When we got there they couldn't find the order at first. They finally found it after about 10 minutes of looking for it. The food was cold and they did not put the sauces in. We had an order of 18 tacos and not even one packet of sauce even though we asked for enough sauce for 15 tacos. read more

I had to order like 10-15 times before they understood what I wanted. Told them 2 times at the speaker and then 3 times at the window before getting our food and then they still made it wrong. I've never gotten a wrong order here, the employees are nice and always remember to ask if I want sauce, which is awesome because I always forget. The food is always well prepared, I've never felt like I've been given the incorrect amount of food for my money. Love that dollar menu!! I gave four stars because they often forget to give me a fork for sides such as refried beans, and the service is often on the slower side, even at times of the day you think would be quick service. I once had the girl at the window shout at her co workers to pick up the pace because we'd been waiting so long. Which was very sweet of her, but made me realize they likely weren't working with their best effort because the line wasn't long and it wasn't a busy time of day. Other than that, really good food! And the slowish service isn't enough to keep me from returning! read more

This Taco Bell deserves less than one star!! They are extremely slow with only the drive through being open. You get trapped in line with 25 plus minute wait times, to arrive at the window to wait again for your food & drink to be prepare! They just don't care. This restaurant used to be good. But they have consistently messed my order up literally the last 10 times or so. I'm not sure why I keep going back. The grill line needs more training or something because they either leave out an ingredient or make the wrong thing completely. This was just such a terrible experience. I ordered in the app for my friend and myself and picked it up in the drive through. I guess they didn't have enough people working because the lobby had been closed for over a year at this location and there was like 15 cars in line. because I had already payed I decided to wait and we sat there for over 20 minutes. When we finally got our stuff they gave us the wrong drink and we had to exchange it (the lady made us give back the incorrect drink which I know is against corp guidelines because I worked at Taco Bell for over two years, but I didn't complain becaus we didn't want it anyways. Then I checked the food and it was incorrect. I told them the mistake, (retried beans not black bean) and they told me I ordered recited beans. I asked to see my receipt and they never produced one. they told me that is is a two dollar up charge to swap beef for black beans which I know is false. I told them that and they said I was wrong. I worked there for a long time so I know, and you can just google that and it will tell you. The employees were very rude and passive aggressive. I then gave up and asked if I could just pay for new tacos and they said that i had to go around the drive through again because I was holding up the line. I wasn't going to wait 30 more minutes so we just left. I am hone just so frustrated. I know this sounds super Kareny, but I just feel like their management should be aware of how unkind and unprofessional their employees are. This is nit my first bad experience at this location but it's definitely my last because from now on I'll just drive the extra 20 minutes to get the food I paid for without the fuss. This is the worst Taco Bell around. I am an avid Taco Bell customer and I've given the one on Eastern Bypass too many chances. The Baja blast was watered down with no carbonation. (This should be the easiest thing to get right). My quesadilla cheese is NEVER melted even when I specifically asked. And don't even get me started on the Taco. I went to this Taco Bell today and went through the drive thru and the girl in the drive thru was really nice and understanding when I told her I had forgot my card at home. I walk inside to see if they use Apple Pay and the girl says they do and so while me and her are talking about it an employee walks in and starts yelling out something out on the floor like giving someone a hard time and they all were responding to him and laughing and I was sitting there waiting for the Apple Pay to work and the girl isn't paying attention to me she's just yelling stuff back and laughing and so I keep saying "it's not working" as I didn't know if maybe she didn't know to press a button or something considering she didn't know what Apple Pay was at first. So she finally hears me and this other girl walks up and says "oh yeah idk then. Do you not have any other way to pay?" And I said no and she said "oh well I don't know then. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't" they weren't rude or mean. Just were not very professional and acted like they didn't care. I understand there's not anything they could do but when someone comes in obviously on their lunch from work and they find out they have no money on them, they should be treated a little better than that.
