I'm pretty disappointed lately. They *rarely* have a selection of donuts in the afternoons. Donuts is literally in the name. Shortages happen sometimes... but how does this happen so regularly? The poor employees can't do anything ajo it it and they say the manager/ owner is responsible because they're trying to save money. Coffee is still good. You guys need to get your act together. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Believe the reviews. Worst Dunkin location I've ever been into. I ordered a pick up order for a group and tipped 20%.... So you would think that counts for something when it's just 12 donuts and a box of coffee. Nope. I go in and there's 10+ people working there but no one could even acknowledge me standing there for 5 minutes. Finally when they did, I was met with attitudes because my food was "down at the pick up station"... the pick up station that's labeled "delivery". My apologies for assuming this was for deliveries and coming over to the counter to speak to you. So I go down to the pick up area to grab my donuts and box of coffee and a lady slides the box of coffee over to me, walks away and says nothing. So I stand there for a minute waiting for her to come back and she doesn't so I ask someone else (and say excuse me several times) before someone finally acknowledges me and I ask if it came with cups. The lady from down the way YELLS "IM GRABBING THEM" well then maybe communicate that to someone? You said nothing and walked away so I was respectfully asking so I didn't keep standing there if it wasn't being taken care of. It's insane to me that you can tip 20% on a basic pick up order and still be treated like you just inconvenienced someone for asking them to do their job. I also don't understand how this location is staffing 10+ people who all just looked to be standing around, talking, singing music, and not doing their job. Grow up and learn how to actually do your job. The managers and owner should be ashamed of how this place is operating. read more

I ordered half a dozen donuts. The app let me select which donuts that I want. They only got 2 of them correct. It's like they just threw in whatever they wanted to. I tried to call and the phone doesn't work. Don't give these people ANY of your business or money!! read more

Dunkin' - I ordered a chocolate glaze, a glaze, a blueberry glaze, a vanilla crème, a chocolate cream & a cake donut. Only 2 are correct. - Donuts Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

I wouldn't know how the donuts tasted since they had none. This is the second time in a week that I've stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts, and there were no donuts and no hope for any more to be made. We walked in, and the lady acted like we shouldn't be there. read more

I got over charged big time and lied to by the drive thru employee. She said she honored my online deal giving me my "free cold brew with purchase" but she lied. She said receipt was in the bag, she lied again. Since I just came from the vet and I couldn't take my dog inside to confront her I am angry. BTW there is No working phone number for this store so I couldn't get any resolution! Won't go back there for sure! read more

Dunkin' - Coupon deal - Donuts Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

Stopped by here yesterday for a nice dozen variety. My husband and daughter go in so she can pick some out too. Well, guess what? The only thing they had was maple iced donuts and an apple fritter. Said they were "out" of everything else. Wth? How are you "OUT" of donuts??? And no more coming either?? So we took a few of the maple and the apple fritter. We get back home and later decide to have a donut and it was so stale. There's no way those were even made the same day. I've never been so disappointed in a donut shop or possibly any restaurant as I was this Dunkin. Do not waste ur time stopping here. They have nothing and plan on doing nothing to remedy the situation. New management needed ASAP!! read more

"Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, I wanna leave right now." says one-time patron. some in our group waited 20 minutes. bad management. table dirty. smells of feet. bathroom subpar at best. few donuts on rack. management less than premium. music is like being at a high school girls sweet 16 or perhaps a 12 year old girls Spotify playlist. downloaded Yelp app just to write this, it is that bad. read more

I've been to this location multiple times, and the drinks are always pretty good, but the food isn't. Today I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and the staff informed me that they didn't sell the jelly munchkins at this location (which is totally fine), we then asked to replace them with the regular glazed. When we got our food at the window, we only received 19 munchkins of the order I placed for 25. The munchkins were dry and barely glazed as well. If you just want to grab a drink, this place is okay. If you're looking to actually eat breakfast, I'd recommend going somewhere else. read more

