Cold sourdough sandwich when it was supposed to be toasted, I asked for no ice in my coffee and they put ice in there anyways. The hash browns seemed over cooked, and I got this melon deuce and it said lemonade, watermelon syrup, and raspberry and I didn't know lemonade was sparkling. It's alright but definitely not the greatest choice I've made. read more

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, this is the dozen I just received thru drive thru! Pretty sure that's a bite taken out of one and a half of a powdered donut!..not Happy! They didn't answer the phone when I called! read more

Dunkin' - a variety of donuts in a box - Donuts Near Me - Panama City, Florida

Place is terrible. 1st trip through I asked for a hot coffee. After getting my coffee and leaving via the drive-thru, I found out the coffee was room temperature. Tried a 2nd time, no donuts. Place is called Dunkin DONUTS. Hopefully, new ownership comes in, or maybe it'll just go away. read more

Worst Dunkin on the Planet!!!! I was so excited to go and get some donuts and ice cream and the crew was really mean! They had me waiting for so long cause they were just talking. They told me that they were out of most of it, so I couldn't order anything... WORST PLACE!!!! If could give u 0 star I would. read more

This is the worse location I have ever been to. Employee sitting outside smoking and on her phone, male employee inside watching TV, all the while the place is disgusting with trash all over the floor and nothing stocked as far as donuts or counters cleaned. How horrible that we inconvenienced them, and they wanted a "tip". Management get your employees in order and your store cleaned up, maybe you'll have more business..wish I would've reviewed yelp before going inside..never again!! Good luck staying open..hope this discourages others and you go out of business!! read more

90% sure the girl there was high as f*ck. We ordered and then she asked us to pull forward to join the other two cars sitting there, and then she would aimlessly walk up to each car with drinks that nobody ordered and ask every single person if that was their order. We ordered a coolata and a coffee and both of them were wrong. As i'm writing this review i'm actually still here. It's taken them 20 minutes to make a latte and a coolata and the latte she made was not even correct but my friend just took it anyway because if she asked her to fix it it would take even longer. How is this place even able to be running?????? I'm genuinely so confused. When the girl initially walked up to our car with the latte my friend went "this is supposed to have mocha" and she started at her blankly and went "cold foam?" And then I went "no, mocha." And she stared blankly at me like she didn't know what that was and just went "my bad" and walked away. DAWG. She has asked us what the rest of our order was three times since sitting here. Its a single coolata. A small toddler could remember that. I am actually like wondering if this girl is ok... read more

I did not know Dunkin Donuts served day old donuts. The donuts were fresh from the freezer and were dry and dense. I was so disappointed. The coffee also tasted like it had been sitting out since the day before. Usually DD is a place I can trust. Not anymore. read more

Never have the donut I want; they've messed up my coffee order on a few separate occasions; staff is always rude.

walked inside to order. There were no cars in the parking lot and none in drive thru. waited 20 minutes while they were talking in the back. one female came out to the drink area and didn't even acknowledge us . The secon female came to us turned her back and hung up a cover over so it rack and proceeded to walk out the door. We were completely dismissed. We left the store and are now on our way with the kids to enjoy some Krispy kreme. They deserve no stars!! read more

Very friendly and courteous always with a smile the coffee is consistent and correct. I had stopped coming to this location because of terrible service several months back decided to give it another try I've been 3 times and I've been impressed each time. I'll be visiting this location more often. read more

Dirty. Employees couldn't figure out basic things with the register, order, or food prep. Slow. Restroom disgusting. Coffee luke-warm. Will never return! read more

This place is AWFUL!!! If I could give a negative million stars, I would! EVERY TIME I come here they are ALWAYS out of the beyond sausage breakfast sandwiches. Clearly this is a popular menu item and I know it's NOT HARD to order a bigger stock of it. The management needs to do a better job. Also, all of the employees are alwayyyyyyys 100% incompetent. I tried ordering an oat milk latte and the guy said "oat milk?????? Hold on, be right back...... we have bottled milk." Excuse me? You have.... bottled milk?................ It's like no one has any brain cells here. read more

Didn't get most of my order, girl slammed the drive thru window door in my face when I told her, and walked away and hid.

I love grabbing an iced coffee every Friday morning from this location. I think management could do a better job at managing the morning chaos - they always seem a little backed up. I get it's busy, but it's always busy then, so prepare accordingly! However I do want to give a shout out to Nina. After waiting in the 10 minute line, I had expressed I was going to be late for work. She offered to personally make my iced coffee which took a significant time less than waiting for the chaos of the other employees to make this simple drink. I was honestly about to walk out but Nina completely turned it around - now that is great customer service!!! read more

Maybe one day they will actually get it right. This place is an absolute disaster. Assuming that most people order the same items, be prepared for the offerings that you know and love to be different EVERY TIME. When ordering, say a little prayer that your order will be somewhat palatable. After ordering a cold brew this morning, I was handed an extremely watered down coffee. Dunkin' you can do better, I guess it's Starbucks from here on read more

The menu board is half down so you have no choice but ask what they offer. The woman taking my order yelled what cream cheese they offered out of frustration. So I tell her "never mind I'll just have the coffee I don't need the bagel." I pulled up to pay and she says "I can't wait for them to fix that menu board!".. They don't offer hardly any options at this location and the staff is always either rude or unprepared and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It hardly ever has anyone there and these are the reasons why. Time for a shut down and grand reopening with employees that actually care about their jobs. read more

I came to this location one late morning during a visit to Panama City to order 4 coffees and some sandwiches. I had a good experience. The staff were very nice and respectful. read more

Can't decide on Dunkin' Donuts or Baskin Robbins. Oh the struggle! We are so happy that we have both of these new choices! Perhaps I should have BR now and take a dozen Dunkins' home with me. Yum! read more

When I went to the drive through today to get an ice cream I did not expect to hear what I did through the speaker. I ordered my ice cream and while I completed my order I got to hear the voice on the other end say something inaudible and "haha you Jew." WHAT!!!! When I went to get a small treat I did not expect a derogatory comment to come through the speaker. Whoever she was speaking to whether myself or someone else this was highly inappropriate and I am beyond angry. When I went inside to deal with this and try to get my order the order wasn't even right. Overall I am very irritated and offended right now. No matter what your beliefs about others, things like this you do not say in a public place especially your job. Dunkin, you have a lot of training to do with your employees if they think that comments like this are appropriate on the job. read more
