When you walk into the coffee shop, you'll feel a grungy type vibe within the shop. To order I walked up to the counter and placed my coffee order with the barista. I ordered an iced green chili white mocha, which was excellent and had just a little bit of spice. When I was waiting for my drink, people were also working remotely within the coffee shop and it's probably a great place to catch up on some work. If you are in the Pueblo area, I highly recommend stopping by this coffee shop. It was an easy stop as I needed caffeine for the rest of the road trip.

Only negative is seeing the eye sore that is the gross establishment called Rudy's right across the street.

My pal has celiac, and needed something gluten-free, so we searched and this came right up. The staff was so friendly and helped us pick a good sandwich for lunch, and then we relaxed on the comfy couches in the gorgeous main room - which was huge! Plenty of space for people to spread out and relax, and the vibes were very good. We chit-chatted with the barista about things to do in the area, then enjoyed our delicious sandwiches. First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! Even for the time, there were lots of options that all looked like they were pretty good and not obviously stale or old from the day which I really appreciated. There is also ice cream and a refrigerator case of goodies in addition to what's shown here, as well as various beverages you can purchase. I decided to splurge on a cherry cupcake, a cheesecake cookie with cherries, and a brookie. The total was around $12 or so, which was pretty reasonable. I took my treats back to the hotel to enjoy them while watching a show, and they were all delicious! Definitely satisfied my craving for something sweet after a long day. I think this place would be very fun for a date night or a small family outing during the day, presuming it's isn't busy inside as it seems like it can easily feel crowded. Parking is available on the street and may be a bit of a challenge depending on the day and time you stop in, but the downtown area is pretty walkable and more parking accommodations can be found further away.
