Need to fix the heat inside Asked them if they could turn up the heat inside so we could eat inside and they said no We took our food home with us! I was traveling through Pueblo and decided to grab a beach club sandwich. I had to throw it away. The bread was so hard, viagra would be jealous. If I would have kept the sandwich, it could have been considered a deadly weapon. That's why this place is rated so low. Absolutely nasty. read more

They used to do a commercial about freaky fast delivery. Now you are lucky if you get it same day. I think UPS could get your order here faster. read more

Didn't even get to order our food. None of the three individuals working would serve us as it was 8:01 and they had to "clock out." Website says they close at 11pm. Left and went to another location. read more

First time ever trying jimmy johns. I wanted a regular sized turkey sandwich and asked to add cheese. I was informed there was new toasted sandwiches. I asked if they could toast the one I wanted, they said no only the premium could be toasted. All the sandwich had was bread, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato. It was just shy of $12. The sandwich was good for what it is, but I'll be going to subway next time, toasted sandwiches and cheaper. I could have gotten a foot long for that price. I was filled with regret. read more

I enjoy ordering from Jimmy John's through the app because it's very convenient. However, there are a few issues that need to be addressed: - You cannot use a gift card to pay a partial balance and then cover the remaining balance with a credit or debit card. Today, I had $6 remaining on my gift card balance in the app. I also had a new $25 gift card that I wanted to add. When I ordered a sandwich totaling $12, I tried using the new gift card to pay. It worked, but when I checked the gift card balance, it was $13. Apparently, only one gift card can be used at a time in the app. As a result, the original $6 balance was removed, and since I had already transferred that balance to my Jimmy John's account, I no longer have the card. -Why can't I pay for my order using both my gift card and my debit card? -Why does Jimmy John's remove my gift card balance when I add a new gift card? These issues make the payment process unnecessarily complicated. I hope Jimmy John's can resolve these problems to improve the app's functionality. read more

So I ordered from their store app. At 6:15pm it is now 8:30 and no food but they sure took my 63.73 off my card. Called the store and the worst customer service ever. He started arguing with me about my order problem. I don't even think they deserve to be still open more or less the one star rating. This is definitely the first and last time I ever go to a jimmy johns. Update. Now just got off the phone with the manager and he admitted the foods been ready but the kept looking over it. To call tomorrow to try and get a refund. I'm so disgusted read more

Waited 40 minutes for a pickle sandwich. The lady at the speaker was very unprofessional couldn't communicate at all never asked what drink I wanted, and never told me to pull up or my total. When I got to the window they read the wrong meal to me and I told them that it wasn't mine. Got home and they gave me the wrong meal after I told them that wasn't mine. Ended up with the wrong sandwich, drink, and chips. Unless you want a place where you can take a nap while waiting for someone else's order this place isn't worth it. read more

Worst Jimmy John's experience ever! Passing through Pueblo for out of town trip and stopped here. Bread was dry, lettuce was getting old, and avacado spread was minimal. I went back to counter to ask for a little more avacado spread because it was very sparce on my sandwich, and the guy who made my sandwich said he put a "tablespoon" on it and if I wanted more, there would be a charge. Keep your avacado, there is no way I'll be back! read more

Jimmy John's - I guess the end of the sandwich had the "tablespoon" of avacado spread! - Fast Food Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

Ordered at the restaurant, excellent sandwiches, friendly staff and super fast with order! Better value if prices reduced by $1.00-$1.50 or if more meat in sandwiches or thicker slices. Otherwise, quite satisfied. read more

I placed an order that took over an hour to deliver. I called to cancel it because my lunch break was over at this point and was yelled at by the employee about how understaffed and overworked they are. I completely understand being busy which is why I was trying to cancel my order so they wouldn't have to worry about trying to deliver it. I was then hung up on. read more

Horrible experience there and the female manager was extremely rude not only to myself on the phone but to my husband when we went in to pick up our order that was an hour late. On tope of that, a teenage employee was very rude too. I will never be going there again! And apparently I am not the only one that has had a horrible experience there. I'm not one that would usually write a review or even want someone to lose their job but this female manager should not be working in customer service with an attitude that she had with me. I really hope something gets done with that manager because it really makes me upset to think she treats others like that as well. read more

At this location they are so fast, you'll fall asleep in the drive thru lane! Also, hopefully you like everything on the menu because you will most likely drive off with something other than what you ordered! If this was an isolated incident, it would be forgiven but this has happened almost every time we've been there! read more

Not impressed at all I don't know if it is the sign of the times but I don't like paying $45 bucks for 4 sandwiches some chips and cookies for them to cram it all in one small bag. I'm not willing to give up my hard earned money for sub-par food read more

Never ever ever have I been treated like I was tonight at any restaurant in my entire life!! The manager, Ryan, argued with me saying I need to pay attention. One would think that spending 18 dollars on 2 sandwiches you might get a little customer service. Not here!! If I could leave a negative 5 stars, I would. read more

