I'm a regular here, but I never had an experience like I did a couple days ago.
I pull through the drive-thru on my way to work, and I order a large pumpkin spice latte, having run on 4 hours of sleep give or take. I got my drink, which said large iced latte with 6 pumps of pumpkin or something of the like. I've ordered pumpkin spice lattes from here before, and they usually have whipped cream and the drizzle on top, so I, confused, handed it back politely, because I believed I had gotten the wrong drink. I was very understanding, and never was rude or dismissive, even stating that I work minimum wage and totally understand. I ended up just taking the drink, because a worker yelled "that's a pumpkin spice latte!!" back at me, and when i said "sorry about that, have a great day!!" to him, he just stormed off, obviously frustrated.
Look man, I'm sorry you woke up with a huge stick up your ass, but we're all just trying to get our coffee and go to work. The least anyone can ask for is to not be treated like a fucking idiot. read more
