I tell the lady to please scan so that I can get my rewards and she said she couldn't because she already put in credit card but this is before I even swiped my card and last, but not least I get my drink the employee that was making my drink had the audacity to put her nasty hands on my ice and tap it down before she proceeds to put the lid on it.. the atmosphere was your employees talking among their selves after I told her to remake me another drink and for them all to look at me is absolutely the most unprofessional thing I've ever ever seen mind you I come to that Duncan at least 3 to 4 times a week to get drinks. Let's not talk about the sandwiches that I get from there. I have not posted about those because of the fact that they're hard as bricks, but I figured I would keep just buying drinks from there, but I think the lady tapping her hands on my eyes has done it for that location.

But without the banner, I never ever would have noticed this place. Anyhow, I ordered Tom's Spicy Burger and a side of onion rings. Delicious burger but neither spicy nor a "Better Burger" -especially for the price. See other reviews for burger description. Kroger's "Private Selection" frozen burger patties taste better and the package of six patties is about the same price as Tom's Spicy. Still, it wasn't bad but it was definitely more pricey than spicy. The onion rings were delicious. I would strongly recommend them as I do prefer battered rather than breaded.They were perfectly fried, great temperature, and they were the highlight of the meal. The fried pickles appetizer was a total waste of $8. Always had deep-fried battered pickle chips at other places. Here? They take a dill pickle spear and slice it long-ways before battering the thin strips and frying. I truly thought they accidentally brought me fried string beans or something. The ONLY detectable flavor was the batter and the ranch dip with the faintest, barely existent hint of dill. I might drop in another time but after a nearly $30 bill for the three items and a drink just for myself, there are other places with a better value. Jackson's comes to mind and they know how to make fried pickles much better!

Employees are high quality. The interior of the store is well stocked and the donut case is always lined with donuts. I've been many times lately since moving to Richmond and they never miss. The salad was missing the smoked turkey, the cuban was on sourdough and we asked for a bun, we asked for BBQ sauce only and it had mustard and BBQ sauce. The waitress brought out a plate with sliced smoked turkey, no knife on the table to cut it. About 10 minutes later she brought out the correct sandwiche. Everything was delicious.
