Went into Dunkin to grab an Ubereats order for my customer. It was really dirty in there and instead of helping the customers they were all in the back talking about childish things I'm guessing. Then when another girl ask me who I was here for. The order has been sitting there unbagged and organized. When they handed it to be it was cold and soggy. I texted the customer and said I can't deliver this to you. So I canceled the order and gave it to a homeless man. Do better please. Sad thing is I love Dunkin but this one is horrible. read more

Bunch of kids running this store. I kid you not I sat in the drive through for 55 minutes to order ONE DRINK! When they went to hand me it , it looked like a milkshake. I ordered a nitro I pull up and they suddenly "ran out" so I got an iced cappuccino that looked like milk. They made me sit there for another 30 minutes after they added an espresso shot. We had placed a mobile order with this location last night. With no lobby service, the drive thru was very slow. As it turned out, only 2 young folks were running the whole operation! One made the drinks/took the orders and the other did the food prep. They were very professional and apologized for the long wait. Management needs to recognize them for a job well done. read more

I know there is a staffing shortage but this is ridiculous waiting over 30 mins to order some damn coffee and they don't have the dining area open so they force you to wait in there ridiculous drive thru line. Came through the drive-thru to get some coffee and doughnuts for a friend. There was a bunch of signs up saying what they were out of and some other stuff. Well Tracy proceeded to tell me that I am the last car and I need to come on. Well I get to the window and I asked the cashier for his name and cooperate's number. Tracy decided it would be okay to come up to the window being hostile towards me and telling me he could have denied me service and that he doesn't have time for this while throwing my change in my hand. This Dunkin' is awful. The inside is never open due to short staff which then causes the line to be out in the road. It's very unorganized and have had a positive experience with maybe 2 staff members, the others have horrible attitudes or are completely clueless. This store needs some serious managerial improvements or you just need to clean house. Every time there is a new issue, whether it's not being able to make food or just closing randomly without shutting off online orders. I was charged for an online and you were closed and I couldn't get a refund. I don't know why you fired half your staff to complain that you are short staffed. Hands down worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Consider getting new management if you want this place to run efficiently. It's just sad. read more

Have been waiting in the drive thru for an hour. Completely unacceptable, if my coffee machine didn't break yesterday I would've left a long time ago, like many other cars have. I just pulled up to the window at 12 and she let me know they were closed, AFTER waiting an hour. She did not care that I had just waited an hour to then get nothing. Everytime we go through the drive through here, they mess up our coffees. We never order food, just the same two coffees: an iced butter pecan macchiato and an iced oat milk latte with butter pecan. It seems that every time they find a way to mess up our coffees. Today, more than half of the cup was espresso. They forgot to put the butter pecan in not one, but both coffees. From now on, i'll be going to the other one in Pooler because they always make them right. read more

Honestly, I've given this location multiple chances- but they are simply horrible. If I could give a negative star, I would. The drive through took literally 22 minutes, 3 total cars in line. They never have any donuts after 6, which is nuts as moms like to get donuts after work for the next morning for the kids- and 9/10, they are down to old fashioned ones- which are not great. My coffee, which I requested hot, was lukewarm at best. The staff are very argumentative- not at all trained. I do not think I have ever noticed management or if they were there, there was set managing. I will literally go out of my way to go to another Dunkin store for the kids after my experience this evening. It's just sort of ridiculous for this and with the location by an interstate- you would think the hours would be longer and the service more efficient. Sad to say disappointed with this location, order the same thing every time, but very rarely tastes the same, now the coffee some how has gotten a lot stronger , so 4 cream and 4 sweeteners are not enough, last time had to add more when I got where I was going, and the point was to have it for the ride. drive Though line was out to the road. Seemed like about every 3-5 minutes the line would move.I think because car were just leaving. As we got to the ordering station we had to wait until the car at the pickup window was all done before they would even take our order( I guess they can only handle 1 order at a time). As we got our drinks ( half were made wrong). And we still had to drive around to the front to get our food delivered out to us. Went through the drive through ordered 4 doughnuts all dropped in the bag no papet separating them no napkins. Then she opens the bag 6 inches from her mouth and verifies each doughnut NO MASK. Not a well managed store evidently. read more