Went there today at 12:27 pm for lunch paid 25.54 for sandwiches that were done wrong. We were about to eat them for dinner and noticed they were done incorrectly. I called to speak with Nikki the manager and told her about our order. She wanted me to bring the product back. I told her I'd give them to the homeless being we are in crisis as I would have to burn my gas to come back to the store yet again. She refused to replace my order. I will not shop there again. We will take the sandwiches to the homeless and won't ever eat there agai read more

I frequent Jimmy John's in various places I travel and I must say I've never had a problem with any of them.....until now. The Jimmy John's on Elizabeth in Pueblo has the worst manager ever! I've been in several times and each and every time she is such a b!tch. She's extremely unfriendly, rude, and always seems to be in a bad mood. My wife has had similar experiences with her and we've decided we will never visit this store again! Who ever owns this franchise needs to replace this woman! read more

I ordered a sandwich at 12:13. At 12:47 I hadn't received my order so I called and was told my order was out for delivery and had been for 28 minutes. At 12:55 I called back and was told my order was still sitting in the counter waiting to be delivered. At this point my lunch break is over. I canceled my order. Staff can't tell the truth and is RUDE when I called to question what was going on. Get new management! read more

Fabulous server Cellan played his Uber creative card in the drive-through today by offering a creative low sugar beverage when the iced tea ran out. Ordered on-line and not freaky fast and incomplete. I understand COVID issues but...we waited an hour for delivery from store less than 1 mile away. Ok - could be COVID. But order was incomplete and we were missing chips and pickles (both paid for). I called immediately and was told I could come pick them up at store...? I said I would but wanted refund for delivery fee and tip since I did not get what was ordered. She said they would send them out with the driver but they never showed up. Quality of sandwiches also declining - smaller bread and not as stuffed as they used to be. read more

I started out by being ignored for the first few minutes despite being the only customer in the store, while they only focused on drive through orders. I tried to sign up for their rewards, which offered a free sandwich after the first purchase , and got a server error, and was told by staff, "I don't know. You'll have to go on the app or online." After passing on a $1.50 up charge for cheese, one meal was still $14. I bit steep for the product. read more

I ordered a tuna unwich today and asked for the cucumbers to be removed and replaced with onion. Got the sandwich home and there were cucumbers on it and no onions. Their food is overpriced so it's really aggravating to not get what I ordered. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out my simple order. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. read more

I'm baffled a Jimmy John's is rated this slow. Jimmy John's has a reputation for being freaky fast. This location should be called freaky horrible and from other reviews I've read sounds like freaky slow AF. They canceled my order because they needed 24 hours notice for sandwiches. The other location in town told me no problem we got you. read more

Tried telling me they don't sell Just the bread if it's fresh and if I want to buy it fresh it's $3.75 per roll! I used to buy bread all the time in Denver with absolutely no issue. On December 22, 2020 we ordered on the app. Set the delivery time for 12:30. I ordered at 11:51. I literally live 5 blocks away from this location. At 12: 50, I called to find out about my order. The first person that answered said, "We are really behind. I don't know when you'll get your order." Me: "I'd like to cancel my order then." Him: "Fine. I'll cancel your order. (click)." HE HUNG UP ON ME! So, I called back. This time the manager answered. "I told him what happened and wanted to know about how to know if I would get my refund. I understand they were busy, but rudeness should never be a way to do business. "He said your order was cancelled, so it it's cancelled." Me: "What about my refund." Him: "It'll go back on the card you used to order. I don't have time to deal with this!" Me: "I guess I'll call corporate". Him: "Call corporate if you want. (Click)." I will never order from here again. Four chances is more than enough. I've never asked for anything for my trouble. Just a refund on this last transaction. The other three super late orders, I just ignored. Not this time, Jimmy John's. Not this time! read more

This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had ordering food! I completed an online order for myself and co-workers at 6:03P.M. and our food never arrived until 8:00P.M. the actual location of the store is 1.5 miles away from the facility I work at. The order was for $66.84. I called numerous times and kept getting placed on hold with no answer and then finally the phone was placed off the hook so that i was not able to get through. The order was actually delivered by the store manager a man named Brian H. I asked him who i can contact about my order due to it being so late, he advised me that he was the manager and the delivery persons' car broke down and they had to wait for another person to come in. I advised that some people had already completed their shift and have left others ordered from other restaurants and already received/ate their food. He said he didn't know what to tell me and that he needed to leave. I told him I didn't feel as though it was worth paying so much money for having food delivered 2 hours late. I asked for some type of discount or compensation. This person grabbed the box of food out of my hand and snatched the receipt from my hand as well i grabbed it back and told him that i wanted my refund and to call the store owner and he started to yell and act aggressive. Mind you this is all recorded voice and video. He said he cant don anything until he got to the store said he didn't have time for "this sh*t" and speed off. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I cant contact the customer service line until the morning. Sad to say that a lot of us had to go without food, as first responders who are working over to help with coverage it was stressful even more so to say the least. I will never be ordering from this chain again or store and will always encourage others to do the same. over 8 people witnessed this and were in complete shock! So unprofessional and I never received a refund as Brian screamed he would do when he got back to the store read more
