No indication whatsoever that asking for a large rock carried an additional charge. Charge whatever you want, but tell the customer before adding it to the bill. When I mentioned it, they graciously removed the charge, and I had a very pleasant conversation with a manager who understood the point and agreed it should be disclosed going forward. That's exactly how good hospitality should work. Excellent restaurant, excellent experience, and absolutely somewhere I'd return.

If I had just been more patient and gone to Stuertz right next-door, I could've gotten six fabulous donuts for $4.99. Lesson learned. The service was OK, but they didn't even know what a cruller was. Dunkin' Donuts practically invented those. Words of the wise: if you want a real doughnut, freshly made that is not loaded with preservatives, park your car next-door at Stewarts Shops and grab a dozen off the shelves.
