It wasn't as good as the one at the original Solar Roast. And I had to add a whole bunch of sugar to make it drinkable for me. The cayenne was great as always. My friend got the lavender mocha which was kinda strongly sweet in the beginning. Turns out she just had to mix it well. After that, it was delicious. And I say this even though I don't like lavender in my drinks. We also got the chicken pesto and the ham and cheese croissants. The chicken pesto was YUM. Lots of pesto, which is the trick. Heavy so I took half home. The ham and cheese wasn't anything special as per my friend. The ambience is bright and the walls have a cool abstract pattern. All in all, we really liked this and will come again next time we are in Pueblo West.

The location is pretty convenient, since it's right off highway 50. The drive-thru isn't very convenient, though, because it's hard to spot without looking. Have to say, I love the baristas here. They're always very friendly, helpful, and add a lot to the atmosphere. Service alone was a very pleasant surprise. Inside, it's a bit crowded, since the set-up kind of tapers to the side down to a small space. Rather hard to describe, but really, a somewhat awkward layout, without a lot of open space. Still, the service is very nice, and that adds a lot to the experience. Definitely worth the stop, if you're a Starbucks fan.

The experience was so good that we actually came back two days later on our way out of town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and both the coffee and food were excellent. I had the Mexican Mocha, iced the first time, and hot the second and both were equally delicious. I also had the smothered breakfast burrito, while my wife had the bagel sandwich. Everything was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The outdoor area is HUGE with tables spread throughout a beautiful growing area. There are also cornhole and horseshoes, making it a great place to relax and hang out. Heard on certain days there is live music. They also have a stand selling green chiles that they roast right on site. We ended up purchasing a half bushel, and the price was cheaper than anywhere else we found in Pueblo! Great food, great coffee, friendly people, and a really cool atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by.