The food is okay, but the service is lacking. Every single time I have gone even though I have ordered way ahead on the app I still have to wait forever. Also my order has been wrong, or something in my order has been messed up. As much as I like DD and they are so much less then Starbucks, when I need to grab a coffee or breakfast before work I can't rely on DD. read more

I'm not a huge donut fan, but I had a craving for a chocolate twist stick, (but I dought they still exist), this has been my second visit to this store and on both occasions they had literally NO donuts! On a Regular Wednesday afternoon, no holiday. Would be no big deal but this is the second time NO DONUTS, last time I stopped in the am before a meeting. Thank god for Albertsons down the street. I'd give it a zero if I could. read more

We have been in several times for their pumpkin spice coffees and 3 times they have been out of the pumpkin flavoring. Today the were out of decafe coffee and this is the 2nd or 3rd time that has happened. Their stock of ground coffee to buy is often out of stock. Obviously they are have no idea how to maintain stock. Their staff spend more time giggling with friends and among themselves than paying attention to client orders. Very unprofessional. This is the only store on the north side of Pueblo or we would go to another store. read more

There's a few ladies at the morning shift that use it as a romper room/daycare for their children. Which I understand the difficulties but there are many many many many other people working in the fast food industry that don't have a lot of money for childcare but aren't bringing the kids to work and putting them in the corner booth while they work. One of the said ladies is one of the meaner women that work there, very unfriendly. I'm sure corporate doesn't know or they would frown upon the exercise of child care at the workplace unsupervised. read more

This was our last resort... We were running a bit behind on time so we couldn't make it over to the bakery I wanted to get doughnuts from. We were just going to get one dozen glazed doughnuts, and an additional dozen of chocolate frosted doughnuts. This Dunkin's has a drive thru so we thought that this would be quick and easy. Well we get to the drive thru and we were getting ready to place our order, mind you there is no one in front or behind us so the place is not busy at all. We give them our order and then we are told they are unable to accommodate our order in the drive-thru, which again was the 1 dozen glazed, and 1 dozen chocolate frosted doughnuts. Apparently you are only able to order an assorted dozen through the drive thru. So we pull around, and I jump out to go inside and order. Again, I place the same order though this time the cashier hesitated. Stating that he wasn't sure if they had enough glazed doughnuts (SMH). Literally it is probably one of this most basic and most popular doughnut, and you may not have enough to complete an order for a dozen. This is a doughnut shop right? Luckily they had some more in the back, and I didn't need to get crazy. After a bit I finally got my doughnuts (They have like 8 people working & no one in there but me), my bill came to over $25... Two dozen doughnuts, over $25 what the heck man! I got three dozen doughnuts from another shop much higher quality and it was under $20. Bad customer service & over priced doughnuts, they confirmed as to why this was my last resort. I will be sure not to make that mistake again. read more

We just came through and they didn't put whip cream on my boyfriends coffee when it was advertised that way. The drive thru girl didn't ask him if he wanted whip cream either. He ended parking and going in for our donuts which they didn't even have any because they got "wiped out" So he's like okay whatever and gets some muffins. They replace his coffee but proceed to tell him that you have to tell them if you want whip cream on it but it's advertised WITH whip cream so wtf do you even mean. My coffee is pretty good though. read more

This is a brand new store so you do expect them to make a few mistakes.. But I've had enough now!!!! - only place where they add granulated sugar into cold drinks and not sugar syrup!!! How dumb can you be !!! - donuts are stale in the evening or even after 2pm - you ask for chocolate glaze and they'll give you ecky cake donuts Today I ordered 2 bacon egg bagels and I got freaking sausage bagels !!!!!!!(picture attached) That's it I've had it with this place read more

