Cute Dunkin' Donuts right outside of Palm Aire! I haven't been to this location before, but while driving by on a rainy Sunday afternoon, we decided to pop in and grab some donuts for my husband and me. I loved the cute flowers at the entrance, and I noticed they also have lights that come on at night. We stopped in and grabbed some chocolate glazed munchkins for my husband, while I tried their Kreme Delight donut. Both were sitting at room temperature in the case, so when we got home, we warmed them up in the microwave for about 10 seconds. They were delicious! On our way out, we noticed all of the extra decorations around the store, including more planters, waterfalls, wind chimes, and signs. It was really cute and gave the location a fun, unique feel. They also have tables and chairs both inside and outside. The staff were friendly during our visit, and everything was quick and easy. One thing to note: We came on a rainy Sunday, and a good portion of the parking lot was flooded. Thankfully, we didn't notice flooding directly around the parking spaces we used, but definitely be mindful when driving into the lot if it's raining heavily. While out doing some quick errands in the neighborhood, we stopped by. We'd got a coupon in the mail and wanted to use it before we either forgot about it or it expired. This DD is located at the end of a strip. It's not hard to find set back on the west side of Powerline road, but parking can sometimes be a challenge close in. I was surprised to find that I didn't have a review for here as I've been before, albeit not that many times. It wasn't that busy when we came here. Only one other person in line ahead of us but there were more than half a dozen folks already seated at tables. I hadn't ever had munchkins before -- believe it or not. We got a small box with an assortment. I left the jelly filled ones for my husband. Tried and didn't care for the pumpkin spice ones, but the plain ones were fine for a bit of sugar. We also picked up a couple regular donuts. My husband got one dipped in chocolate. A bit messy as it melted into the inside of the paper bag. I got my favorite vanilla one. It is a soft doughy sweet donut filled with vanilla cream -- not custard. I ate half and saved the rest for later. Since it's nearby and convenient, I'm sure we will stop in again. I recently took a two month break from Dunkin, but now it's time to get my binge on again. I mean honestly, besides their variety of delicious donuts, there's far too many goodies for me to indulge in to every stay away for too long such as sandwiches, wraps, bakery items, and refreshing drinks. At times I will check the Dunkin app to find out what new items will be featured during the month and what deals are being offered. I earn points on every purchase, which I can redeem for free items. On my way to picking up something to eat, I made a pit stop at this Dunkin for a refreshing vanilla bean coolatta. This is the only Dunkin location I know of that is open during the evening hours. The ambiance is real quiet with a few people chilling inside. My coolatta was made quickly by a pleasant female employee and it was delicious with no need to customize the drink to my liking. read more

Been coming here for about 6 years. It has changed a lot over that time. The service is always prompt. If there is something wrong, they work to correct it as fast as possible and the staff are always friendly. They have recently put money into the business and it shows. The establishment is clean and bright/ cheerful. I would recommend using the app on the weekend as it gets very busy from about 8-10am at its peak business. The coffee is always made correctly. For starters this location does not have a drive through. Yes I run three miles a night yet I shudder at the thought of having to get out of my car to wait in line to get coffee, makes no sense I know but there you have it. Aside from the lack of a drive through this is a good location to get your caffeine on. It's a little classier and a little cleaner than other locations in the area. The lady who is the manager is all business about getting people through the line. They don't just wait on each person one at a time but instead they reach down the line to get drink orders and prepare them before you even reach the register. If you frequent this location often chances are they will know what your caffeine fix is just by looking at your face. Even when it's busy they know how to clear a line. Here is a tip for you, if both registers are open it's two lines. People always wait in the line on the right but never the left. They don't seem to understand that it is two separate lines. They used to have comfy couches but they have recently been removed in favor of more tables. I have spent many a long night camping out with my daughter here when she had a project due for school and the internet was out at home. In addition to the food and drinks offered this location has pretty nice conference room that rents for $15 an hour. I came by this location recently really craving an iced coffee. What better place than Dunkin', right? The biggest down-side is that this location has no drive-thru. You mean I have to get out of my car and communicate with people while standing in a line? Aye, but anyway, I did so and I survived. Also, there was no line so I avoided any waiting or awkward conversation. This location is newly remodeled and features a nice seating area inside as well as a few tables and chairs outside as well. The view isn't great as it's nestled on a corner of Powerline, but hey, it's outside. The employee was friendly and made my drink correctly so no issue there. Overall, no complaints. Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced! I was helped by "Nesima" who refused to get off the phone when I spoke with her, I had to wait a few minutes until she noticed I was waiting. After I placed my order I asked her if it was ok to change the channel on the TV so that I could watch the news she rudely said "no, this is the only channel we have" I proceeded to question her calmy asking "but if a customer wants to change the channel why cant is it a problem" and she responded "if you dont like it you can talk to my boss" and went back on the phone. Horrible service! A customer should not be treated that way! She should not be representing dunkin donuts if she wishes to treat her customers with no decency. For a non drive through Dunkin, it is great! The parking can be tricky, but that isn't their fault. The staff is friendly and they always ask about the family. They keep the lines moving, and try to get you out quickly. However, if you want to sit, there is room to relax. They even have a small conference space. I went there on January 4, 2016. I got a plain bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese. After eating a little less than half I look down and there is mold. I have the pictures to show. Its disgusting, I went back in and tried to get an incident report made and the "manager" was very very rude saying it was veggie cream cheese and proceeded to tell other customers that there is no mold, and not to worry. As soon as I walk in they know what I want although sometimes I throw them for a loop and order something extra if I want to bring goodies in for my coworkers. This location is super easy to get to for me and even if they are busy it moves quickly. It does not have a drive through so you do need to walk in, which is fine, parking is usually not a problem. The store is clean and the best part is this location makes fresh donuts, muffins, bagels and croissant every morning.
