The employees were very disinterested in helping the customers and were more interested in talking with each other. The woman said we have to wait for the coffee because "they be brewing it fresh" but when we got it the coffee was cold, sour, and the worst coffee I've ever tasted. The donuts must have been at least 3 days old or something as they were very dry and obviously not fresh. The two guys boxing the donuts were both chatting and dancing over the donuts without any spit guards. No hygienic behavior whatsoever! Ehh. Not that great. Nowhere near as good as the ones I had last night in Fredericksburg VA. See other review. Those were incredible last night. This store not so much. They did disappoint tonight. Not that fresh. Hardly any glaze on them. I tried 2 original glaze & 1 raspberry filled glaze. See pics. I didn't finish. Oh well. It happens sometimes. I am giving this location a 3 star only because on one hand, the service was good, but for the simple fact that the "Made Fresh, Served Hot" sign was on, this location DOES NOT make their own donuts. Although the sign is not lying, the iconic sign that Krisy Kreme is known for (you don't even need to know how to read) when you see that light on, you know you want to do a 180 and turn in to get that freshly made, warm, melt-in-your-mouth donut and forget about all that goodness going straight to your hips because it's. just. so. dang. good. It has been a long time since I have been in an actual retail location. I am used to seeing the donuts boxed in a grocery store or gas station. Today, though, we were shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Pooler and it was cold and wet from all the rain and when my family and I saw that light on, we were like (picture Homer Simpson)...mmmm....donuts. Parking - located in the Tanger Outlets in Pooler, Center parking. Vibe - Well, the small store should have been an indication, that they don't make their own donuts, but you never know, they might have all that machinery in the back? A girl can only dream. The location seems pretty new. It was nice and modern and pretty clean looking. Only a few tables, so very limited seating. Plan to eat and walk. Service - There were only 2 employees at the time we walked in. The girl at the cash was very cheerful and was very nice. I asked about the donuts and she informed me that the donuts had been brought in this morning from another location. I guess that's as fresh as this store can get them. I asked why the sign was on and she said that it was directions from HQ that the sign must be on at all times. Well, HQ, as a customer, this, I think is mis-leading. On the bright side, I am assuming to make up for this fact, they do have a large oven contraption to reheat all the sugary goodies. What we ate - I tried to order the S'mores Hot Chocolate, but she said they ran out of all the specialty Hot Chocolates and only had the plain, which I ordered. I was happy to find out that they made them with real milk. I'm a Hot Chocolate snob and refuse to drink Hot Chocolate made out of water. My daughter ordered the Plaid Holiday donut (it is basically an Original glazed with frosting in a Plaid pattern). We requested it warmed up and although it was still pretty good, it all just melts, frosting included and it gets pretty messy. I think you still can't beat when they are freshly made! I know, I know...trying to let it gooooooooo! All in all, it seems to have everything a regular Kripsy Kreme has, a large variety of donuts as well as their specialty drinks. Although, not sure how they will make it through until Tuesday. The girl at the cash said that they got slammed yesterday and their milk supply (and seems like their specialty Hot Chocolate supply) won't come in til Tuesday! It was already filling up as we were leaving. If you want a sugar rush, this definitely is the place! read more

Great idea to have a location in the outlet! The store is super small though. There were about 6 other people inside when we walked in and it felt super cramped. The line moves quickly though. We ordered a 6 pack of variety donuts--chocolate glaze with kreme filling, strawberry glaze, strawberry filling, and pineapple filling. We also ordered a half and half of strawberry and regular lemonade slushee. The cashier was nice enough. Our donuts were boxed up quickly. The donuts were good and fresh. We didn't care for the pineapple one. The slushee wasn't that great either. It was too sweet. read more

Ate a donut while waiting out a rainstorm. Donut was fine. However the entire time I was in there they had the water running into some container in the sink. For over 30 minutes. When I finally asked about it I was told that it was their policy to run hot water to sterilize whatever it was. Seriously for over 30 minutes. Why not just wash it and turn the faucet off. What a waste of water. If this is indeed Krispy Kreme's policy and not laziness on the part of this locations employees I sure don't ever want to buy from them again. read more

The only ok thing in that place is the donuts. Ride service, uneducated personal. Big / overweight lady is extremely rude. Bad service. Wont recommend, dont come here with someone that you love or respect cause you will treaded real bad and disrespect. read more

Great doughnuts many different choices to pick from were order half a dozen and they were all warm and fresh their on the smaller size but they pack a lot of flavor the lemon glazed was a nice surprise read more

Online and on the door of the store it says the store opens at 10am. I tried to walk in at 10:15am and the door was locked. The chairs were still on the table and the lights were off. When the woman finally opened the door she gave me the dirtiest look and told me she has no donuts and she was only making drinks because she's waiting for a shipment. Even the display case was full of donuts and saw there was plenty of donuts, I asked when I could get a dozen regular donuts and she struggled her shoulders and didn't respond so I walked out. Donuts are not fresh! You order and they "heat them up for you" before placing in a box. Obviously a couple days old. I'm a HUGE fan of Krispy Kreme and I know a fresh KK donut and these ARE NOT fresh. And...$5.00 for a bottle of water? Really??? Customer service is awful. I came to pick up an order for a company party. Arrived at store at 8:30 which is when the website shows that it opens. According to the employee in the store, their website shows the wrong hours. I was told only to go by the hours that's are printed on a piece of paper and posted on a window in their store. Young female employees don't need to be working in businesses if they don't want to follow federal state and company policy guidelines. Today I went to Krispy Kreme at Tanger outlet and I placed my order and the girl behind the register tried to get one of the other girls to come out and get my money and she didn't want to do it. After she did it she gave me a receipt and told me to do this and get them all satisfactory numbers. Yea I did, I did the surgery but they didn't get no answer I'm figuring public places not following 88 and I understand it's a pain in me but on there's still certain things that they require to do by law I'm getting real frustrated with this. As long as they have a mask and gloves on it shouldn't be a problem because their not actually touching anything with their hands. The fact that I'm buying something from their establishment, if you need help getting your money out it shouldn't be a problem because I'm not asking nobody to give me anything because I'm a paying customer. I went to this Krispy Kreme a week or so ago. I walked up to the door around 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open. The door was still locked and the employee sitting at one of the tables and one behind the counter just looked at me like I was crazy and didn't open the door. If your supposed to be open at a specific time be OPEN or at least open the door when a customer shows up. read more
