Ordered the Acai bowl. Instead of scooping it, they have frozen solid Acai in a bowl that they add toppings to so if you try to eat it, it's a frozen block. I told the girl and she said to just wait 5-10 minutes. Over 1 HOUR later, and it finally was edible. This was the WORST and smallest bowl for the price that I have ever had in my life. Will NEVER go back to this o read more

The staff at this location is beyond rude and beyond lazy. You can place an order days in advance for pickup and they will cancel it at the last minute because they don't feel like working. read more

My go-to place for lunch when I want something simple and clean. Friendly service and the 'dillas and wraps are delish.

I had such a great experience here! My bestie and I were on our way to a wedding and didn't want to arrive super hungry but wanted something that wouldn't weigh us down. We ordered online, which was super streamlined and easy to customize. The workers were super friendly, and we both loved our smoothies:) read more

My husband lives for smoothies, so we were glad to find this shop. He got the Mango Magic and loved it!

The AHA suggests a stricter added-sugar limit of no more than 100 calories per day (about 6 teaspoons or 24 grams) for most adult women and no more than 150 calories per day (about 9 teaspoons or 36 grams of sugar) for most men. Sugar is deadly and one smoothie has 50 grams of sugar NEED I SAY MORE. read more

Food was done in a rush when the building had not had any sort of crowd or movement yet. Did not taste good compared to when I usually get it, i've lived here 3 years and have never had a bad experience till this visit. The girls were all young women or teenagers but extremely hostile and rude. The girl who took my order looked hispanic and shorter but was very impatient and unfriendly. I tried to use my rewards on two separate purchases which i've done before to which she just said "you can't do that" and then kept zoning out while taking my order. The girls who delivered my food slammed it on the counter and walked away not even confirming who it's for. I don't think i'll be back any time soon, the treatment was terrible, the food was terrible and the drinks were basically half full. Wow! $9 for a half full cup that already has half its size cut off from the shortened bottom on the cup?! What a steal! This went from being a favorite spot to a place i tell everyone not to go. read more

My kids and I LOVE this place! Not only are the smoothies great, but the service is exceptional and fast, and the employees are always SO sweet and happy! I highly recommend it! XO read more

The detox green smoothie and hummus bowl were delicious! but the rice was undercooked. Fast & easy service - I ordered through DoorDash pickup. I hadn't tried this place because I thought the smoothies were too pricey at $7 plus $1 add ons but after looking at the ingredients and their food menu, it is not pricey at all! Great value and a must try for a fresh, healthy meal. read more

I use to love this place but the last several times I've been in to get smoothies (all different flavors) they taste like water and a little flavor! At first I thought it was just a bad flavored smoothie, but now I've gone back to my go-to smoothie and it's the same way! No thanks Tropical Smoothie I can get ice water for free at my house! read more

I have been an avid customer for over 2yrs now 5 days a week sometime 2 visits in one day that's 3k in one year I might spend. Nonetheless my last experience did it. I Entered the store no customers except me. I notice someone taking my order that I have never seen and she is having problems ringing up my order. I'm allergic to bananas so I always substitute . Not to mention there are 2 employees & Supervisor Ivan whom is very familiar with me. So I'm like can u help your employee she needs help ringing me up and I have to go to work so the employee says what did u say? And I repeated loud and clear what I said. "She needs help" . The whole time Ivan is watching but not helping her. But the employee Rolls her eyes at me and calls me rude in front of her shift supervisor Ivan and walk away huffing and puffing. I said to Ivan u witnessed that whole thing and u didn't even try to help. She replied u were kinda rude" SMH I didn't come here at 9am Saturday morning for drama was my response and I left. Reported it to Remy the manager the next day. To no Avail nothing was done that was a week ago and still haven't heard anything. This place fell off . Everyone there seems angry which prevents you from getting good service. read more

The smoothies have really great flavor but each time I've asked for them to add in extras (chia seeds, probiotic, multivitamin), it's clear that the chia seeds are missing as they have a distinct texture.... which leads me to believe that they don't add in any of my extras that I pay for. This has happened on several occasions. Maybe just stick with the smoothie and skip paying extra for their additives. read more

I eat here A LOT, probably to much. The app is easy to use, the food taste good and is decently healthy. The smoothies are basic, I add greens to them which probably isn't everyone's style. Way better than I expected, I waited to long to try this place read more
