I've never gotten a wrong order here, the employees are nice and always remember to ask if I want sauce, which is awesome because I always forget. The food is always well prepared, I've never felt like I've been given the incorrect amount of food for my money. Love that dollar menu!! I gave four stars because they often forget to give me a fork for sides such as refried beans, and the service is often on the slower side, even at times of the day you think would be quick service. I once had the girl at the window shout at her co workers to pick up the pace because we'd been waiting so long. Which was very sweet of her, but made me realize they likely weren't working with their best effort because the line wasn't long and it wasn't a busy time of day. Other than that, really good food! And the slowish service isn't enough to keep me from returning! read more

My order is never correct, food is mid at best, there's barely any food in the burrito it's mainly tortilla compared to other location, once waited 2 hours for a mobile order even after reminding and asking staff multiple times that my food hasn't been brought out. online menu is never updated or able to order certain items. This is seriously the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. read more

If zero was a choice I would.Incompetence at its finest. This is why I hesitate to use apps. Made a Taco Bell order for 4. Sent my wife and daughter to pick it up. When they got there, the person said someone picked it up. A guy in a yellow shirt had the confirmation number. I hate when people lie. TB does not have that which is part of the problem. I went back to confront and they admitted no confirmation but they asked him "are u Dan with the big order?" Guess what he said.. yup he said yes. And they said u had a diet pepsi and of course he said yes. And this is why leading questions are not allowed. It's not their fault and they cannot do anything about my $80 loss. read more

Food was hot and delicious. Girl in the window was so kind. However it was my first time using the app. I made some errors. Was instructed to keep driving around by whomever was on the headset. I fixed my error. And was told the final approach by a separate headset person that I caused 4 ghost cars. I'm aware of what that is. You should have helped at the window the first time. I know it causes long window time. But what was best for you really inconvenienced me. read more

i accidentally placed my order for the Richmond store thinking I was placing it in Berea, the traffic was saying 30-50 minutes to get there so I called them and told them I was on my way and that it may take a second for me to get there. the amazing staff placed my order in their warmer and it was still warm when I finally got there! thank you so much guys!! the cantina quesadilla was delicious! -Alexus read more

When we got there they couldn't find the order at first. They finally found it after about 10 minutes of looking for it. The food was cold and they did not put the sauces in. We had an order of 18 tacos and not even one packet of sauce even though we asked for enough sauce for 15 tacos. read more

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been in. The quality is terrible. The speed is terrible. The service is terrible. And as a delivery driver, it takes at least 20 minutes every time to get the food made. It's always worth it to drive to the other Taco Bell across town to avoid this ridiculous place read more

I ordered a Mexican pizza last night about 1145. No tomatoes, add lettuce. I get home, tomatoes, no lettuce. I get tomatoes on my order about 50% of the time even tho I see the screen has NO TOM. Just do the simple things before you complain about not making enough $. Everything else was fine, but c'mon, my food was wrong. read more

I found bunch of blue fuzz on me cinnamon ball and was slow at getting my order cheese was to cold

I had to order like 10-15 times before they understood what I wanted. Told them 2 times at the speaker and then 3 times at the window before getting our food and then they still made it wrong. It's not that hard to read a screen. Made the order wrong 2 times and didn't even bother waiting in line the 3rd tinder to get it remade again. Not to mention the girl or guy or whatever it is at the window is so stupid couldn't even take an order right. It's not that hard just want meat cheese sour cream on everything nothing else and they add it anyways like bro. Waste of time and money. Oh forgot to mention they gave me a taco with no meat in it and a shit ton of sour cream and expected me to eat that. lol don't come here read more

I ordered a grilled chipotle chicken burrito. And it had nothing on it. I called and they said to bring it back but I don't have a car to get their. Bought through grub hub. Horrible service. read more

I ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and got tomatoes I wouldn't recommend it!.

I love going to Taco Bell, especially because they are the only thing open in richmond past 11pm. However, tonight I ordered 6 items, 4 of which were completely wrong. the rest of the food was either poorly cooked or tasted like it had been in the warmer for hours. I've generally had good experiences here, but if I get more food like this I'll have to stop going. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to receive the wrong order. No napkins. Nothing. Terrible experience.

This Taco Bell deserves less than one star!! They are extremely slow with only the drive through being open. You get trapped in line with 25 plus minute wait times, to arrive at the window to wait again for your food & drink to be prepare! They just don't care. They take your money, close the window, turn their backs to you & play around, joking, lauhinged, etc. DON'T GO to this Taco Bell!!!! read more

This Taco Bell is better than any of the surrounding honestly, always fresh & quick. Love their quesadillas!

