I've been to this location multiple times, and the drinks are always pretty good, but the food isn't. Today I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and the staff informed me that they didn't sell the jelly munchkins at this location (which is totally fine), we then asked to replace them with the regular glazed. When we got our food at the window, we only received 19 munchkins of the order I placed for 25. The munchkins were dry and barely glazed as well. If you just want to grab a drink, this place is okay. We have been in several times for their pumpkin spice coffees and 3 times they have been out of the pumpkin flavoring. Today the were out of decafe coffee and this is the 2nd or 3rd time that has happened. Their stock of ground coffee to buy is often out of stock. Obviously they are have no idea how to maintain stock. Their staff spend more time giggling with friends and among themselves than paying attention to client orders. Very unprofessional. There's a few ladies at the morning shift that use it as a romper room/daycare for their children. Which I understand the difficulties but there are many many many many other people working in the fast food industry that don't have a lot of money for childcare but aren't bringing the kids to work and putting them in the corner booth while they work. One of the said ladies is one of the meaner women that work there, very unfriendly. This was our last resort... We were running a bit behind on time so we couldn't make it over to the bakery I wanted to get doughnuts from. We were just going to get one dozen glazed doughnuts, and an additional dozen of chocolate frosted doughnuts. This Dunkin's has a drive thru so we thought that this would be quick and easy. Well we get to the drive thru and we were getting ready to place our order, mind you there is no one in front or behind us so the place is not busy at all. We give them our order and then we are told they are unable to accommodate our order in the drive-thru, which again was the 1 dozen glazed, and 1 dozen chocolate frosted doughnuts. Apparently you are only able to order an assorted dozen through the drive thru. So we pull around, and I jump out to go inside and order. Again, I place the same order though this time the cashier hesitated. Stating that he wasn't sure if they had enough glazed doughnuts (SMH). Literally it is probably one of this most basic and most popular doughnut, and you may not have enough to complete an order for a dozen. This is a doughnut shop right? Luckily they had some more in the back, and I didn't need to get crazy. After a bit I finally got my doughnuts (They have like 8 people working & no one in there but me), my bill came to over $25... Two dozen doughnuts, over $25 what the heck man! I got three dozen doughnuts from another shop much higher quality and it was under $20. Bad customer service & over priced doughnuts, they confirmed as to why this was my last resort. I will be sure not to make that mistake again. read more

We just came through and they didn't put whip cream on my boyfriends coffee when it was advertised that way. The drive thru girl didn't ask him if he wanted whip cream either. He ended parking and going in for our donuts which they didn't even have any because they got "wiped out" So he's like okay whatever and gets some muffins. They replace his coffee but proceed to tell him that you have to tell them if you want whip cream on it but it's advertised WITH whip cream so wtf do you even mean. I am giving this place 3 stars because of the great customer service by Candace and because of the lousy customer service of the young woman who gave me the wrong order yesterday, I went in yesterday and specially requested 2 different donuts (6 in total). Because I got there at noon, many of my preferences were all ready sold out, so I settled on the 2 specific varieties. When I got to the window she presented me with the box and I left. When I got home I opened box and saw an assortment of donuts, none of which was what I had ordered. Candace replaced the donuts today with exactly what I had requested yesterday. I know you're probably wondering why anyone would complain about getting the "wrong" donuts. I am not a big fan of donuts in general and only care for a specific variety. My boyfriend had also requested a specific donut and my mom likes a specific one as well. I guess we are too picky. A student of mine wanted to go for a donut this afternoon around 2:30 pm. Since the lobby is closed the cars were 10 deep through the drive-through we went ahead and waited in line. When we went to place our order my student wanted a strawberry doughnut they said they were out, so I asked for a chocolate doughnut they said they were out, I asked for a Curler doughnut they said they were out! I asked them what kind of donuts they had they said vanilla with sprinkles. We waited all that time and didn't even get what we wanted. I had two bad experiences! The first time I asked for a Boston creme doughnut I got my bad and noticed it wasn't in there, so I told them I was missing a Boston creme no big deal they hand me another bag I look inside and there's a heart shaped sprinkled doughnut not a Boston creme I asked if they were out and he said "that's the closest thing we have to a Boston creme doughnut." I then asked what it was and he replied "a doughnut." Like yeah I know I said "yes well what kind of doughnut?" And he said a strawberry Boston creme. I'm not sure if they're under new management or what is going on, but in the last six months or so this place which was once my favorite has quickly become a nightmare, last time I think they gave me whatever coffee that they hadn't sold yet,(which I was totally going to just drink,until I took a drink it and was watery,warm,and sweetened with sugar that was just settled at the bottom), not even acknowledging my order, so my husband went in and complained to which the lady replied?"Well what did you order?" While another very unprofessional worker starred at him with a stupid look,while stuffing her face, and taking drive-thru orders, she was probably the one more consumed in her meal than my order from the sounds of it. And today I went and got Mocha swirl like I always do, so I definitely have an expectation of what it's supposed to look like, and when I asked the barista she got an attitude saying I could taste it before I left, so I said and give it back to you if it's wrong? No thanks. It was once very friendly and so professional and ALWAYS got your order fight, now they're pushy, arrogant, and trashy, in a matter of months... something has to be different. read more

I leave for work in Colorado Springs, from Pueblo M-Th so I'm around the Pueblo, CO - Elizabeth St. location between 5-5:30AM. It's states they are supposed to be open at 5AM but they rarely are. Sometimes you can go through the drive thru instead. Very disappointing. Also, it is the only donut shop I have ever been to where they do not make a white-cake donut with chocolate frosting...really?!?! read more

The coffee is always different here. I've had 2 good cups of coffee here and a half a dozen horrible cups. I keep going back because I'm from MA where Dunkin Donuts is in your blood when you're born. I always get iced coffee and it's either watered down, tastes burnt (a lot), or not made right. I HAVE to have sugar free and multiple times I've had to turn around and go back to get it re made correctly. I've given this place so many chances, I still dont want to give up on it but recently I've just been making my own or going to Starbucks.
