I enjoy ordering from Jimmy John's through the app because it's very convenient. However, there are a few issues that need to be addressed: - You cannot use a gift card to pay a partial balance and then cover the remaining balance with a credit or debit card. Today, I had $6 remaining on my gift card balance in the app. I also had a new $25 gift card that I wanted to add. When I ordered a sandwich totaling $12, I tried using the new gift card to pay. It worked, but when I checked the gift card balance, it was $13. Apparently, only one gift card can be used at a time in the app. As a result, the original $6 balance was removed, and since I had already transferred that balance to my Jimmy John's account, I no longer have the card. -Why can't I pay for my order using both my gift card and my debit card? -Why does Jimmy John's remove my gift card balance when I add a new gift card? These issues make the payment process unnecessarily complicated. I hope Jimmy John's can resolve these problems to improve the app's functionality. read more

Waited 40 minutes for a pickle sandwich. The lady at the speaker was very unprofessional couldn't communicate at all never asked what drink I wanted, and never told me to pull up or my total. When I got to the window they read the wrong meal to me and I told them that it wasn't mine. Got home and they gave me the wrong meal after I told them that wasn't mine. On December 22, 2020 we ordered on the app. Set the delivery time for 12:30. I ordered at 11:51. I literally live 5 blocks away from this location. At 12: 50, I called to find out about my order. The first person that answered said, "We are really behind. I don't know when you'll get your order." Me: "I'd like to cancel my order then." Him: "Fine. I'll cancel your order. (click)." This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had ordering food! I completed an online order for myself and co-workers at 6:03P.M. and our food never arrived until 8:00P.M. the actual location of the store is 1.5 miles away from the facility I work at. The order was for $66.84. I called numerous times and kept getting placed on hold with no answer and then finally the phone was placed off the hook so that i was not able to get through. The order was actually delivered by the store manager a man named Brian H. I asked him who i can contact about my order due to it being so late, he advised me that he was the manager and the delivery persons' car broke down and they had to wait for another person to come in. I advised that some people had already completed their shift and have left others ordered from other restaurants and already received/ate their food. He said he didn't know what to tell me and that he needed to leave. I told him I didn't feel as though it was worth paying so much money for having food delivered 2 hours late. I asked for some type of discount or compensation. This person grabbed the box of food out of my hand and snatched the receipt from my hand as well i grabbed it back and told him that i wanted my refund and to call the store owner and he started to yell and act aggressive. Mind you this is all recorded voice and video. He said he cant don anything until he got to the store said he didn't have time for "this sh*t" and speed off. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I cant contact the customer service line until the morning. Sad to say that a lot of us had to go without food, as first responders who are working over to help with coverage it was stressful even more so to say the least.
