10/28/25 Great Experience at Chipotle - Pueblo, CO We had a great experience at the Chipotle in Pueblo! Fast service and delicious! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and our food was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Everything was prepared just the way we ordered -- a solid stop for a tasty, satisfying bite in Pueblo! No matter what city or state Chipotle never disappoints! read more

This place SUCKS!!! I submitted an application and since they use AI instead of doing their jobs and reviewing applications themselves i was auto rejected for being 'under 16'. This has happened to me and multiple of my friends and all of us are OVER 16!!!! I called the restaurant and they had an ai voice response that didnt help with anything and when i was transferred to the manager she was snotty and rude. Horrible customer service. If youre looking for a job here dont even bother i wouldnt want to work for such a bitchy manager. read more

Complete rip off. $15 for 3 crappy tacos with fatty meat. This was completely ridiculous and I won't order from here again. I'd rather eat local anyways but my husband has a craving. Not anymore for me. read more

I rarely complain or leave reviews on social media, but the chipotle on Elizabeth on Pueblo has really deteriorated on the inside and outside as well. As to the exterior they've allowed all of the grass to die along the sidewalk and the interior has worn paint where customers stand to order and the equipment in the kitchen looks like it's on its last leg with burn marks and the counters are filled with spilled food. Lastly, the window shades are broken so the afternoon sun makes it extremely uncomfortable to stand in line. The corporate owners of the chipotle brand should take notice and do an inspection on the franchisee! I know this store generates high sales, but it's despicable that they treat Puebloans in this fashion. read more

Some people only write reviews when they've had a negative experience. That's not my style. This location, store #1189, is the DIRTIEST fast casual (or any style restaurant for that matter) establishment I've ever stepped foot in. I was in a group of three people who were exhausted from their drive from California and wanted to stop to get some food before sleeping in Westminster, CO and heading home to Minnesota. Yeah...the three worst states in the union. It was immediately apparent that this wasn't the safest spot in town, but we were hungry. I was concerned about the egregious condition of the restaurant more than I was about the likelihood that I would be robbed or assaulted. We overlooked the filthy tables, carpet, walls, windows and beverage station, as we were going to eat in the car anyway. I ordered the Barbacoa fajita burrito bowl. They were out of Barbacoa. They were out of the fajita pepper/onion mixture, they were out of rice. RICE! At Chipotle! In the middle of a weekday evening! I would have left upon entering that trash heap, but wanted to play getalong since I was stuck with my co-eaters for another few days. I ended up getting a burrito bowl with whatever ingredients they WEREN'T out of and planned to get some chips to scoop it up with. Well, that bit me in the behind, because they were out of chips too. Yup, I got a container of what looked like Indian street food for $15. Oh, that included a fountain drink that I didn't get to enjoy as they were also out of straws. I didn't want to risk having a topless drink in the car. The likelihood of having to swerve out of the way of a homeless drug dealer in the parking lot seemed very probable. One brave soul in my party wanted to use the bathroom before we left. The door was secured with a coded lock (probably a good thing). After asking the cashier for the code, he opened the door and it was immediately shut from the inside. There was someone else occupying the bathroom. I am sure they just needed a place to study for their civics exam. Oof. I thought Minnesota was bad. Pueblo, Colorado, you'd fit right in! Hey, at our respective hockey teams are better than our Chipotles. read more

Come on, guys. Do better. I ordered double chicken. Hardly any chicken in my bowl. Husband ordered a steak burrito. Haven't seen any steak just guacamole. $70 waste of Grubhub. read more

Learned the hard way Chipotle does not prepare their burritos fresh. My order was ice cold, but would not find that out until I got home. My home is less than 5 minutes from Chipotle so the time it took to drive home from the restaurant would not cause it to be like it just came out of the refrigerator and was heated in a microwave for 60 seconds, resulting in a few like warm spots and ice cold everywhere else. read more

