were closing up because they were "out of everything" and they locked the doors (it was 11 AM). They said they would take our order after it took another 5 minutes for the cashier to even acknowledge us there. All in all, just the worst dunkin experience i've ever had and i would avoid it at all costs if possible. hopefully they get corporate in there to do some staff evaluations as employees just started walking out and leaving when things got tough. Best atmosphere at a Dunkin that I have ever experienced. They were busting tail to get orders out and not a single grumble from the people behind the counter over the volume. Friendly, convivial. Great place to stop for coffee and a breakfast sandwich while on vacation. We came here daily so my sister could get her fix of hot blueberry coffee (smells amazing btw). They have ample amounts of staff working to manage the morning rush. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. Meme has a lot of personality and seems to take the lead when he team needs some assistance. She will tell you what options you can get or any specials they currently offer. There was a guy helping her at the register. You could tell he was new but he was so sweet and took the time to make sure we were satisfied despite the restaurant not having two of the items we wanted to order. The only reasons they didn't get five stars is because the dining area gets a little messy and they were out of chocolate milk and the hot chocolate machine was down all week. The employees made up for it the best they could by making some hot chocolate by hand and throwing in a chocolate donut (only bc we were charged for the hot chocolate they thought they couldn't make us then later made it by hand). They need to get some hot sauce packets for their sandwiches because I don't know who would choose ketchup instead! Outside dining is an option if you don't want to miss any minutes soaking up the Florida sunshine. read more

I live walking distance to the South Pasadena Dunkin' and started to hate Dunkin' bc the have bad service and ask me what it was I pressed online and constantly forgot my side potatoes but this Dunkin' is so friendly and always mikes great drink is and snacks. There are 3 specific girls who work early mornings sometimes I usually come in to get my coffee around 7:40 and when ever they are working they make fun of my order for some odd reason. Love the employees! We've gone every morning so far (3 times) and they're packed! BUT they get through the line quick, and are so friendly. They are accommodating and serve with a smile. I was very impressed! The only thing they need to work on is food availability. We visited dunkin donuts late to get some hot tea on a chilly night. Immedietely walking up to the store we were greeted by one of the employees. There was no one else in the store so we ordered immediately. The lady quickly gave us the tea and provided us with good service. The place seemed to be well kept. A role model Dunkin Donut store. I've had several mornings here and it has been great . Coffee is amazing, donuts are fresh, the service is friendly and fast, and the store is spotless. It is quiet and the wifi is excellent. Also they have a Baskin Robbins attached and that is a bonus. The owner came up and introduced himself to me. We walked in and there was only two other people in the store. First of all, IT SOUNDED LIKE A RAVE, YOU COULDN'T EVEN HEAR EACH OTHER TALK! We went to the Baskin Robbins side since we wanted ice cream. There were two girls working, neither of which was working in the ice cream side. It took a few minutes and one of them came over. We asked for one of their Mix-Ins, and she replied "What's that?" We pointed it out on the menu, she still didn't know what it was. The other employee had to come make it. This place is great when it comes to the food and the drinks but don't come for the customer service as it will downright disgust you ..came in a few days ago so greeted when i came in ..i only took a few seconds on what i wanted to order the cashier was "E" (which is unprofessional if you ask me by having just a letter on a name tag..your name isn't a letter) anyway back to it I ordered a large coffee and 2 donuts, him and another worker (this one was female didn't get her name) were talking about stuff that they shouldnt have been talking about in front of customers nor at a work place..it took about 4 mins to get all my things as there was more playing then working. After i get everything I ordered my coffee was wrong i came back in and told him he made a mistake and asked him to remake it (here is where it gets interesting) he goes on to say "haha I don't make mistakes thats what you ordered" i was a lost for words at this point i asked to speak to his manager again i get back nothing but disrespect! He goes on to stat that he is the manager and i can talk to him as him and another worker are laughing ..I honestly wish this was made up because this is absolutely unacceptable! I will be calling corporate about this...he should not be working somewhere where he says to deal with customers..wouldn't recommend this place to anybody read more