This restaurant used to be good. But they have consistently messed my order up literally the last 10 times or so. I'm not sure why I keep going back. The grill line needs more training or something because they either leave out an ingredient or make the wrong thing completely. If I was ordering off the dollar menu I wouldn't mind but if I'm paying $10 for two items then I expect it to at least be accurate some of the time. read more

I love Taco Bell but they recently stopped selling their pink lemonade. I really hope they bring it back

THIS IS THE MOST SHITTY TACO BELL EVER , I just ordered a hard taco 2 minutes ago and it's so soggy a old mans balls are sturdier than than this damn taco. I'm so disappointed.IF I COULD ID GIVE 0 fucking stars. Burn in hell read more

This was just such a terrible experience. I ordered in the app for my friend and myself and picked it up in the drive through. I guess they didn't have enough people working because the lobby had been closed for over a year at this location and there was like 15 cars in line. because I had already payed I decided to wait and we sat there for over 20 minutes. When we finally got our stuff they gave us the wrong drink and we had to exchange it (the lady made us give back the incorrect drink which I know is against corp guidelines because I worked at Taco Bell for over two years, but I didn't complain becaus we didn't want it anyways. Then I checked the food and it was incorrect. I told them the mistake, (retried beans not black bean) and they told me I ordered recited beans. I asked to see my receipt and they never produced one. they told me that is is a two dollar up charge to swap beef for black beans which I know is false. I told them that and they said I was wrong. I worked there for a long time so I know, and you can just google that and it will tell you. The employees were very rude and passive aggressive. I then gave up and asked if I could just pay for new tacos and they said that i had to go around the drive through again because I was holding up the line. I wasn't going to wait 30 more minutes so we just left. I am hone just so frustrated. I know this sounds super Kareny, but I just feel like their management should be aware of how unkind and unprofessional their employees are. This is nit my first bad experience at this location but it's definitely my last because from now on I'll just drive the extra 20 minutes to get the food I paid for without the fuss. Both me and my friend were shocked and disappointed by the way the employees treated us. read more

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TO.... and i've been to a lot. i love taco bell i have come 4 different times because i want a freeze. today i even called them to ask if they had them and they said yes. i come here and they told me they don't have them, yet again. there is a giant sign at the drive through window advertising all the new flavors of their freezes BUT THEY NEVER HAVE THEM. this has been over the course of about 3 months as well and i am not happy. if you don't have a product don't display it on the menu or have a HUGE sign displaying it. don't go here unless you wanna be let read more

This is the worst Taco Bell around. I am an avid Taco Bell customer and I've given the one on Eastern Bypass too many chances. The Baja blast was watered down with no carbonation. (This should be the easiest thing to get right). My quesadilla cheese is NEVER melted even when I specifically asked. And don't even get me started on the Taco. In my opinion, Taco Bell used to be the best fast food chain and now has been nothing but disappointing. If I could get a negative star review I would. I've had it. read more

The drive through at this location is particularly slow but I have never had a problem with my food. It is always fresh and tasty!

worst taco bell I've ever went to.. if your gonna wait in line for 30 mins you would be better off to go to the one on the other side of town... they are always so rude and ALWAYS mess ur order up.. I went through my order was wrong so I went back through skipping the speaker because my order was the simplest order.. only for her to tell me I have to wait in line behind another 15 cars Bc I didn't stop at the speaker?? And then she made me PAY for my new food? read more

The service here has definitely improved since the last time I've been here. The cashier and the guy who gave me my food were both exceptionally polite. Would come back strictly for the good service. read more

I went to this Taco Bell today and went through the drive thru and the girl in the drive thru was really nice and understanding when I told her I had forgot my card at home. I walk inside to see if they use Apple Pay and the girl says they do and so while me and her are talking about it an employee walks in and starts yelling out something out on the floor like giving someone a hard time and they all were responding to him and laughing and I was sitting there waiting for the Apple Pay to work and the girl isn't paying attention to me she's just yelling stuff back and laughing and so I keep saying "it's not working" as I didn't know if maybe she didn't know to press a button or something considering she didn't know what Apple Pay was at first. So she finally hears me and this other girl walks up and says "oh yeah idk then. Do you not have any other way to pay?" And I said no and she said "oh well I don't know then. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't" they weren't rude or mean. Just were not very professional and acted like they didn't care. I understand there's not anything they could do but when someone comes in obviously on their lunch from work and they find out they have no money on them, they should be treated a little better than that. I felt like they didn't care one bit. They were so distracted by each other. read more