I can tell they're trying, but having worked at chipotle before I can tell they're lacking in the training department. Or just lacking in people willing to do the work/people in general. Don't get me wrong!! They have friendly customer service and their cooks are good, but the line is struggling. The young man at the salsa side absolutely butchered my bowl and I left with a sour cream soup. read more

I went in on Saturday and I was literally the first customer in the doors and I was beyond disgusted to see how filthy the floor was, cheese, corn and other food debris everywhere from every corner of the lobby it was very apparent who closed the night before didn't sweep and mop the floors but for the opening staff to not clean the floor before it was opened is alarming...if they are ok with the lobby looking this nasty wonder what the back area looks like!!! read more

Went in about 8:30pm to get a late dinner. The restaurant was completely filth. Tables were dirty couldn't sit down. There was food and trash all over the floor. Went to the counter all the protein trays were empty or food looked like it had been sitting for sometime. The food area was not clean. Gloves and trash everywhere, Sour cream and guac smeared all over. The floor behind the counter was disgusting. There were 4 employees and only one was waiting on customers. I know this restaurant is a hotspot for Pueblo but after seeing how dirty it was, I don't know if I will be going back. read more

Travelers who accidentally find themselves in Pueblo might be worried about where to eat considering that 97% of the town's businesses cater to the town's nickname of "Wart Removal Capital of America." Fortunately, one can quickly venture down Elizabeth St (do not walk here at night) to find Chipotle, which is near the condemned K-Mart (which thanks to the town's competent leadership has remained empty since the Chester A. Arthur administration). The staff there is competent and may ask you for help in leaving the city. If they give you extra guac, you might wanna help them. read more

The worst employees and food. Numerous things about this place. Employees are rude as heck. They don't post malfunctions at the front door but wait until you order your food and pay that on a very hot day they don't have ice. The Particular gentleman with star neck tattoos couldn't be ruder. A little sign at check out stating the ice machine is broken. After we paid we were notified NO ICE. I said it would be much more appropriate to put a sign on the door. Cooperate office could care less as well. This affects how we gauge Chipotle's as a whole. We are done. Not sure if they HIRE individuals who are transitioning from work furlough programs or? Bad bad bad. read more

Im not new to the whole.. you literally Pat $10 for a bowl of rice and beans.. but it literally happened. Ordered a chicken bowl. Got everything but chicken and an excessive amount of guacamole. Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

A classy woman like myself decided to get out of town and travel to the lovely city of Pueblo. I decided I was hungry for real authentic Mexican food. Chipotle here I come! I subtly thought to myself, excited and eager for a meal. Walking into this establishment I was instantly filled with regret. Good thing trump is back in office because I know he won't allow service like this to happen for much longer. The amount of food on the floor and tables was ridiculous, service was too fast, small portions, and my burrito wasn't wrapped tight. And y'all know I like it tight. 0/10 will not ever recommend. I will ask the prezz to order a drone strike on this shit hole. read more

Unbelievable. I took my son who just crossed the border from Mexico hoping I could show him what America has and boy were we disappointed... it was so messy and the portions were awful! I hope Canada has better food because this country sucks! read more

i was hesitant on going here bc of the two star rating but boy was I wrong! we came in at 8 pm on a Tuesday night and it was pretty busy compared to normal at chipotle. everyone was busting their butts to get the customers taken care of AND this is the BEST steak I've ever had from chipotle. nice spice and was cooked to perfection And the person gave me extra steak without even having to ask 10/10 amazing! read more

Do not and I repeat DO NOT go here. They have good food sometimes yes BUT, me and my sister went to get food and we paid with $50 they gave back in change a $20 and a $5. My sister has a son so we went to McDonald's after to get him some food to. We used the $20 that CHIPOTLE gave us, McDonald's checked the bill and the manager comes back telling us it's a FAKE $20. Chipotle does NOT check for fraud bills and they accept any that they get and the change you get back could be a fake one like ours where. We tried calling support and the stupid thing didn't even work not only do they not check for fraudulent activity the online order doesn't even work have the time as well. read more

