Reviews aren't quite up to date, and I am sad to leave 2 stars. 》Location: isn't the greatest, and it's quite small--which is fine. 》Drinks: just eh. It's not anything spectacular. 》Price: would be alright if it wasn't an additional 1.25 for only a tablespoon of boba in your drink. 》Customer service: none. You order through a kiosk. Not even greeted when there is a worker. -I tried a cloudy green tea, and a classic milk tea to play it safe. *The cloudy green tea is a 'cheese foam' atop simple green tea, but it tastes watery... like almost nothing. Not what cheese foam tastes like. *The classic tea isn't potent at all, even when asking 30% sugar to be able to taste the tea. Too much milk, and a bit sour tasting. Visited here on a trip, not likely to return. Thankfully it wasn't so awful I could finish it and not waste money. read more

This very hip bubble tea shop seems out of place; and the environment inside is very different than outside. One orders on a set of large screens; the touch screen wasn't the most responsive for me. I got a fruit tea with mango, lime, and mint, which was a fantastic flavor hit. They offer a range of sweetness options, and I picked the low-end one and with all the fruit it was still plenty sweet. They had a nice drink variety, though seemingly none of the limited food items they had on the menu were actually in stock. I must say that for a $7 (with tip) beverage, my thirst on a hot day was not entirely slated and I wouldn't say that drinking these is a sustainable habit, but it was a delicious treat. read more

Just found this place today and couldn't wait to try it. I absolutely love boba and this place lived up to every expectation I had. The staff was receptive to questions and very nice to talk to. I'm not a big milk or yogurt tea person, so I wish they had more fruit tea options like It's Boba Time. This is my husband and I's comfort place. The drinks are amazing, the bobaristas are consistently polite. Come here on a Saturday when there's food! The tuna and spicy crab musubi are our favorites. We don't care for the chicken karaage. Drinks can be expensive (about five dollars more than they are back at home), but it's well worth it and niche for a city like Richmond. Their seasonal flavors are always so fun! On Valentines Day, they offer you a rose for two drinks, and for Halloween, they run a contest for best costumes! The interior design in here is so pretty. The reason why I put a 1 star is because they do not offer military discount. I came from out of state, and a lot of stores around here offer it except this store. Truly sad. Good brown sugar milk tea though. I just hope they add one for other military members. Have a great day read more

Stopped by this little shop for some boba and was blown awayyy by the service. I forget the young lady who was at the counters name but she was more than understanding when my fiancé wanted to try a boba she allowed him so he knew what he wanted. To start I have had so much boba tea from different places and in my opinion it was the best of them all. While traveling 9 hours this was a great stop, I ordered the Taro milk tea, less sugar, and tapioca boba and it was very refreshing and flavorful, AMAZING place to stop and get some great boba. read more

The tastiest bubble tea and the sweetest staff, too. They always treat you like a friend! (-: Since it is only available Saturdays it can get pretty busy, and you may have to wait a while, but that is because often it's only one or two people making your drinks so it's useful to order ahead using their website!