I am giving this place 3 stars because of the great customer service by Candace and because of the lousy customer service of the young woman who gave me the wrong order yesterday, I went in yesterday and specially requested 2 different donuts (6 in total). Because I got there at noon, many of my preferences were all ready sold out, so I settled on the 2 specific varieties. When I got to the window she presented me with the box and I left. When I got home I opened box and saw an assortment of donuts, none of which was what I had ordered. Candace replaced the donuts today with exactly what I had requested yesterday. I know you're probably wondering why anyone would complain about getting the "wrong" donuts. I am not a big fan of donuts in general and only care for a specific variety. My boyfriend had also requested a specific donut and my mom likes a specific one as well. I guess we are too picky. However, when you place an order you should be able to feel confident that the business has completed your order as paid for! read more

They are friendly but not consistently so, the coffee has been consistently bad...sadly. It always tastes burnt, and the items don't seem to be made with care...i understand you're busy but a few extra seconds to stir in the sugar will go a long way customer experience wise. I hope it gets better because I've always loved dunkin and this makes me miss my old one. read more

A student of mine wanted to go for a donut this afternoon around 2:30 pm. Since the lobby is closed the cars were 10 deep through the drive-through we went ahead and waited in line. When we went to place our order my student wanted a strawberry doughnut they said they were out, so I asked for a chocolate doughnut they said they were out, I asked for a Curler doughnut they said they were out! I asked them what kind of donuts they had they said vanilla with sprinkles. We waited all that time and didn't even get what we wanted. For a donut shop to be out of three different types of donuts at 2:30 in the afternoon is ridiculous, after waiting in line that long. bad management!! read more

I had two bad experiences! The first time I asked for a Boston creme doughnut I got my bad and noticed it wasn't in there, so I told them I was missing a Boston creme no big deal they hand me another bag I look inside and there's a heart shaped sprinkled doughnut not a Boston creme I asked if they were out and he said "that's the closest thing we have to a Boston creme doughnut." I then asked what it was and he replied "a doughnut." Like yeah I know I said "yes well what kind of doughnut?" And he said a strawberry Boston creme. I was so done with the conversation I had to leave. The second time I asked for a doughnut and they're out of doughnuts? How does a doughnut shop run out of doughnuts? I'm not sure if they're under new management or what is going on, but in the last six months or so this place which was once my favorite has quickly become a nightmare, last time I think they gave me whatever coffee that they hadn't sold yet,(which I was totally going to just drink, until I took a drink it and was watery, warm, and sweetened with sugar that was just settled at the bottom), not even acknowledging my order, so my husband went in and complained to which the lady replied?"Well what did you order?" While another very unprofessional worker starred at him with a stupid look, while stuffing her face, and taking drive-thru orders, she was probably the one more consumed in her meal than my order from the sounds of it. And today I went and got Mocha swirl like I always do, so I definitely have an expectation of what it's supposed to look like, and when I asked the barista she got an attitude saying I could taste it before I left, so I said and give it back to you if it's wrong? No thanks. It was once very friendly and so professional and ALWAYS got your order fight, now they're pushy, arrogant, and trashy, in a matter of months... something has to be different. read more

I leave for work in Colorado Springs, from Pueblo M-Th so I'm around the Pueblo, CO - Elizabeth St. location between 5-5:30AM. It's states they are supposed to be open at 5AM but they rarely are. Sometimes you can go through the drive thru instead. Very disappointing. Also, it is the only donut shop I have ever been to where they do not make a white-cake donut with chocolate frosting...really?!?! read more

The coffee is always different here. I've had 2 good cups of coffee here and a half a dozen horrible cups. I keep going back because I'm from MA where Dunkin Donuts is in your blood when you're born. I always get iced coffee and it's either watered down, tastes burnt (a lot), or not made right. I HAVE to have sugar free and multiple times I've had to turn around and go back to get it re made correctly. I've given this place so many chances, I still dont want to give up on it but recently I've just been making my own or going to Starbucks. I guess I will have to save Dunkin for the one time a year I go home to New England. read more