The only reason I'm even giving this place one star is because of the sweet, extremely patient girl behind the counter. She was slammed, and still provided such good service. The entire place from there was disgusting. ESPECIALLY the food. The guacamole was so brown and sloppy, just looking at it made me sick. The queso was so hard and gross that the employee even said "I'm gonna go get you some from the back, this looks gross" and it definitely did! The bathroom smelled so bad.. almost like something had been burnt in there, it was really overwhelming. We're new here, and this was my first time here, so the disappointment is real. I'll probably give it one more chance later, so I'm really hoping this helps get it to a little better place! To the girl behind the counter 10/10!! You were great. NOT the place for you if you like good fresh food or a cleanly place I'm afraid. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Terrible burrito and supposed double wrapped tortilla - Mexican Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

The food was just like any chipotle you'd go to, but the service was absolutely horrible. There was a deaf man in front of us in line and the worker was incredibly rude to him for not being able to hear her and respond to her as quickly as she would've liked. Every single worker behind her was just as rude. Acting like we are an inconvenience for coming to their store. Once again, I cannot complain about a chipotle meal but I will not be returning to this chipotle ever. read more

I went here last week and had 3 different bowls and the workers rushed me and threw the wrong ingredients into the wrong bowls and didn't do anything to fix it after I told them they were wrong. They were rude and I was very upset after I left when I tried to explain they messed up my orders. I will probably never return to this location. read more

Don't bother ordering the salad here, they never have the dressing. This was my third or fourth time ordering and you would think they would eventually figure out how much salad dressing they need to have made on a daily basis to not run out? I even called ahead before placing the online order to see if they had it, and yes they did. Got there and asked for an extra dressing, and glad I did because it was the last one they had... which means they didn't put one in my order at all and didn't plan to because when I got to the car the "extra" dressing was the only one in the bag. I'm done with this Chipotle now. Waste of time going there since all I ever order is the salad and they apparently never make the most popular dressing in the world. Do better. read more

The food is not so great! I have been here a few times since moving from COS. I have maybe had decent food served once or twice. Typically they are out of something or the meat is extremely dried out. In my most recent visit today, I had chunks of chicken bones in my meat. Their guacamole is inconsistent, if they have any available at the time. Chipotles are always dirty looking, but this one is by far the nastiest I have been to cleanliness wise. From the tables, floors, drink center, behind the counter and into the kitchen, it is filthy. Some of the worst customer service as well. They act like it is an inconvenience that you came in. Once, I stopped in to get my husband and I dinner and my husband said skip the guac if it doesn't look good or fresh. The guac container was about empty and the employee told me to wait a minute before he came back with a spoon to scrape all the leftover dried up guac off of the sides. I was under the impression that he was getting new guac, not giving us the bottom of the barrel for a premium price. Upon telling him my husband probably doesn't want that and we can skip it, he replied "f**k your husband". I don't know why I have gone back hoping to get decent food, but I have and they have yet to change their ways. read more

Hey ya'all! I normally don't write a review About fast food joints, but wanted to give a shout out to Chipotle in Pueblo CO for the best meal I've ever tasted at the Chipotle chain. My chicken was deliciousness in a bowl! There was a lady in front of me being very bold as she asked for more of different ingredients. I never do that (I'm such a wimp) but was compelled to give It a try, so I asked for lots of chicken and the young man gave me a generous portion of chicken- I was siked! You just can't complain about the portion size either, can you?! It was enough for my Husband and I! I love a good deal! The service was a bit slow, but tonight, anyway, it was definitely worth the wait! Thanks Chipotle! read more

I get low stars now! We placed an order via the app & were told they were on an hour delay! The purpose of the app is to AVOID people during a pandemic but clearly that doesn't matter to these guys. After checking on our online order 10 min after placing it & heading the news of the longest seat every, hub decided to get in line & order thinking it would be faster. We waited another 20-30 just to order. Mind boggling how it could be such awful service. read more

