After a few mile walk along the beach this morning, I popped over to Pier Park and into Smoothie King before I made my trek back to the condo. I've always been a fan of SK and the activator smoothies, especially those with cold brew or espresso. Since I had some distance ahead of me, I grabbed just that, Activator with Cold Brew, foe the road! Smoothie was as expected. Good consistency and solid flavor. No issues. Service was just okay. It was before 10:00 AM, so maybe they were just tired. Space is clean and well kept. Overall, solid Smoothie King location. Happy to swing back in. read more

My smoothie was really good. I ordered the xtreme watermelon. The service was good. The atmosphere was nice

This smoothie I just ordered... it was a slushy. I had to get a spoon. Not worth $10. It also was disgustingly made. No hats on. Hair in woman's face. Normally tastes way better. Disappointing visit. Also the woman at the register.. her two brain cells were fighting for third place. read more

Smoothies are so very good and ambience is always great. Service would be wonderful if the app would work better and the employees would not act like they do not care about the app. read more

Tony and I was in Pier Park at Panama City Beach and I needed a pick me up, so I stopped at Smoothie King. I ordered small Energy Boost Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie with extra Whey Protein and Organic kale. It was delicious and of course I used my reward points and $3 off coupon! Highly Recommend to all read more

Service was extremely slow no one offered to take my order when there were 3 workers looking busy. I got the chocolate something smoothie and it was awful. It was very expensive and not worth the cost. I will not return. I do not recommend read more

My friends and I walked in at first to use the restroom(as that was the only one in sight as it poured down rain) standing in line we realized the smoothies looked quite delish. However out of no where(completely out of pocket) one of the worker ladies (older with dirty dish water blonde hair) looked us up and down with the most rude face and exclaimed (with hands in air) "WHY ARE YOU WAITING FOR THIS RESTROOM THERE ARE PLENTY Outside" we appeared shocked as this was out of no where, she continued," THEY ARE LITERALLY OUTSIDE EVERYWHERE LOOK" (as she pointed to no bathroom). We obviously left without a smoothie. read more

Super clean and bright inside. One person was working. She took our orders and worked efficiently. Smoothies were yummy. I loved Caribbean Way :) read more

Thankful to have a fresh smoothie option in PCB! It's so hard to eat healthy on vacation and Smoothie King is always a go to for us!

Awesome protein shakes and great service! Super rewards through the app too! Looking forward to my next smoothie

In search of an evening sweet treat, my oldest son opted for Smoothie King. Being a chain, the experience is consistent with what he gets back home. Service was friendly enough. The place was pretty dead considering it was a busy night at Pier Park. I still feel the smoothies are a bit overpriced for what you get. I guess I'm thrifty that way, but the boy enjoys them. read more

Super fast service and my drink was made perfectly! The restaurant also seemed very clean and organized.

Left this establishment very disappointed around 1:28 pm. Only being generous with two stars because the drink did over all taste pretty good. The service over all that we received though was definitely terrible. Two of three employees that were working all were on their cellphones. She literally talked a full on conversation on her cellphone as she was making the drink which is very rude you are not being paid to talk on your phone you are being paid to service customers. First off we asked for the peanut power drink which comes with protein and yet we have were told it didn't and got upcharged for protein. We go to pay and receive our drink and they made a small when we said we wanted a medium as there was two of us and we clearly stated we were buying one to share. The lady said no it says small here on the receipt and preceded to say well we could make another one but was kinda snotty about it and I said well if it's not to big of a hassle we would greatly appreciate it. She said as long as your not in a rush and I said oh no definitely in no hurry. As she then preceded to just check me out and gives me the small drink and says have a good day. Our drink was way over priced in my opinion! I am here visiting Panama City beach Florida from O'ahu Hawaii which is one of the most expensive places to live and now see a lot of things in my eyes very good prices here in Florida but this trip definitely left me very upset. I can and do get a way better smoothie for that price at planet smoothie in that's coming from a location with the price of paradise! read more

Delicious drinks but kind of upset that every time we go here the cups are about an inch empty from the top... every other store has been full and for the price you pay it should be a full cup. I have been to many smoothie kings around the USA and they are all full cups. I have been here 3 times and each time it has been the same. read more
