I really appreciate that they use a quality product instead of cutting corners. It was good with plenty of quality ham and olive tapenade. However, it lacked Mortadella and the proper Emmental-provolone cheese blend, feeling more like a ham and cheese sandwich with a little salami, than the cohesive, harmonious Muffulettas from NOLA. It was solid but not the same. Next time I think I'll give one of the Po-boys sandwiches a try.