This is the filthiest most cross contaminated restaurant Ive seen. The serving line was a disaster and dangerous. All our food and chicken was ice cold, there was no steam coming off the food as they prepared it. We took the food to go because there was not a clean table in theplace, with 6 customers and 8 employees someone should have been cleaning tables. Lots of old filthy serving trays behind thefood line. Cmon at 4 in the afternoon on a Tuesday you would expect a more professional restaurant. If I had a pet pig he would have refused to eat this food. This is my first and last time I have eaten at this toilet of a restaurant. Had it not been for a fundraiser that they supposedly donate 25 percent of sales, I would have and should have walked out. Im keeping a bucket near my chair just in case this food is as bad as it looked. read more

It's a bummer when they are closed 2.5 hours early on a Saturday night. 10pm? Try 7:28pm...

The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant opened promptly and was clean. Not sure why the rating is so low.

Prob the worst service and worst chipotle I ever been too. I have gone to plenty chipotle on the east cost, and this place takes Number 1 in worst customer service. I understand when one gets slam. But gentlemen started the burritos, only thought about getting off. Barely put any rice, and meat on my bowl. It was disappointing to see. Every single person on that line last night 5 April 2024 around 8-9pm did not care about their job. I love chipotle but this place ruined it for me. I am prob going to make that one hour drive and go to a chipotle in the springs to avoid this place. Rather waste money on gas than buy a bowl with smallest portions. A manager needs to come and check on these employees and retrained them on customer service. Avoid this chipotle at any cost. Make the drive to Colorado Springs rather than wasting your money and time here. read more

Ordered online for a pick-up with a time of ASAP. Arrived at chipotle and to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to pick up a simple one burrito order. I don't care if it tastes good or bad, their handling of online orders and logistics is absolutely terrible. At one point, after waiting 45 minutes, I thought about going in the line and re-ordering my order, but then I'd have to deal with the hassle of getting a refund of the online order. There's plenty of other options in town. Will not use online order or visit this location again. read more

chipotle burritos are my guilty pleasure. i've never had a bad experience with the food. but, can you PLEASE work out the issues with online ordering? it used to be so easy and convenient. the last time i ordered, i received a "sorry! please try again later"message 3 times before my order was confirmed. surprise! my card was immediately charged 3 times. for my family that was $120!!! i had to dispute the charges with my bank because no one at the store could help, but it's very interesting that they figured that they should only prepare one order. explain how you understand that i'm only placing one order, but you have no ability to refund the 2 identical orders that were charged? seems like they received 3 of the same order, tossed 2 in the trash, prepared 1, and gave me a big shoulder shrug about being charged 3 times. you would think i learned my lesson but no, i tried again today and got a straight up no. this time the message just said "can not complete order, please select another restaurant." this is for an order i'm trying to place an hour in advance. what is going on? and forget using free rewards, that seems to just completely throw the ordering system into a tailspin. call corporate, update your system, do SOMETHING. Update: ordered in store and was told they shut off online ordering for 4-8 pm everyday. cool. read more

The first time I went to chipotles food was great not very salty at all, I asked for a receipt, and they could not provide me with one. The second time I went in I paid with cash they couldn't give me the change bag because they do not provide change. OK I understand still no receipt. Third time I want to chipotles I ordered the Carne asada bowl, this time it was so salty or whatever spice they put in there made it very salty. I did not like it. The staff there are not very friendly they don't talk they just take money not a nice place to eat very dirty. read more

How consistently terrible can one restaurant be? They are ALWAYS slow. I have consistently ordered food to be ready at a specific time and it is ALWAYS late. For instance, as I type this, I ordered food to be ready at 3:15. If there's a time stamp on this review, you'll see that it is at least 3:40. Apparently they ran out of steak or something.... how does that even happen? Cooking food with steak is almost literally your only job. Seriously. It's always something with this location. If you can at all eat anywhere else or are even slightly craving or have an inkling that you may possibly crave at some point today something that is not Chipotle, save yourself a migraine and eat elsewhere. read more

It's a shame it's the only one in Pueblo. If they are not out of food, there's a long line, online orders take 40 min +.
