I have always looked at reviews for fast food and thought to myself "what do you really expect?". Today my experience at the Race Track rd DD's was so bad that I needed to write about it (even if its just for my own therapeutic relief). It started with me ordering a glazed Chocolate donut in drive thru. I passed it back to my daughter and asked her to break it into 4 pieces to pass to her autistic brother. When I looked back to check, however, I noticed that the donut was a chocolate frosted. So I turn the car around, walk in and flag the girl who served us in drive thru to tell her that they botched the order. "No problem we can swap for the donut we gave you" she says. I explain that my kid ripped the donut apart already and offer to pay for the replacement (being polite but not entirely sincere about my offer), and she waves my offer off like she still has it. Then last minute she puts the new donut down at the register and says her associate will ring me up for it. What the literal F is that? Even if I brought back a whole donut are you actually going to put it back and serve it to someone else? This place is very poorly run and I shouldn't have expected any better. they are named Dunkin' Donuts and never have donuts and they say America runs on Dunkin but they're out by literally out of bagels, sausage and MORE by 1 PM so NO America doesn't!! I recently found out that DD does a cafe con leche. Whaaat??!! Being a fan of that beverage I had to try it out. Not bad but I believe the secret is to order an extra shot. What's weird is that it's nowhere to be found on their menu but some research uncovers that they've had this option for a few years now. Needless to say I'll be back soon to give them another try - with that extra shot of course. Internet rumor has it they are dumping "donuts" from their name and just rebranding and Dunkin'. We shall see.....could be another iHOB marketing ploy but I can tell you I've never really been a fan of their donuts so it would make no difference to me. The big problem with DD is their lack of consistency from one location to the next. If you find a location that you like that makes coffee drinks the way you like it, unfortunately the one 5 miles away may be completely different. I normally come here and its been good but the last three times have been unpleasant with attitude filled employees and burnt sandwiches... I just wish they cared just a tad bit more to not send out a clearly burned sandwich, because I can take the occasional attitude and still get my items but don't make it worse worse by giving me ashes to eat. read more

Just got 2 iced coffees , 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels and a donut for our July 4th road trip. I think they brewed the coffee with toilet water because it tasted like sh**. The bagels tasted like they raided Panera's dumpster and threw some microwave bacon on it. Didn't know one could mess up something so simple. Thanks for the great start to road trip! Teens at closing turn machines off at least half hour before closing, use smartass tone when taking order and then lean into window to watch as you drive away with no purchase. Real good business - And looking at past reviews looks like nobody cares bc they've had comments about the attitude and bad service but it's still happening. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is horrible! I ordered a dozen donuts of various kinds and each and every doughnut taste stale and old, like they haven't made donuts fresh in a few days. Plus the staff here likes to argue with customers knowing that the food quality is terrible. They have a very young staff here and they are careless. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this location unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed with the food and the service. I personally would never buy from this location as long as I'm alive. I'm a fair guy so I figured I would give this Dunkin' another shot for a better rating. This morning I went to get some donuts for my boys. I went inside to order. There was one other patron that was already waited on and waiting for his order. I stood at the counter for 5 min. Multiple employees passed me by without a single hello or have you been helped. Nothing. Like I wasn't even there. The phone rang and was answered right away. Still no one has acknowledged me at this point. I literally had to ask for someone to wait on me. Let's start by stating that my previous visits to this location have been very good but today was terrible. First, I waited about 5 minutes at the ordering area at the drive thru waiting to place my order. I ordered a medium iced coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer (I have diabetes). It seems that the girl working there was finishing up one customer before moving on to the next customer. When I got to the window I could see the young female was literally running trying to process orders. I asked her if she was the only one working and she said yes sir.. I gave her a 5 dollar bill and got back 85 cents in return. I told her I am pretty sure this coffee didn't 4.15 and she said I'm sorry and didn't correct the error due to being overwhelmed,, Remember, I asked for sugar free creamer, when I got to work one of my coworkers mentioned that the coffee looked like it wasn't made right. There was so much sugar in the coffee I had to throw it out.. .. Please make sure that adequate staff is working so customer service does not suffer.. The only reason for 1 star is because I couldn't give 0 stars. My family stopped by the Race Track Dunkin' Donuts on a Sunday, 3/5/23 at 5:35pm. We stopped inside the store, which was completely empty and there was no one in the drive thru. No employees were seen for at least 8 minutes. We ordered on the kiosk. After about 4 minutes after ordering, a male walks up to the munchkins with an ungloved hand, takes a glazed munchkin and popped it in his mouth without even looking in our direction. Then after a couple of minutes, the female walks up to the donuts to fill our order. Not once did she acknowledge us. We ordered 5 munchkins (the kiosk only gives the option for an assortment and doesn't allow us to specify which flavor) and a vanilla sprinkled donut. With her back turned to us, I politely asked if we could have 3 glazed munchkins and 2 chocolate munchkins. She said ok while her back was turned away from us. Then she grabbed a vanilla frosted donut. I told her it was supposed to be a vanilla sprinkle donut. Without saying anything, she changed the donut. She handed us the box. I said "thank you. Have a great night." She didn't say a word. The lack of customer service was pretty despicable. My 9 year old even realized how awful the service was and as we walked out, she said "We'll never come back here again!" She's absolutely right. The worst service we ever received. The wait was more than 10 minutes for three turkey, cheese and egg sandwiches. When we received the sandwiches, they were burnt to a crisp. Terrible DD experience...and attitude to top it off. We ordered two iced cappuccino in the drive through. When I was handed mine it was frothy, light and had zero ice. I mentioned it immediately to the girl and she came back with a snarky reply that the ice was mixed in. So mine had zero ice and my husband's drink was half ice...for the SAME ordered drink. The Friday free donut also was not free since we were not paying with their app. Where in the advertising does it say anything about that?! Inconsistent drinks, free is not really free and attitude. As a single mother of 10 children I was extremely on edge as Bethany my youngest would not stop eating cheerios furiously in my face with a really nasty look, so I decided to obviously go to Dunkin Donuts to gorge myself in munchkins and a large iced coffee (I needed caffeine as I felt so drained and had Pilates to head to in a few hours) I walked in and immediately felt like I had walked into heaven... Tyler was standing behind the counter, looking unbelievably handsome... unlike my ex husband...yeah Jeff I went there and I hope you see this you fat, ugly pig... besides the point, irrelevant. So I approach Tyler and am greeted with a big smile and the words,"Welcome to Dunkin Donuts .......... He instantly made me smile and made my day, and after that beautiful encounter I stuffed myself with those munchkins and iced coffee which were so excellently crafted I ordered 50 more. Dunkin Donuts and Tyler made me feel welcome and at peace, a little getaway from my 10 screaming children. I brought the 50 munchkins home and ate them in front of Bethany's crying face and it was empowering.
