Incompetence is the only word to describe this experience. Not sure why people working in customer…read moreservice can't have a great attitude or a great personality while dealing with the public. I also asked for no whip cream but apparently that only applies to the top of a beverage and not the bottom. I guess I didn't speak clear enough and use proper directions. Also the drive thru entrance is really narrow and needs better signage.
