This past Sunday I was having a event for my child. Due to a issue with my commercial coffee pot I needed a box of Joe last minute. When my relative went to order 2 boxes of coffee the staff was rude and was clearly annoyed that they had to make it. They also gave expired milk that I didn't notice till after my guests used it. Honestly I have had multiple issues with this Dunkin. Burnt food, wrong drinks, wrong size beverages. I was in a pinch and it was the closest place. Management should really take a close look at who they want representing their brand. read more

I ordered a birthday cake from this Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts store. It was supposed to be chocolate ice cream and chocolate fudge frosting. When I went to pick it up, it had vanilla frosting. Food - 4 Service - Full Ambiance - Good I entered the store almost at 08:00PM , i quickly took the ice cream cake . The manager was available there . She happily welcomed me and explained that "Sir , the store is about to close .... but no worries you can take it and if possible please do the payment through card" . I got happy coz I needed the cake for my family gathering and fortunately store was opened. I replied "yes sure" . i did the payment by card and left the store . Ordered via DoorDash. Ordered a 3 scoop and 2 scoop Sunday. Orders were missing items and had literally barely any ice cream for $20 worth of ice cream. Was told they were out of stuff when I called. Asked why they didn't contact DoorDash. Said they couldn't which is a lie. Then said she made the sundaes and knew they weren't good and she was sorry but was tired. She gets paid right! The manager Steva is apparently never there and is usually in Coram. It's only ice cream and not curing cancer, but the flippant attitude was beyond annoying! I had to work for an hour to pay for that treat and to not get what I ordered and to be spoken to the way I was was disgusting. The lovely young woman in Coram named Alexis was just so helpful!! Went to Dunkin' Donuts today. By mistake I ordered a hot latte & wanted an iced latte. I explained to "ROSE" who was making the drinks what Happened. She said, nothing & walked away. I waited about 10 minuets. Every one was getting there orders. I finally asked "ROSE" did she make a new one. She said,NO!!! So why did I have to wait for 10 minutes. She saw me standing there!! This dunkin has to be the worst I've ever been to. The manager has no idea what she's doing, she's got no idea how to handle her employees or an escalating situation that could have been avoided had she simply done her job as a manager and took charge. This isn't the first unpleasant experience here. But it will be my last as I will never be going back to any dunkin locations as even the costumer service line is horrible. I can't get the information I need for a police report due to one of their employees harassing me. Do not go to this place unless you want to get harassed by them even after you don't go back. The fact that they can care less about their costumers safety is enough for me to say that this is a place I don't want to be around. I'd rather go to 711. The people are way nicer, the coffee fresher, I can get my coffee exactly how I want it and not have to get an attitude then harassed because my order wasn't right. ​ read more

I'm consistently disappointed with this location. Every time I get an iced coffee it doesn't taste like coffee it tastes like almond milk with whatever flavor I pick. I love Dunkin' Donuts and constantly go to the wading river location and never have a problem there. I've given this location so many tries to see if it'll get better and it is always the worst coffee. read more

New location! Very friendly staff, food was very good-I've never really liked food at Dunkin' Donuts before but they did a really good job and it was actually delicious! The coffee was perfect as well! Best news is that it's right across the street from church and soccer leagues. Parking behind the store and seating out on the side. You will not be disappointed! This is the WORST dunkin donuts ever. I am a huge dunkin coffee lover but this place is terrible. They're coffee always tasted like dirty water, the food is always cold/hard, they don't put almond milk in when i order/ pay for it, and they never put enough flavoring in the drinks. The WORST Dunkin' on the island by far. Coffee is always made wrong, they can't even put the right doughnuts in the bag. It seems like time has done this store a favor. The orders seem to come out in a very timely fashion and are correct every time. They still consistently have an issue with being out of things though but t seems to be getting better. I was in here over the weekend and they were out of cold brew but the associate refunded my money and allowed me to order whatever drink I wanted so it made up for it. I solely order online so I am unaware that the store is out of things until I am there to pick up. read more

I don't know why I ever return to this horror show. They have lost orders I've placed and paid for in advance, they don't even know how to fill out order forms without MY help (the customer shouldn't have to assist the workers with their paperwork!), their donuts are subpar and worst of all, on 12/20/19, I drove up at 8:45 pm when they were supposed to be open until 10:00 pm and they already had half of their lights off and one worker was inside sweeping (with some "buddies" sitting there who looked like they were just keeping her company until she was done). When the worker sweeping saw me pull up, she proceeded to turn off the rest of the lights! This was well over an hour before they are supposed to close! How the great have fallen. The first couple of years were great. Great staff. Now, I haven't gotten my correct ice cream order in months. One scoop instead of two that I ordered. "I'm only charging you for one" like your doing me a favor. Another time wife and I asked for fudge and got caramel sauce instead. Almost never have peanut butter sauce or hot fudge. Broken containers that I don't realize until I get home. There was never a problem until the past few months. I hope things get fixed because it's nice bringing the kids in. read more

Ordered at the register an iced caramel latte and wait at the handoff station a good 8 minutes before they looked at me and realized they forgot to make my drink. They finally make it and it's straight milk no espresso so I say I get this everyday it looks like there's no coffee in it if you mind fixing it. They look at me like I'm nuts but remake it and say "i don't know what's going on with your latte". It is once again straight milk. 3 workers on right now and not one of them knew what they were doing. Very disappointing. read more
