My sister and I stopped by this location for a coffee break and donut. I've been here at least 3 times already and this was the first time I noticed that they had couches for seating along with regular seating. That's new. My sister ordered a iced coffee, a hot coffee for my dad and I got 2 French crullers. I hadn't eaten those in a while. My sister enjoyed the coffee, my dad enjoyed his coffee and the donut I bought was alright. I thought it was a little greasy. I don't know if it was the weather or it's the donut. This is one of the Best Duncan Donuts around locally that serves up some delicious fresh coffee and something good to shove in my face. This is my go-to DDs, and not just because it's the closest one to my house, but because it's well managed and they do a nice job of catering to their customer's needs here. We had to wait a little bit as there was only one person taking the orders as well as making the orders. She did remark that the other person on duty left her alone bc he was on break. However, she handled herself amazingly. Was upbeat, responsive, polite and very efficient on her own. Job well done! We didn't mind waiting at all bc of how sweet she was. Every customer left there smiling which is more than I can say for other Dunkin's that I have been to that were fully staffed! I'm quite impressed and will definitely be back when I'm in the area! Dunkin Donuts - It's a simply business model...make consistent food and coffee across the country and keep your patrons. Fail to do so and you will start losing customers. This DD location was just what I needed on a day when I hadn't had enough caffeine...and their coffee was on point the day I stopped in. I don't ask for much - follow your consistency plan, get me in and out quickly, and have helpful staff with smiles. Yes, the smiles are important...shows me they care about the customer. Other than a random donut, I RARELY get food at DD...nothing they serve interests me-don't like their bagels and their sandwiches just don't look great. but get the coffee and donuts right...PLEASE Good coffee...check. I'd like to give a superb review to RANDOLPH S. Salem St Dunkin management and operations. Not to take anything away from other local sites, but our experience with S Salem St has always been excellent. We no longer have children in Randolph schools, but a couple years ago when we did, this Dunkin supported the fundraising, booster club by offering a discount on the Randolph booster card. Their prices are already excellent, among the best. If there is ever an issue, the management always makes things right. The store is a comfortable, welcoming place, if you're looking to chat with friends. Always a 5 star experience here. My experience with the customer service here, is that it is EXCELLENT! Friendly staff. They are the only Dunkin Donuts in the area that honors our Randolph High School Football Booster card. 20% discount, and they ALREADY have the best prices among all the local DD's. I appreciate that they support the community. They have a few nice places to work. You can plug in a laptop and I've gone there to get work done at times. It was 10:25 and me and my friends wanted some good ole cup of joe. We quickly drove to the nearest dunkin' donuts to find out it was closed. Heartbreaking. Our crave for coffee did not stop there, the journey was just beginning. We did a quick search to find the nearest dunkin' donuts. the only one open was this current dunkin' donuts. It was now 10:30, we were 30 minutes away, and it closed at 11. We doubted we could make it. However, we decided to make the trip. We called the dunkin to make sure they would be open and thankfully, the worker said yes. With Fortunate Son playing in the car, we were on a whole nother level of excited. With the stellar driving of our driver, we made it in perfect timing. We walked in to be greeted by the greatest man of all time. The night shift dunkin' donuts worker at this store deserves to be promoted. He made this drive completely worth it on top of making one of the best iced coffees i've ever consumed. Came here since it was the closest in the area. Ordered vanilla chai, tuna melt on a french roll, and a tea sweet & light cream. The tuna melt bread was stale to the point it hurt my teeth and it was hard as a rock. The vanilla chai was waterdown. Somehow it was not made or mixed properly. As for the tea not sure how you can screw that up its a tea bag with hot water and cream. Somehow it was and it seemed like they pour milk instead of cream. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I knew all the names to recognize them. They are community minded. They take part in our Randolph High School Booster club fund raiser. The manager was great -- he knew I had the card, and gave me the discount, no questions and with a smile. The staff, Ahmed and others, couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. Regular Customer for a many years, to the point that they know what I usually get. As soon as they see me they start my order without me even placing it. Great. But on a recent visit they seemed to be a bit to familial. They speak another language other than English which is fine but it was obvious with a few English words mixed in that they were speaking about me which felt a little uncomfortable. The lady at counter then threw my bagel at the gentleman who would prepare it and missed and he dropped it. She did hand him another and I hope that's the one he prepared but I don't know for sure. They need to be a little more careful of there actions and in how to properly handle food. It's very disappointing because I frequent establishments where I feel I am treated well, with respect and they really missed the mark this time. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere.
