We both ordered cappuccinos; husband's was a fall, cinnamon-flavored capp. Mine was a plain capp. We both requested SMALLs and both requested cappuccinos, not lattes, as we don't like all the milk. We both received LARGE. Normally that would be nice, but he filled the empty cup space with LOTS of milk. Mine tasted like (barely) coffee-flavored milk. My husband's tasted like cinnamon-flavored milk. Couldn't even taste the coffee. Not sure if he's not using espresso or his coffee is just really weak. On a positive note, the shop is nice with outdoor cafe tables. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the coffee, as we couldn't really taste any.

On the day of the event, Nikki and her team are extremely friendly, personable, and inviting, which are all desirable qualities you would want to have of someone that is participating in your brand's event!! They served amazing coffee and other drinks and not one person we spoke with at our event was anything less than extremely satisfied with the coffee cart! I highly recommend Nikki and the Anechó Coffee team for your event!! You won't be disappointed!!

Today, I stopped in at Ohh Que Rico Colombian bakery for the first time. This is a really nice bakery right on Blackwell Street. Whether it's hot food or bakery items, everything is right there in display cases. I got takeout, but there are tables to sit at also. I ordered a couple of beef empanadas, Pan de Bono, and a cup of coffee. Everything was delicious! The empanadas with the spicy sauce were very good, but the stars of the show for me were the coffee and Pan de Bono. The Colombian coffee with steamed milk is just so good! The server was super friendly and prices reasonable. Oh Que Rico translates to Oh How Delicious and it was definitely true!

Nice music playing in the background but not too loud, great layout with plenty of seating options, super clean bathroom, and really just a beautiful place. I went on a Tuesday and it had a nice flow of people coming in and out which was great to see. Lastly- the service was great, super friendly and checked in at the perfect times. My fiancé was recommended the chocolate tiramisu latte, though flavorful, it was much too rich for my taste buds. When we walked in, there was a man there with his daughter, who was deciding on which flavor she wanted. He was kind enough to let us go in front of him while his daughter debated. There were very unique flavors, like guava, sweet corn & soursop to name a few, so we wanted to sample some before fulling committing. I asked the woman behind the counter if they allowed tasting and she said no. Since a couple of people in my party already knew what they wanted, they went ahead and ordered while the rest of us continued looking over the flavors. As I looked around the shop, I noticed the man and his daughter each had several sample spoons in their hands. To make sure I wasn't mistaken, I asked him if the employee had given them samples, and he confirmed that she had. The man appeared to be of Latin descent, as was the employee. My party was not. While I can't say for sure why we were treated differently, I was disappointed that we were told samples weren't available when another customer had clearly been allowed to try several flavors. Rather than confront the employee, I paid for the two orders that had already been placed and we left. Had I realized beforehand that samples were being offered to other customers and not us, I would not have placed an order at all. One person in my party ordered one scoop each of passionfruit, black cherry, and mango. After they started eating, they realized the mango scoop was missing from the cup. They did enjoy the passionfruit and black cherry flavors though. The person ordered the cappuccino flavor but did not enjoy it at all. Overall, my experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. The inconsistent treatment between customers, combined with the incorrect order, means I won't be returning. I hope this was simply a misunderstanding, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
